About: I have had and cared for pets my entire life. Highly experienced with dogs and cats from puppy/kittens to seniors. I am comfortable enough with all animals that with some instruction I can care for anything. Experience in administering medication, even with cats. Patient with all animal personalities. I love animals and since semi-retiring I thought it would be nice to spend time caring for them when owners are on vacation or just need a little extra help. I practice reward based motivation. About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for over 25 years and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I currently have four cats, including one with chronic kidney disease and another who has idiopathic cystitis. So when it comes to special needs, medications, and keeping a close eye on health, I’ve got plenty of hands on experience. I also have a rescue dog who is reactive, which has given me firsthand experience with patience, understanding behavior, and creating a safe, calming environment. In addition to my cats and dog, I also have a crested gecko and maintain both a 10 gallon and a 40 gallon fish tank. I understand the unique needs of reptiles and aquatic life, including habitat maintenance, feeding schedules, and environmental monitoring. If needed, I am able to clean fish tanks, perform water changes, and ensure your reptiles or fish stay healthy while you’re away. Just let me know in advance if there will be any other animals that need care, so I can be fully prepared! I know firsthand how nerve wracking it can be to trust someone else with your pets. That’s why I treat every pet with the same level of love, attentiveness, and kindness as my own. Whether your pet needs a playful buddy, a calm companion, or someone to keep their routine just right, you can count on me. Your pets will be safe, loved, and spoiled while you’re away! I currently work four days a week and have a flexible schedule. With a bit of notice, I can usually adjust to make most days or times work. I don’t work weekends, so I’m generally available then as well. I care for pets by making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved, whether they’re in my home or their own. At home, my pets thrive on a routine, so I understand how important it is to stick to the schedule they know. I will follow instructions closely and always make sure your pets get lots of attention, playtime, and cuddles!

About: I have been taking care of pets for a little over 2 years. I started the same time I started babysitting and nannying. I found that many families had different family pets that needed attention and care while I watched the kids! I’m currently a sophomore at IU studying Media Advertising. When I don’t have classes, I’m usually babysitting for different local families. I always make sure to organize my school schedule so it doesn’t interfere with work. I also make sure to speak with the pet owners and get proper directions and or instructions whenever I’m carrying for pets. I’ve found this and communication to be the most helpful in making sure pets are getting the proper care.

About: I’d describe myself as a professional dog walker as I have two of my own, as well as grown up taking care of dogs in all age/size ranges! I’d love to meet up with the pups and help them get some good exercise. I’m currently working part-time and have been looking for good ways to get active. My love for dogs is keeping me in shape! I have lots of free time to put towards helping other dog owners in need. My dogs are taken on walks or to the dog park at least once a day! They are also great with other dogs if doggy play dates are something your dog would enjoy! Or not, for the older more calm dogs who just need to get their steps in!

About: I’ve had dogs anywhere from Springer Spaniels to Cane Corsos, and I absolutely adore every breed. My experience doesn’t end with dogs; I have taken care of tortoises, bunnies, and guinea pigs, too! I know how to give medication, and of course all the necessities. I have also taken care of dogs with disabilities, and injuries. I know how to wrap stitched wounds, as well as change gauze, and apply ointments the correct way! I am here to help and would love to meet y’all’s pups! I have many pets at home, so I am very used to what an animal needs! I am aware of their schedule, and how often most pets need to be taken outside, for walks, or fed. I start with lots of love! I will, of course, greet any dog with some pets, then go into whatever service is booked! I am very enthusiastic, and patient with pets.

About: I’ve been around animals, especially dogs, my whole life! Caring for my family dog from puppyhood to senior years has been one of the greatest joys. I’ve looked after many dogs and loved every moment of it so much so that I recently got my own dog, Barnes. He is almost two years old. I'm excited to apply what I've learned with yours too! I'm currently in graduate school at IU so I have lots of flexibility, especially on mornings, at lunchtime, during the afternoon, nights, and weekends. I'm very flexible so don't hesitate to reach out! I care for your pet as if they were my own. I have a Goldendoodle, Barnes and I know the importance of having someone you can trust and rely on to care for your pet.

About: Ian and Mya have taken care of all sizes and types of dogs, including dogs with special needs and at various stages of potty training. We are former Purdue Cross Country and Track runners, and still maintain an active lifestyle, so we can go on as many walks or runs as you request. We train our labrador Sunny daily, and have received numerous feedback from friends on how well-trained she is, as well as how loved and cared for she is (she truly is our fur baby!). We like to treat other people’s pets like they are our own while they are with us, so if you are comfortable, we often like to give a complementary brush, bath, and nail trim:) Ian's schedule is flexible, working on a post-baccalaureate research project virtually, while Mya provides full time dog-care after finishing her graduate degree at Purdue this August. We are grateful for our current flexibility to provide personalized, attentive care to Sunny, and any dog that we care for! Every morning we take Sunny out to use the bathroom first thing, and then we then quickly head inside for her to go to her "place", do a little bit of training, and then give her an "eat" command to eat her breakfast. We let breakfast settle for at least an hour while we eat and drink our coffee, before any walking for Sunny to eliminate the risk of bloat (which is a serious and prevalent issue for large dogs). While we work from home throughout the day, Sunny plays with her toys and naps. As it begins to cool off, we head out on a nice long off leash walk in the evening. We let Sunny out as needed throughout the day, with short sniff/walk breaks. For dinner, we follow a similar routine as breakfast, but occasionally will use her dinner kibble for further training or rewards, such as nail trimmings, specific skill work, brushing, etc. We administer Sunny's daily medication at dinner, either on top of her food, or by safely placing the pill in the back of her mouth. After her last evening potty break, and before bed, Sunny loves to have at least 10-15 minutes of play time and focused attention for cuddling. Sunny is crate trained, but we also have a Furbo in our main living space, to ensure she is safe if we leave her to nap on the couch when we are gone. Your pup will follow a similar routine as Sunny, unless otherwise specified. We are happy to accomodate for you:)

