About: We have been caring for pets since childhood! We have a delightful, sweet rescue Labrador named Charlotte, who is friendly with all living creatures! We’re comfortable with any age and any personality, and can manage any special needs. We enjoy short and long walks all over town and enjoy exploring with pet friends! We are both emergency service professionals, one recently retired and one with a flexible schedule. We’re early risers and enjoy walking around town and relaxing inside on rainy days. I currently work from 7:30am till 3:30pm Monday through Friday. I’m usually free on weekends. If you needed someone last minute. I’m willing to stay with your animal as well. I give animals love and affection they need. I’m always with them 24/7 keeping close eye that there well being is being taken care of. Making sure they have food and water as needed. Taken outside every so often for a bathroom break or a walk even.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
