About: Hi! My name is Brianna, and I've been caring for dogs and other pets for over 20 years, including more than 10 years of professional experience. I started out pet sitting and dog walking for neighborhood families when I was 13 years old, and I've been passionate about animals ever since. I later worked at a local animal hospital, where I gained experience feeding, walking, cleaning, and caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I've worked with everything from energetic puppies to senior pets, as well as dogs who are shy, anxious, or need a little extra patience and understanding. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and one of my favorite things about pet sitting is getting to know each pet as an individual. Every animal has their own personality, routine, and quirks, and I genuinely enjoy building trust with them and helping them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. Because of this, I may not be available for midday potty breaks during weekday house-sitting stays. About: I haven't met too many dogs or cats I haven't liked. Though some take more time to warm up to you, just show them you care by giving them attention even though they act like they don't want it and they'll come around. I've always had dogs & cats, some times both at the same time, and wouldn't be without one or the other. As a newly retired person, I want to stay active and not become a couch potato. So by caring for your pets it would give me the opportunity to get out and meet other people. II've always had pets in my home so I clearly understand how important they are. I am retired so I have plenty of time to give your pet(s) the love and attention they deserve to make their time alone more unpleasant for them. I'd go over your pets routine in your home with you. As well as learn their favorite toys, games to play, & most liked treats.
