“Lauren and Cody provided attentive care for Quincy during our 5-day trip. They sent regular updates with photos and videos, which was very reassuring. They were accommodating with his schedule and made sweet gestures like creating a cozy sleeping space with his special blanket. Their children were especially kind with Quincy. While we had some miscommunication about his potty routine that led to some accidents, they remained patient and caring throughout his stay. Quincy enjoyed playing with their dog Yo-Yo, and it was nice to see him socializing. They were flexible with drop-off/pickup times and maintained good communication throughout.”
