“Christine is the best! We were gone for 6 days, and she handled all of our dogs quirky and lovable obsessions. Also we had an unusual home and yard issue which she helped us with. House was just like we left it but, “a much happier place when we returned. A lot of dog loving going on. Jinx , our 16 yr old border collie told us she will miss her until the next time.”

“Rebooked Josh to watch our pups and he continues to be so amazing! Hands down the best at communicating during the stay and I am super grateful that I can trust my pups in his care! I continue to recommend him to anyone needing services that he offers. Thank you Josh! :)”

“Jessica took very good care of my boys while I was out of the state for several weeks. I’ve never been away from them for so long before so I was very nervous but after a few days of checking on them and getting pictures, I knew they were in good hands with Jessica.”

“Kayla was absolutely phenomenal!! Could not have asked for a better pet sitter. She was sooooo sweet with our boys and they absolutely LOVED her & her daughter (which is not typical). The house was absolutely spotless- way better than we left it. She cooked for the boys & kept me updated with photos and daily check ins. I will never not book Kayla when we are out of town. 🤍”

“Alyssa was great with our quirky pup and our lively lively little kitten. Our pup has terrible separation anxiety and usually refuses to eat for the first day or so but Alyssa was able to win him over quickly and he starting eating right away. Eventually, he even requested belly rubs which is a huge show of trust. Alyssa helped calm our fears by giving us regular updates with pics and videos. She was awesome! We will definitely book with Alyssa again.”

“We got daily updates and photos of our pups while we were away! Lucia even got our very anxious and shy dog to come around to her, which doesn’t usually happen for a very long time. We’ve been lucky to find such a sitter in our area ☺️”

“Sarah was great with Koda and sent me so many good pictures and videos of my boy - she even went out of her way to get him treats and make sure I approved of them!!! Would definitely book again.”

About: I’ve always had pets growing up- dogs, cats, goats, and horses. I got into FFA in high school and showed pigs through out. Out of high school, I became a vet tech, became certified and did that for 4 years, and while I loved the medical and treatment side of that, I decided it wasn’t for me. I went on to help people work with the behaviors in their pups and have 6+ years of experience in that! My schedule is pretty flexible! As long as I have at least 3 days notice, I should be able to make it fit into my calendar! I have a smaller fenced area for the dogs to potty in for a quick break and 2 acres for them to play on supervised. I have 4 dogs myself so they would get to interact with them (as long as owners are comfortable with that), but I would also be rotating them throughout the visit to give them the space they need. They would need to be crate trained for staying in my home.

About: ✳️ No holiday upcharge ✳️Guaranteed daily check-ins and photos for all stays While I am new to Rover, I am extremely familiar with dogs. I foster with 2 different non profit agencies and actually have 3 pups of my own. Aka the stooges or the 3 musketeers as I call them. My own dogs range in size from 13lbs to 105lbs and in age from 3 years to 9 years. All were raised from a puppy stage so I have experience with that stage, too. DOGS LIKE TO LEARN: I am not a professional trainer but have taken what I’ve learned from putting my own 3 through training and applied to foster and visiting pups. You’re welcome to pick something from the list and I’d be happy to start the training with your dog on these! This includes the following: - walking on a dedicated side when in leash (you pick left or right) - heel - sit - place ( huge on this since it allows dogs to settle their anxiousness) - short distance recall - whistle training - clicker training - treat training - spin - roll over - army crawl - leave it - off - take it - break (release from place) - paw - kennel - lay down - drop it - wait (helpful for dogs who like to rush out the door before you) - watch me (helps me out eye contact and focus) - sit before owner opens kennel YOUR PUP: will be treated as one of my own with any additional instructions you provide. I have a full time work from home job that allows me to be with my dogs as much as I’d like. I work my schedule around my dogs meaning I workout when it’s their exercise time or I run errands during their usual down time. I rarely if ever watch tv because I end up spending so much time with my pups routine and care. I truly enjoy it! My home: I have a quarter acre fenced property with a huge covered patio for dogs to enjoy in shade. There are child gates set up within my home to keep dogs in designated areas. This ensures my pups or fosters have access to water stations and dog door for yard access when needed. Yes, I have a dog door that accommodates for dogs up to 130lbs. I have 3 water stations set up in my home and dedicated kennels for our larger and smaller pups when needed. If needed, I am Happy to crate my pups while yours is being cared for in my mentioned care rotation. They are very used to both kennel and out of kennel routines as I have had foster dogs in my home. For dogs with mobility issues that still want to get out and about, I have a dog trailer / stroller that allows them to lay inside a shaded area while still seeing the outdoors. Your home: house sitting and check-ins include more than just your pups care and I’m happy to offer these: - Check mail / sign for any packages - plant care - lights to leave on - any light household chores (vacuum, dishes, laundry, surface cleaning, trash takeout) - being present for any home maintenance appts while you’re away (to match scheduled stay) - communicating w/ any visitors while you’re away (want me to lie to your nosey neighbors? Need me to tell a regular solicitor some info?)

“Payton is amazing! She stayed in my home with her pup and my 5 dogs and 3 kitties and did such a great job with everyone. Several pets have special needs and she gave medications and was very communicative throughout her stay, sending pictures, updates, feedback on behavior, and updates on household items that may need to be replenished. She left my home very clean and I would ask her back any time.”

“Courtney was amazing with my cats. She was very attentive to them and kept me updated everyday on their wellbeing. It was a great comfort to know they were well taken care of as I do not leave them often. Thank you so much Courtney for loving on them so well!”

“Krystyna is absolutely fantastic! She took such great care of our dogs while we were away, giving them plenty of attention, exercise, and love. She provided regular updates with photos, which gave us total peace of mind. It’s clear she genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. Our pups were happy and well-cared for when we returned, and we could tell they enjoyed their time with her. If you’re looking for a reliable, responsible, and caring sitter, Krystyna is the best! Highly recommend!”

“I am so happy we used Taylor. Our one dogs in particular is very nervous, and we just couldn’t see her doing well in a boarding facility. Taylor was great with the dogs and followed all our instructions as expected. It was so nice enjoying our trip without having to worry about our dogs’ safety or happiness. She also took great care of the house and the plants! We will definitely use her again!”

About: I have been house-sitting/pet-sitting for about ten years now! I am able to work weekends and i have a very flexible schedule. I would love to treat your pet to the best care! Pet care fits into my weekly routine with ease. I have very few responsibilities, as I am home from college, and would love to fully commit myself to pet care! I care for my pets personally to the highest quality of care I can provide. I currently have a 5 year old dog and 14 year old one. I accommodate to the 14 year old ones dietary and physical restrictions daily, and am sure to give them all equally a lot of TLC! I take this attitude when I take care of others pets as well.

About: Hello! My name is Chris. I have a Miniature Poodle named Brody and he is my best friend. I also have about 15 + years of experience pet sitting for pets of friends and family (cats and dog). Duties include but are not limited to taking them for walks, playing with them, taking them to the park, and spoiling them with treats. I truly love taking care of animals and would love to have the opportunity to take care of yours if desired. Hope to hear from you! It’s so natural for me. For my own dog, I take him out and feed regularly and pay close attention to his needs - he’s very vocal. My home is not applicable, but I follow rules for any owner that they would like me to follow for their pet. I also base it off of their own needs too.

“I've known Jena for 19 years, and there is no one I would recommend more. She is one of the most loving and caring people I know when it comes to pets, whether it's her own dogs or others. She has watched my dog for weeks when I went out of the country, and I had no doubt that my girl would be safe and well taken care of (which she was). She loves her pets like children and will treat all other dogs with the same care.”
