About: Hi I’m Meg! I am a 3rd year Medical Student at Wake Forest School of Medicine. My fiancé and I have our own pup named Winter and she is the sweetest ball of energy and would love to make more friends! As a previous D2 xc and track & field athlete, I am a very active sitter/walker and I am able to run with your pet if they wish to do so! I have experience caring for children, large dogs, small dogs, cats, hamsters, and fish. We are a fun loving, adventurous, artsy, open-minded, caring, and trustworthy couple and would love the opportunity to get some exercise while creating a safe and exciting adventure for your pup! We provide overnight sitting or doggy daycare at our house. Our house has a fenced in backyard, lots of fun toys, and my fiancé works from home. Please reach out to schedule a sitting in advance or if needed asap. I try to keep our calendar as updated as possible! I am currently rotating among different specialties in the hospital. My schedule varies every week, but my fiancé works from home! Our pup would love to have a friend stay with us so they can play together :) We spend a lot of time outside as long as the weather is nice. We stay away from high traffic areas and safely walk with each other in a trusted manner. Your dog will always stay on the leash if we are outside of our yard to ensure their safety. We walk one dog at a time to allow for better control and trust.

“I am so happy I had Maui stay with Tawanda. My plans for Charlotte were last minute and I was scrambling to find a sitter. Tawanda was open and available. When I got there, she was very warm and welcoming. Maui found a new friend and he had a blast. He looked like he was at home! Tawanda went above and beyond to take care of MauI. Anytime that I am back in Charlotte, I will always go to Tawanda!”

About: Hi, we are Sydney and Derek! We’re a couple who’ve loved and cared for dogs of all ages and sizes our entire lives—from energetic puppies to mellow seniors. Together, we bring a great balance: Sydney offers gentle, nurturing care and cozy cuddle time, while Derek brings fun, play, and long, happy walks. We treat every dog like family and take pride in meeting each pup’s unique needs with love, patience, and joy. We’re weekend warriors when it comes to pet care! Since we’re both off work on weekends, your dog gets our full attention—whether we’re walking, dog sitting for the day, or hosting them overnight. We love spending our weekends outdoors or relaxing at home, which makes it the perfect time to give pups the care, playtime, and love they deserve. At our home, we create a safe, clean, and peaceful environment where your dog can feel right at home. We’re mindful of every dog’s comfort level and make sure they have the space, routine, and care they need—whether that means structured walks or lazy afternoon naps. When visiting your home, we respect your space and follow your dog’s routine closely to keep them relaxed and happy. Safety, trust, and communication are always our top priorities, no matter where your pet is staying.

About: I have experience caring for dogs of different ages and temperaments. I trained my family corgi from a puppy. Friends and family around me often ask me to care for their dogs during the day. I work from home full-time but can take breaks every few hours (at least). I'm up early and can be flexible with your pet's needs. I will always treat your pets with care and love like they are my own. I want you and your pups to be very happy with the experience.

“Gabi was wonderful and super sweet. Love that she has a fenced in yard and sent lots of photos throughout the day. Her pup is adorable and gets along really well with my little love so I will definitely be using Gabi again. I highly recommend her :)”

About: I have been around animals my whole entire life. During my time at college I was an active volunteer at the local animal shelter where I fostered dogs and provided transportation for medical care. I have experience with all sized breeds such as English Bulldogs, Bulldog mixes, Labrador Retriever's, Large Mixed breeds, mutts and more. I also care for three dogs at my family home which include an English Bulldog with medical and emotional support needs, a Labrador retriever and a Cane Corso mix. I can promise that I will take care of your pet like one of my own. I am moving to Charlotte on August 7th and will have a full time open schedule, as my full time job does not start at that time yet. Therefore, I will be available daily for pet care. I will be living in an apartment upon my move to Charlotte that is fairly spacious. There is access to multiple courtyards within my apartment complex where I can take the animals out. When it comes to visiting other peoples homes I am happy to play with them indoors and or outdoors, whichever is needed!

Would definitely use her again!”

About: Hi there! I’m Camille — a pediatric ICU nurse and lifelong animal lover with a deep appreciation for what it means to trust someone with your pets. As a nurse, compassion and attention to detail are second nature to me — and I bring that same energy to pet care. I grew up surrounded by animals, and recently said goodbye to my sweet dog Milo, a border collie with endless energy and the biggest heart. He taught me everything about what high-energy dogs need — mental stimulation, routine, love, and lots of exercise. I also had two cats, Morty and Dewey, who were my snuggle buddies and brought so much comfort during life’s hardest moments. My cat Bandit is still with me — a little spicy but slowly becoming more affectionate every day 🖤 Whether your pet is outgoing or shy, high-energy or low-key, I’m here to meet them where they are with patience, love, and genuine care. I’m confident with medications, senior pet care, and building trust with more anxious animals. I know how hard it is to leave your pets behind — I’ve been there — so I’ll treat yours like my own and keep you updated every step of the way. As a pediatric ICU nurse, I work a few long shifts each week, which means I have several days off in between to dedicate to pet care. On my days off, I love spending time outside and staying active — and there’s no better way to do that than with a furry friend by my side! Whether it’s walks, playtime, or quiet visits for cuddles and check-ins, I genuinely enjoy building pet care into my routine. It brings me joy, balance, and a sense of purpose outside of the hospital. I’m reliable, flexible, and committed to making sure your pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, my approach is always rooted in empathy, consistency, and safety. I take time to learn your pet’s routine, preferences, and personality — because every animal is different, and I want them to feel as comfortable and cared for as possible while you’re away. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and your pet’s schedule. I’ll follow feeding instructions closely, provide medication if needed, and make sure your pet gets plenty of play, walks, or calm companionship depending on their needs. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you never have to wonder how they’re doing. When pets stay in my home (for those who allow it), they get a peaceful, cozy environment with lots of attention and a calm vibe. I’m especially mindful with shy or high-energy pets, using positive reinforcement, enrichment activities, and a gentle approach to help them feel at ease. With my background in nursing, I’m extra vigilant about changes in behavior, eating, or energy — and I’m comfortable administering medications or providing senior pet support if needed. Your pet’s well-being is my top priority!

Sydney & Derek C.
“Sydney is actually my sister, but this isn’t just a biased review—we grew up with dogs our whole lives, big and small, so she’s always been a natural with them. She really misses having a dog of her own, which is probably why she puts so much love and attention into caring for other people’s pets. Anytime she’s available, I always ask her to watch my dog when I go out of town because I trust her more than anyone. My dog has tons of energy, and that can be overwhelming for someone who’s not a true dog person—but Sydney totally gets it and handles it like a pro. Derek is just as great! He also grew up around dogs and has that same care, trust, and will feel like someone you’ve always known. Together, they’re an awesome team—super reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely loving with animals. If you book them, you’ll probably end up recommending them to your friends and family too!”

Cullen M.
“Cullen is my go-to sitter for my dog Coco! He’s incredibly responsible, loving, and always goes above and beyond. Coco has a great time every single visit and comes home happy and well cared for. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s in such good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Paige is incredibly caring, reliable, and loves animals. Dogs instantly trust her! She’s attentive, responsible, and treats every pup like her own. Highly recommend her! While we attended school together, she loved to foster shelter dogs, giving them a loving temporary home.”
