About: I have taken care of our elderly farm dogs for 2 years and a rambunctious new pup this year who has lots of energy! I have also helped my mom take care of her cats since I was 18. I am currently between jobs so this is perfect . I’m a very active person, I love walking and grounding in nature. It would be great to have some company on these walks! I have a fenced in back yard on a 3 acre land. I have a young dog named Charlie who is our farm dog, he is an excited rambunctious pup that helps protect our chickens, he can be crated if needed.

About: I spent a lot of time with pets( mostly dogs) from taking care of close friends pets. With dogs I found better ways to behave them when they were with me, and considering I would take care of them a lot I managed to teach them tricks. I love spending time with animals of any kind. I had a cat when I was 13 and it was tricky because I got Lenny as an adult I would say. I learned how to manage litter boxes and the right food for both cat and dog. I do a lot of research when it comes to food so I know they have the right nutritions and I’m also skeptical when if comes or bagged food, so I do make my Own at times. I own 2 dogs now, one is a puppy and the other about a year and a half old. I’m also trying to save to go into MTC to study as a veterinarian to spend more time with animals. Taking care of pets fits in just perfectly. I currently have a part time job, but doing pet care on the side definitely helps balance my routine out and get some fresh air from working. In both client/my home, since I’m an early bird, I take them on walks to get them moving and give them time to potty, as I do with my dogs as well. I give them water and food, of course this varies on any directions given by the owner. They do get a lot of playtime and treats for good behavior. I make sure to let them potty at least every 2-3 hours out of habit from my pets.

About: I have been around animals my entire life. Growing up my father an I have rescued/relocated over countless dogs,cats, and other farm or domestic animals. About: My husband and I have rescued several dogs for many years. We had 8 elderly dogs at one point in our home. We currently have 3 dogs, which are walked many times a day. I currently work close to home, and am able to stay over at a client’s home if need be. I also have two grown daughters that would love to help walk dogs or cats and take care of them, provide attention and just spend time with them playing in the house. I am very responsible, am a professional careeer woman just seeking to make a little extra money doing something I love, being with animals. I can certainly provide personal references. I am currently working full-time Monday through Friday, but I am able to pet sit or house sit after work as well as on the weekends. I prefer the dogs I sit for to have harnesses instead of collars, as they provide more security. I also do light housekeeping in the home if requested.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