About: I have been house sitting and taking care of pets throughout high school and college. I have two cats of my own. I treat any pet as if it is my own when watching them! I am free a lot of the time and can work around many different schedules. I am easy to work with and am very flexible! I play with my own cats every chance I get and make sure they have everything they could need or want. I do this with the pets I watch as well because that’s how I would want my cats taken care of!

About: I’ve taken care of family and friends animals since I was very young. My parents let me have my own guinea pig to take care of myself starting in kindergarten. I’ve always loved animals and will help in anyway I can. I care for my elderly pugs on a daily basis. I work as a nanny and am a student but only in the morning and they are both very flexible so I can add in my needs with animal sitting. I’m available most night as well. I will follow all the instructions listed for me to do. I like to make sure the house is spotless when the owners get home so they can relax. I will take care of the animals by doing all I can to make sure they feel safe and cared for as well.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals since I was 10, including dogs, cats, parrots, chickens, and horses, and have some dog training experience. I just graduated from college, so I have a relatively free schedule as I transition, and would love to dedicate that time to animal care! I make sure I am very attentive when seeing what the pet needs, and I make sure to accommodate for whatever recommendations my clients would like to see being done. I also have a flexible schedule and can work around whatever is needed for them to remain happy and healthy.

About: I have babysat for many family members and friends. I worked at a dog daycare business for 3 years as well! I have tons of experience with just about any breed, and I am always happy to learn something new about taking care of your pet! About: I have cared for various animals ever since I was in high school. I’ve had experience caring for dogs, cats, and reptiles as well. I have pets of my own and love them very much, so providing the best care I can for others is my top priority! I’ve dealt with reactive dogs and aggressive cats before and know effective ways in ensuring care and safety. I have a part time job right now, so I have ample time to attend to your pet’s needs. I’ll be sure to update my calendar in advance with my schedule. I always use a leash when going outside with a dog. I don’t want to take any chances of them running away. I’ll follow any instructions you have laid out for me.

About: Dogs are a marvelous source of companionship. I show them compassion and are attentive to their needs. I enjoy running with dogs, playing fetch, holding, and petting dogs. I have experience in playing with dogs, grooming, bathing, feeding, and walking dogs. While growing as a young child, my dad brought home various dogs at sundry times. I was the dog's main caregiver. My mother eventually would release the dogs because she did not like them, but I was able to build a solid experience and bond with them before she did. In Jamaica where my parents were born, their are many outdoor dogs roaming the streets. I easily befriend them and usually play with them and feed them. About: I’ve had pets growing up throughout my whole life I have over 12 years experience with taking care of cats and dogs, and all their proper needs I am Not working currently, so I am available anytime you need me throughout the day and even on the weekends I am also available. Safety is always key, the safety of the clients home and the pet so by ensuring that I’m keeping their house safe and secure while I am inside and outside of the house as well as making sure the pet has everything they need before I leave food water, toys, etc.

About: I’ve lived with dogs/cats most of my life and am very comfortable with pets of any size / behavior. I’m a runner so happy to walk/run with dogs, get their energy out, and make them very happy! About: I've taken care of many pets in my lifetime, including pet and house sitting for family and friends. I love most animals (snakes scare me). I live in the last house on a dead end county road and have plenty of room for animals to play and have fun. Plus, my kids and our pets will have fun visiting and playing with your pets. I currently work weekends only as a RN. I am home Mondays-Thursdays. I do have 3 kids of my own, so I do have to get them to and from school. We have a large yard for pets to play. Dogs will always be on leashes as our yard is in currently fenced. We live in the last house on a dead end country road, so no cars come past our home. I can easily crate your pet if needed. We have a friendly female dog and 3 friendly cats.

About: I love all animals. I especially love dogs and cats. I have worked with animal rescue groups and I volunteer my time to help shelters and their efforts. I have had dogs and cats all of my life. Mostly large breeds. I am comfortable with any large breed. I am also very patient with dogs that are still learning. When I am walking a dog I am fully focused on them and do not try to rush them. I help reassure them if they feel anxious or unsure of their surroundings. It should be an enjoyable and healthy experience for the dog and for me as well! I would like to have several regulars that know me and are excited to get a routine going. Having a relationship with the dog and owners is important to me so everyone can feel comfortable.

About: I have had pets, cats and dogs, since I was a kid. I have also done plenty of pet-sitting for my friends over the years. I have a 1-year old mini-goldendoodle of my own right now who has special needs and an indoor cat. I am happy to come hang out with your pets and take them out while you are away.
