About: Animals have always been a central part of my life. As a pet owner myself, I understand that our pets are family members, not just animals. My personal dogs receive the same love, attention, and care that I would want for any pet entrusted to me. About: Throughout my life, me and my family have constantly had dogs and cats in and out of the house, ranging from small puppies/kittens to largest dogs. I’ve rescued so many animals with my mother and it has become a norm to be around multiple at a time.I love being with animals and enjoy spending time with all types. About: I have had a variety of animals my whole life! I absolutely love being around animals and spending time with them. I have taken care of dogs of all ages, all the way from newborn to seniors! I am available on weekdays only. I do work a breakfast shift (5am-11am) Wednesday to Saturday. However, I am available the rest of the day! I will have plenty of time to tend to your animals and take care of their needs. I have a very large unfenced yard that would be great for leashed activities like walking and going potty. I also have a fenced area that’s perfect for some unleashed outdoor time. I would keep any pets inside most of the time to ensure safety while I am with them. I do have a crate that I could keep your pet in while I am at work (if your baby is crate trained). All animals are allowed to roam the house and sleep in the bed if that’s allowed at home!
About: What sets me apart from all sitters is my deep depth for all animals. As a child, I have always developed a love for animals. My love and compassion for animals spilled over into the education field working with students with special needs. I consider myself a loyal dog (and cat!) owner with a great work ethic. For the 2 years of dog walking, I walked a German Shepard — his name was Val. I walked Val consistently, in weather that ranged from 90-40 degrees Fahrenheit, up until his owner moved into a nursing home and Val was rehomed. I loved the big guy like he was my own dog - filling his water, scooping out his dog food, brushing him out, and playing fetch. I never missed a day I was scheduled unless there was a sudden change in plans (I was sick, she cancelled my walk, or an event took place where I couldn't arrive in time to walk him). Recently, my family has adopted our beloved goldendoodle puppy — Corduroy. I love him unconditionally, and so much of my free time is spent helping him get his energy out. I am a homeschooler, with all days free except for Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. For walking purposes, I am available any time it is not dark outside and not preoccupied. Your companion will get several walks per day on the trails, varying in length from 1 to 5 miles at a time depending on your dogs energy level and tolerance. About: I have 1 of my own dogs who lives with me. But I also have experience with a total of 4 dogs as my parents have 3. All are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I am comfortable with all medium and small size dogs. I do request that they are house trained. I like to take dogs on walks but if they are smaller it is okay if they are not perfect at walking on a leash. I can even help work with them on that. I currently work a normal day job during the week. But I work remote, that means that the dogs would not be alone at all during the day. They would have someone to care for them, take them out and feed them if necessary. Every day it is not raining, I do go on a 1 mile walk with my dog on my lunch so that they get good exercise. HOUSE SITTING: I can work remote from your house providing care all day. However, my dog Charlie would also have to come with me. If this is something that you do not feel comfortable with, I can offer drop in help instead. I have 1 of my own dogs (Charlie) who lives with me full time. My apartment is fully equipped for a dog to be here safely. I have a balcony where the dogs can spend time enjoying the fresh air. My dog gets along with all other dogs and is very friendly as he used to go to daycare with many other dogs. I have the ability to walk the dogs, get them fresh air and exercise. I also have dog toys and bones available for them to use. Dogs are allowed in all areas of my place. Including the couch, dog beds and human beds. Allowing them to be where they feel the most comfortable.
