About: Hello! I have been pet sitting for friends and family for the past 3 years now and have finally decided to meet more animals! I am so excited to meet your fluffy (or non-fluffy) friends! I start school August 15, so until then I am free to take care of your pet at anytime of the day! I will typically try to DoorDash to make some extra cash, but will stop every couple of hours to check on your friend! I treat every home and pet like my own — that means following your routines closely and communicating with you along the way so you're never left wondering how things are going. For drop-in visits, I stick to the schedule you set for feeding, medication, and fresh water, and I always do a walk-through to make sure everything's secure before I leave. I'll bring in mail/packages and rotate lights if that's part of the ask. For dog walks, I keep to your dog's normal route and pace unless you tell me otherwise, always leash up before opening any doors, and clean up after them every time. I pay close attention to their body language, especially around other dogs or people, and I'll never push a walk if it's too hot, too cold, or your dog seems off that day. For overnight house sitting, I keep your pet's routine as close to normal as possible — same feeding times, same bedtime habits, same amount of attention and play. I treat your home with respect (locking up, keeping things tidy, not having guests over) and I check in with updates so you can relax while you're away. Across all of it: I send photo/video updates, I'm comfortable with basic medication administration (pills, drops, insulin if trained), and if anything seems off with your pet's health or behavior, I contact you and the vet right away rather than guessing.

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes & personalities. I’m not shy to specialized care needs and love to play, walk & give belly rubs! Services include drop in dog walks and play sessions and overnight pet sitting for short or long terms. I’ve cared for two large fluffy dogs with special needs for two months at a time. I also looked after a high energy chihuahua for three weeks, routinely walking three or four times a day to burn some extra energy! I work full time in Bloomington from 9-6, Monday - Friday. Walks will take place as late as 8am or earlier, during lunch break if you’re home is within 15 miles of Bloomington, and after 6:30 pm on weekdays. Weekends are flexible and I am comfortable transporting the dogs to a dog park or swimming spot if they do well on field trips! I’m more of a homebody and love to play and interact with animals in their home. Your house rules & pet care needs will be met with respect and understanding. About: Pet owner for 10+ years Used to farm animals and herding breed dogs! When I was a kid I would walk dogs for our local shelter, handling all kinds of dogs of different sizes and temperaments. I am only home for evenings on Tuesday and Wednesday but my Fiancé is home during the daytime :) I have a very large fenced in yard for your dogs to run and play! My dog Guppy can play with your pet or be kept separate. I can feed your dog in the crate if necessary. Dogs are allowed on the couch as long as they are potty trained. We do have a cat in the home, who can be separated to a different area of the house if necessary.

I've always loved the companionship of owning a dog and also visiting or babysitting families and friends' dogs/cats. Since I currently have a dog at home I take her outside frequently, stay outside with her and walk around the backyard or throw a toy and play fetch or even just sit in the grass and give her belly rubs. My daily routine consists of letting my dog outside and hanging out with her off and on while also letting her have time to rest and chill by herself. My weekly routine is the same as my daily routine aside from additional car rides, pup cups, or cousin visits with other dogs. The safety, trust & Environment of the care for the pet in my home and or my client's home will consist of making sure all doors are shut when entering and exiting the home or garage. Also making sure the dog is on a leash and well equipped when walking through a neighborhood. I also have a fenced-in yard so I'm experienced with fences and the proper precautions if needed. I can easily create your dog too if needed. Also water supply and refilling the water bowl as needed and giving supplements or medicine also. Also will have the clients contact information in case of emergency.
