Some of the conditions I’ve worked with include diabetes (including insulin administration - and I'm a T1D myself, so you can trust that I truly understand the complicated ins & outs of diabetic care, hypo/hyperglycemia, and monitoring), kidney disease (including administration of subQ fluids), allergies (both skin-related and dietary), and senior pet care. I’m experienced with both oral and injectable medications, and I always prioritize a gentle, stress-free approach. I am a Fear-Free Certified professional, I prioritize minimizing stress for pets during interactions. I will work to make every experience as calm and comfortable as possible for your animal. About: I work as a Veterinary technologist. I have dedicated my life to helping animals and their owners because I understand how much compassion there is in a relationship with a pet and owner. My schedule and prices are flexible and I can accommodate anyone. I am available for dog park playdates, drop ins, walks, and husbandry such as bathing/nail trims. I am knowledgeable with many different types of animals including dogs, cats, and small animals such as guinea pigs, rabbits, and hamsters. I would say the thing that sets me apart from other pet sitters is that I am accommodating and overall very flexible in my services and genuinely love being around my clients. I can't wait to meet you and your pets! I am a full time veterinary technologist so I must work around my schedule. I make time before and after work as needed. I currently have a 3 cats of my own and I am a foster mom for kittens! I can administer medications, take your pets for walks, and complete simple or complex husbandry needs. I love all kinds of animals and I have no problem with accompanying and specific needs.
