About: I’ve had dogs and have been taking care of family and friends dogs and cats for over 10 years. My family has had healthy dogs and dogs that have had medical issues over the years, and so I’m knowledgeable in looking after a dog who has undergone surgery, or who requires special care due to paralyzation. I love all animals and friends have relied on me to house sit their dogs while they go away on trips or vacations for multiple days at a time, sometimes with more than one dog at a time, or additional pets as well, so I’m very experienced in addressing each animals needs, while also sending “daily nanny cam” updates to family and friends so they can see their pets during the day and know that they’re happy and doing well. I work full time, but work from home two out of the five days, so I would be able to take your dog on multiple walks during the day, come over and stay with them for a few hours to play, or even house sit them for the day or several days if you’re going away for a trip. If they require special medication I just ask that you leave me their vitamin/mediation schedule and will administer based on your instructions. My family dog loves to cuddle with me in my lap and when she’s not allowed on the furniture, I’ll often sit on the floor with her so that she can snuggle with me. On the days that I work from home, I would be happy to stay at your home with your pets making sure their needs are met. I love my family pets and will give your pets the same love and affection that I give mine. My animals are allowed to snuggle with me on the couch or on the bed (unless you don’t want them on the furniture/ there are behavioral issues I need to be aware of, I would have them do the same thing). I walk my family dog in the afternoons and play with her throughout the day with dog toys and fetch, but will monitor if it looks like the toy is coming apart and could pose a risk to them. I would follow all instructions left when it comes to house sitting/walks/or day sitting, and would ask for you to share any behavioral issues or triggers with me in advance so I care be aware of them prior to taking your pets out on walks or just in day to day interactions. This allows me to be aware for your pets safety and the safety of any other animals we could come around. If a dog doesn’t seem friendly while we’re on a walk, I would remove your dog from that situation to try and keep them as safe as possible. I will also always reach out to contact you if there are any issues or questions I have about daily activities, medications, etc. When I dog sit at someone’s home, I recognize that I am really there just to look after their pet, so I don’t leave the house for extended periods of time and will actually put on animal shows for the pets to watch, including planet earth, or Disney pet movies. I also like to send updates that I called “nanny cams”, which are photos or videos of your pet playing or just hanging about so that you can have peace of mind that they’re happy and you can also see them while you’re away and receive updates. I will always communicate with you very openly to ensure you have peace of mind while I’m taking care of your pet.

About: I’ve dog-sat for families, stayed overnight in their homes, and taken dogs on long walks. I’m reliable, nurturing, and animals naturally feel safe around me. I also take excellent care of my own cat, Willow, feeding her a raw diet and paying close attention to her emotional and physical needs. Willow travels with me wherever I go and is well-behaved and calm in new environments—so I can only accept sits where she is welcome to stay with me. Pet care isn’t just a task to me—it’s something I truly enjoy. I’m flexible and available most days of the week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I like building a rhythm with each pet and can adapt to your schedule easily. I care for pets as if they’re my own—respectfully and attentively. About: I have been pet sitting since I was 13 because I never got to have my own cat or dog at my house. I cherish all types of pets from geckos to horses, and treat every pet as if it were my own. There are no limits to the needs of your pets! I am currently working a full time nanny job but am flexible all throughout each day. My nights are free and I am able to leave work at any time during the day to feed, walk, or just hang out with your pet! Well for me, that’s actually true .My family has a boarding kennel that was opened the year after I was born; and it’s where I’ve spent a lot of my life. Additionally, with many years of vet tech experience and a natural passion for caring for animals, I also have a knack for picking up on illnesses. Treating your animals like my own is my biggest goal, and I will do whatever is necessary to make them happy. Very comfortable giving medicine, including insulin or other injectable medications. I work full time but I my schedule is pretty flexible, and can be managed to fit your pets needs. I can provide windows for drop in visits. My pet sitting services are tailored to fit your pets needs. I can walk dogs or let them out in a fenced in back yard. They are never left unsupervised while outside and prefer to use a leash if you do not have a fenced in backyard.

About: I’ve have taken care of pets since I was a child. I have been with Rover since February 2023.I have a large yard and a little boy who loves animals. We spend a lot of time outdoors. If your pet likes that, they will be able to join us. I have a chain link kennel out in the yard and a lead where they have room to walk around and hang out outside of the kennel too. I work full time. I am available after 5:30 pm Mon-Fri. Weekends I’m free all day! We love animals and can’t wait to care of yours! :) I have a large open yard with an enclosed porch for your pet to lounge and take in the sunshine! I provide morning, evening and bedtime walks and outdoor time.

About: I have had several animals in my lifetime, some of my families growing up, and several of my own. I have owned a total of 5 dogs. All of my dogs have been/are rescues. I currently have 3 "puppies" that range in ages between 1-2 years old. I got two of them when they were only 6 months old and I have done all of their training on my own. Animals of all kinds have a very special place in my hear and I work hard so my fur animals can have a better life. Remember, your animals only experience what you allow them to. Let them experience life the way we do, they are only here for so long. I work from home therefore, I am available at all times. I can bring my work to your home if I need to be there for an extended time or I can leave my work at home and come take care of your animals if it will be for a shorter period of time. My dogs experience everything that I experience in my home. Such as roaming freely, having access to food and water at all times, being able to roam in the yard independently, and most importantly, they sleep on a tempur-pedic mattress at night with their humans.

About: I’ve grown up with pets at home for the last 17 years. My extended family all have had dogs my entire life varying from Rottweilers, dachshunds, German shepherds and yorkies. I’ve walked, dog sat, bathed, taken care of for both short and extended periods of time for family and friends for about 10 years. I’ve recently moved to Virginia with some family and although not “technically” mine, currently with an extra 4 Maltese and 1 mastiff I set my own hours with my day job. Because of that, I set the same hours on a weekly basis to minimize any confusion. My parents currently have a dog who is very anxious and easily scared so from my personal experience, I’m great with making sure a dog feels more than comfortable with me. I allow them to sniff my hand and/or anything else including shoes, pants, shirt, whatever they need to feel comfortable. Trust with a dog is built over time and I will never force you for baby to go with me if they don’t feel safe.

About: I have 5 huskies ages 9,7,5,3 and 1. Highly intelligent with the energy to match in which we walk/run 2-5 miles each day then we end it with a treat. Im working full time with availability to walk your pups everyday after 430. A walk a day keeps the stress away for the animal and myself I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space to run, play and dig to bury something if wanted. Leash will wrap around waist for extra protection and stability.
