About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was ten years old! Between looking after my own dog and my family's, I have the experience and love to make sure your furry friend gets the attention they deserve! I'm a middle school teacher in the Louisville area, so weekends are the best for house sitting and longer watching periods! During the weekday afternoons, I would love to help check in, play with your pup, or give them a nice long walk! Communication is the most important thing. I will always follow the wishes of the owner to make sure your pets are cared for in the most consistent way possible. About: I've been in the house/pet sitting business for a couple years now. I've worked in houses with anywhere between one animal to seven animals! I am absolutely open to exotic pets as well as I have a few of my own and would love to meet different species. I also worked in a zoo for 4 years, and currently work in a vets office, so I have plenty of different experiences. I look forward to meeting your babies:) I currently work at a vets office Thursday-Saturday from 9am-5:30pm (1pm on Saturdays), and volunteer Sunday nights, so I would unfortunately not be able to provide around the clock care. Otherwise, I am at the home all day! I am open to frequent walks, brushing, bathing, giving medication, and any other specific needs for your pet! I understand how tedious and picky some animals tend to be, so I'm open to any accommodations necessary.

About: I have over 7 years of hands-on experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities—from small breed seniors to high-energy breeds. Jinger (My own pup) is a 6-year-old Female Malinois-Lab mix, so I’m especially familiar with energetic dogs who need structure, attention, and enrichment to thrive.  Over the years, I’ve cared for puppies, seniors, rescues, and dogs with unique needs—including leash reactivity, anxiety, and medical routines. The wonderful folks at Southside pet shop had taught me Animal Husbandry by the book (literally). During my time there I had taken care of a wide variety of pets in a professional setting. I comfortable caring cats, and exotic pets too- I am more than at home in a multi-pet household.  I ALWAYS approach every pet with patience and empathy. I understand that every animal is different, so I change my care-style (never quality!) to match their needs—whether that’s a long walk, playtime, cuddles or medical needs.  If you need drop-in visits, house sitting, or just someone to give your dog an afternoon potty break, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, understood, and loved. You can expect daily updates and plenty of photos, Rest assured! Pet sitting is my full-time profession and passion, alongside my work as a freelance artist. I have professional experience in animal husbandry; I’m able to provide attentive, reliable care. I enjoy doing both traditional and digital art; my favorite are pet portraits! If there is downtime while I am petsitting, I’m usually doing art! In both my own home and when caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow the owners instructions, because I understand this routine is in place to keep them comfortable, and healthy. This includes using toys, treats and games to make their day rewarding and fun. Maintaining a clean environment is a top priority; food and water bowls are washed regularly and I always make sure each pet is fed according to their specified guidelines.

About: I have had fur babies all my life. From puppy stage to senior care. They are truly part of the family. I look forwards to loving on yours I have the please of working from home, fitting your pet into my daily routine would be identical to how I am able to send time with my own. I have a huge fenced in yard. I have one fur baby he is a bernedoodle who is turning two at the end of this year. He gets along great with other dogs and enjoys the company. So I am able to provide each pet with the love they need I have very limited space on how many dogs I will keep at once. If your pet enjoys walks, we will go on walks, enjoy fetch in the backyard, we will play fetch in the back yard. Your pet is part of my family once you guys enter my home. I do have children who love to run around with animals also.

About: My beloved family dog passed away right before COVID and left a animal shaped hole in my heart. I’ve been watching dogs ever since and love enjoying all their different personalities. If you’re looking for someone to absolutely love on your pet, I’m your gal. I’m extremely flexible and understand that everyone prefers to raise their pets differently and I will respect all those needs during my time with your pet. I am open to most any accommodations needed. I love going on walks, runs, and hikes with the active dogs but I also LOVE being cozy in the house with sleepier pets. At the end of the day I’m just a girl that wants to love on your pet as much as you do! I am a local graphic designer. I have the convenient ability to work from home when desired so my weekday and weekend schedule is flexible. I live in a home without a fenced in backyard but am in walking distance to a park. I do live with my boyfriend and he is always begging me to watch more dogs so he will provide extra EXTRA loving on top of my own. As for house sitting I always respect your space and always try to leave it better than when I came.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been pet sitting dogs and cats since my early teens. I have experience caring for pets of all ages and medical needs, including diabetic dogs requiring insulin injections, blind dogs, pets with seizures, and dogs with mobility and potty issues. I’m able to adjust my sleep schedule as needed, so I have plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, feeding schedules, medication administration, playtime, and overnight care. In my home, I do my best to create a safe and comfortable environment where pets can feel relaxed, cared for, and entertained. I have a fully fenced-in yard that backs up to a park, which gives dogs plenty of space for supervised outdoor time, play, and exercise. I also have a separate guest room available if an owner prefers their pet to have their own quiet space during their stay with us. I understand that every pet has different routines and comfort levels, so I try to keep their schedule as consistent as possible with feeding times, potty breaks, walks, medications, playtime, and rest. About: I have an excellent, warm, and inviting home in which I would happily watch your dog while you travel. I'm a writer and vo artist who mostly works from home, so your dog won't be lonely; that's for sure. In addition, I take an hour long walk in Audubon Park every single day, so if your dog is up to it, he/she will get plenty of healthy exercise. And for those that aren't able to make the big walk, we do smaller little walks in the neighborhood plenty of times per day.
