“Lauren’s great! She took great care of our Fidel. She daycared for Fidel for two consecutive days. On the second day, Fidel was really excited when we arrived at her place and got really happy when he saw her. Lauren took Fidel out for walks and to play in the backyard. Communication with her was easy and quick. Highly recommended!”

About: I have cared for dogs cats ferrets horses snakes mice from a teenager onwards. Experience with large breed dogs, I’m all for sofa cuddles with all types of animals - my partner and I also work from home with a fenced in back garden! My partner and I work full time at home, however my job is flexible my dog gets 3 walks a day morning lunch and dinner and that changes based on the weather - to hot we wait until it cools, rainy - we get the rain jacket out. I have a fenced in yard, with ring cams front and back - I have a Great Dane that loves everyone and every animal. I make sure the water is filled anytime I leave and any feeding/snacks are given.

6. Brenda G.
“I felt at ease with Brenda right off. Having a Beagle with serious separation anxiety, I was really concerned, for Brenda’s sake as well, but my dog went right to playing with the other dogs, and barely noticed me leaving! Brenda also kept in touch, and let me know how he was doing. I felt very comfortable with Brenda taking care of him!”

11. Amber C.
“Sparky (20lb Schnoodle) loves our family, but only our immediate family. That is until he met Amber. He trusted her from the start. She had an immediate calming, yet authoritative way with him. I finally had someone I felt comfortable watching him while I was away. I found comfort knowing that he would be not only taken care of, but that both he and Amber would enjoy their time together. I’ve personally witnessed her interact with several dogs-her own as well as unknown pups. She has the ability to quickly read and understand each dogs are unique personality and they respond to her with love and respect. I highly recommend Amber.”
12. Gisell R.
“Gisell is super sweet & my doggy had a great time under her care! She sent me multiple pictures & I appreciated that so much. My dog came home tired so I know she had fun!”
13. Chris R.
“Chris met us on time at the park and watched Ladybug while I went rock climbing at the RVA Man Wall. He was great with Ladybug and let her go wherever she wanted and snuggled her while we climbed. Great Rover experience with Chris, highly recommend!”
14. Austin D.
“Austin is amazing with my pets. I have multiple pets and I am often out of town. I can always count on her to take care of my pets. One of my dogs is on several medications multiple times a day, I can always trust that she will give him his meds when he requires them. I know that when I am unable to care for my pets Austin will care for them as she would her own.”
15. Lindsey H.
“Lindsey came through in an emergency situation where I could not call any of my friends or family to look after my two Rottweilers while I had to leave town. My dogs are a bit picky about their bathroom and feeding schedule and it gets difficult when emergencies come up but Lindsey promised me that she was more than capable of accommodating to my/ our dog’s needs and she was able to handle a spur of the moment situation to a T. I’ve not used the Rover app until now but I’d be sure to contact her again in a heartbeat! She was incredibly communicative and responsive over the weekend that I needed her help.”
16. Kate D.
“Kate was amazing with my fur baby!! Very responsive and flexible. Kate is very understanding to my dog, Brody, needs and always sent me updates and pictures. I always call on Kate when I need someone to dog sit and Brody is so happy to see her.”

About: I've taken care of my own dogs for years so Ill treat your pet like they're my own baby , they deserve to be treated special , have time spent with them, cuddle with, giving kisses just like they would get at home due to most dogs suffer from separation anxiety they miss you badly I know my Pandora does , I just like to make them know there going to be ok and Mommy and Daddy is coming back ! I can take your baby out for a routine walk in the morning and in the afternoon or help with the weekly routine, get there exercise God knows I need mine Lol ! It helps me be organized to stay on a routine. In my home if I’m in my front yard I would have them on a leash probably just take them for a walk. In my backyard it’s fenced so I could let them out put stay out side with them just to make sure they didn’t get out somehow or jump the fence you just never know what’s going to happen I would do the same thing at the clients house also . My pandora is crate trained so when I leave she gets a treat and takes a nap that’s her safe haven place she just goes in and out of there all day by herself anyway. I would think some peoples are like that also . It’s just to make sure she doesn’t get into anything while I’m gone .

“You know how happy dogs get when they see their person walk through the door? That's how Libby reacts to animals! Libby is a trustworthy and loyal animal lover. As long as I've known her, she's had pets in her home. She is compassionate and kind, and she will ensure your pet is loved and cared for while you are away. ”
