About: I have been lucky enough to spend time with dogs of a range of ages, sizes, and personalities, from energetic puppies to sweet senior pups who need a slower pace and a gentle touch. I’m comfortable with a wide range of needs, just let me know! I take time to build trust, especially with shy or anxious dogs, and I always move at their pace. I also pay close attention to behavior and body language, so I can respond quickly if something seem off. But most importantly, I make sure that they're safe and happy, while waiting for their favorite person to come back to them. Caring for the fluffy angels is something I genuinely enjoy and prioritize in my daily life. My schedule is flexible and I can work from home, which means I can dedicate quality time to walks, play, feeding, and companionship without rushing. Whether I'm welcoming pets into my home or caring for them in their own space, I always focus on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment. I live in a quiet apartment surrounded by forest and green space, with very little car traffic in the neighborhood, which is perfect for peaceful walks and outdoor sniff time. About: I’ve taken care of and loved my own animals growing up, I have my own dog and two cats who I love dearly and work at the local Humane Society where I take care of 50+ dogs and cats on a daily basis!! I’m very experienced with behavior, giving medicine, you name it! I’m currently working full time, 4 10hr days so my availabilities are sunday- tuesday for dog walking. Sunday-Saturday for check ins! About: Hello! I started pet-sitting seriously in graduate school and had a consistent base of clients for two years. Later, I volunteered at a local humane society where I cared for and interacted with cats and dogs multiple times a week, for three years. This experience taught me a great deal more about dogs, including behaviors, breed traits, and exercise needs. While it's not my profession, animal care-taking has definitely become my passion! I've taken care of cats with very specific feeding programs as well as dogs who have special needs (like my lazy friend Colonel Lafayette the Basset Hound in my pictures). I treat every animal exactly how they want to be treated. Sometimes that is a lot of love and affection, but sometimes there are cats who like their distance! Whatever your animal needs, I'm happy to accommodate them. I commute daily and can easily work in visits in the early morning and late afternoon. Weekends are quite free for longer visits and homestays. It's an honor to have a key to someones home and to be trusted to care for their animals, and I take this very seriously. I am a guest in your home, but in that time your pet is family to me. I always make sure to leave a home neater than I found it, and will double, triple check that all is as it should be before I depart.
