About: Greetings! My name is Cassie, and I am a self-proclaimed crazy corgi mom. I have had dogs of my own for 14 years (corgis named Camden and Savannah), and cats for over 20 years. I also worked at a veterinary clinic from age 16 to 20 - full disclosure, I was a receptionist, not a vet tech. However, my time there has helped develop my comfort with furry friends of all sizes. I have no fear of any breeds. I have worked with Great Danes, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, Pitt Bulls, GSD, and more. I am a military veteran with a law enforcement background. I know how nerve-wracking inviting a stranger into your home to take care of your loved ones. Trust is earned, and I hold myself to a high standard. My day job has very flexible hours during the summer, so I have plenty of availability during the day to help care for your pets. I have taken care of dogs who needed oral medication and sub-dermal injections. I am also comfortable giving insulin to cats, though not oral medication (unless liquid). I work for ISU, so during the summer, I have a very flexible schedule. As long as I have time to take care of my own dogs (a senior and puppy), I am available to assist folks with their own pets. There are several things I consider when walking dogs: 1) Familiarity of the area for your dog / their anxiety (if any) - If your dog is anxious, I don't want to take them to areas they are not comfortable. This is especially true when they do not know me well yet. I'd rather do several laps near the home than stress them out. 2) Weather - It's hot out there. I will stick to walks on grass whenever possible to ensure their paws are not damaged by hot concrete. On particularly hot days, I would prefer to keep the walk short, followed by play inside. 3) Traffic in the area - Safety first!

About: My family and friends have relied on me for years to care for their animals while they’ve been out of town. I’m a loyal, reliable and responsible person who loves animals and takes their care seriously. I’ve been a cat mom to multiple cats for over 26 years, I’ve had fish, hamsters, crabs and African dwarf frogs! Although I’ve never personally had a dog, I love dogs and have been around them my entire life. I work 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. But I can care for your pets before and after work and on my lunch break during the week and anytime on the weekends. I am happy to give medications, all types of food, fresh water and scooping litter boxes. I’m happy to walk dogs, brush any animal that’s willing, and hang out with them, whatever their needs are!

We currently have two 40 lb mixed breed dogs, both spayed females and very sweet, as well as two indoor only cats. At this time I am only providing drop in amd walking services. About: I have taken care of multiple sizes and types of dogs since I was a child. We had a dog of our own at our house which I was responsible for walking and taking care of. I also used to take care of my uncle’s shih-tzu on weekends or overnight when I was in high school. Upon starting college, I volunteered frequently at shelters and volunteer organizations where I was able to spend time with all sorts of animals and continue being by dogs. I lived in Minneapolis for the last year and watched multiple large dogs as well as house sitting and drop in visits. I fell in love very quickly with this heart-centered business. I just moved back to Terre Haute and don’t yet have a dog of my own, and I would love to help out and spend time with all of your furry friends. I am currently a full-time student in medical school, but I am home most of the day studying. I believe walking is a hugely important part of a dog and a human’s routine. I love to be outside playing or exploring with my own dog and would love to share the adventure with your pet as well. I am also a lover of grooming meaning I can give a bath and clip nails, but I can’t say I’m the best with scissors. I love quality time with pets as well and will always provide respect and love towards the animal and YOU :) I am a full time medical student, but I spend most of my time at home studying. I am available most times and very flexible. I have a back yard and large side lot. The front of the home is not fenced in. I go on 3-4 walks a day with my furry friends and make sure to give lots of attention and cuddles.

I am currently working part-time, which gives me the flexibility to build my schedule around your pet care needs. Ideally I'd like to find a family to work with long-term. I make sure to spend quality time with them, whether it's cuddling, playing, or just being there to keep them company. I understand how unsettling it can be for pets when their owners are away, so I prioritize offering reassurance and comfort. I always keep the house safe and secure for your pets, making sure they’re in a good environment. If there are any specific rules or boundaries you have (like keeping them out of certain rooms or areas), I follow them to the letter. Each pet is unique, so I’ll follow any special care instructions you give me, like specific feeding schedules, medication needs, or any preferences they have. If your pet has any special needs, I’m happy to provide extra attention to make them feel as comfortable as possible. I keep pet parents updated with photos and text updates during my visits. This way, you can rest easy knowing how your pets are doing. I always let you know if there’s anything unusual or important happening while I’m there, but I also want you to enjoy your time away without stress. I clean up after your pets, whether it’s cleaning litter boxes for cats or wiping down paws after walks. I make sure their living space stays clean and tidy, just like you’d expect. I’m there to make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and happy, and to keep your home exactly how you left it!

About: I am a retired nurse with 44 years of experience taking care of patients, but also have cared for pets throughout my adult life. I am active and able to care for your special family member. I am retired and have a very flexible schedule including the ability for overnight care, early mornings, or late evenings. I live on the south side of Terre Haute with reliable transportation. I enjoy taking my pets for walks, even during the cool temperatures. I like to talk to and play with my pets. I love dogs and their interactions with humans. I have a very caring heart and a strong love for dogs.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs, cats, chickens, horses, cows, you name it my entire life. I’ve had small dogs such as chihuahuas and as big as English mastiffs. I’ve dealt with giving dogs medication and bathing for medical reasons. I’m currently working part time for a few hours a day. I will be home 90% of the day to be able to care for your pets! I have a five year old husky mix who is the sweetest baby. She follows me everywhere. She is crate trained and goes out without a leash. I would do whatever was needed to make sure your animal is in a safe environment and well taken care of.

About: I've taken care of pets since I was very young, and as an athlete I'm always looking for more excuses to get out of the house, expecially when it involves animals. About: I have taken care of family friend’s dogs for about 2 years. I help take care of their pups and take them on walks! Also, I have two puppies of my own so I am accustom to high energy! I currently am a part-time worker, but I am available Tuesdays and Thursdays! As of right now, I am only available from 10:00 AM through 2:00 PM. I can be flexible with that time frame though! I have two puppies of my own so I am accustom to taking long walks. Also, I help take care of my family friend’s dogs. We take walks around the block, sometimes longer than that!
