About: I have many animals at home and love taking care of them. I have watched and taken care of many pets throughout my childhood and find a connection with eat pet to help them trust me. I’m currently looking for a new job so I will be available at any time for your needs! I can do any time during the week besides Sundays! I will follow any direction given to me to take care of pets and make sure they are happy and safe! I also will make sure to watch them and make sure they are happy and healthy!

“Jeanette did a wonderful job caring for my special-needs, elderly golden retriever and my high-energy husky/Australian shepherd mix. Together, the two combine for a challenging daily routine but Jeanette took care of them very well. She sent me text photos and updates daily, and was very communicative about how things were going and when a couple of problems cropped up (the high energy one destroyed some of my things, the elderly one got sick). She was very flexible with being available for a vet house call as well. She even asked me where I kept my vacuum because the younger one tracked in some dirt, and I was obviously not expecting her to clean up for me. It was very difficult for me to go out of town because of the dogs' needs so it was a huge relief to find Jeanette. I would absolutely hire her again.”

About: I am great with animals, I'm also a big fan of animals in general. Many weekends you can find me at the zoo, and I know an unnecessary amount of animal fun facts. I grew up with a cat, dog, and my own tropical fish aquarium. I have plenty experience walking dogs, both my own, and dogs belonging to members of the community in NYC. I have a pampered pet cat, and know that they shouldn't be treated the same as dogs. Cats: - Experience with many cats - Cat sit for friends and family - Happy to clean litter boxes - Will bring cat toys - Understand that cats have complex emotions Dogs: - Used to tri-daily walking schedule - Happy to pick up poop - Listed as a trusted dog walker for BAIP - Know that dogs take time to trust people Other: - Won't overfeed fish - Just tell me how to care for your pet, and I'm on it As of right now, my schedule is completely open, and I am more than happy to work around whatever schedule works best for you. Just let me know! Each animal is unique to each household, and my philosophy when it comes to animal care, is trusting that the owners know best. In other words, I follow exactly what the owners tell me to do. If you tell me that your Great Dane will only go potty if I spin around in circles 3 times, then it looks like I'm spinning. When it comes to animals trusting me, I understand that trust isn't inherent. Generally it come from the correct tone, getting on their level, and as many pats and treats as necessary.

About: I would love to help out with your pet! I have years of experience caring for all types of animals. From walking, sitting, feeding, or just spending time with them. I am a veterinary student and I have a great understanding of animal behavior and health! I am home for the summer and have a weekly schedule that is super flexible. I would love to find a time that works best for you to help out your pet! I offer house-sitting, drop-in visits, and walking. I take the responsibility of caring for any animal seriously and will communicate with you directly. I can send photos and updates on how your pup or kitty are doing throughout the day.

About: I’ve taken care of lots of pets over the years. I enjoy being around animals and showing them love because they do the same for us! I have a genuine love for taking care of things if I can help it and I’m going to school to even become a nurse. I also started a house plant hobby. Taking care of things is just in my blood. I’m available more in the evenings . My schedule is flexible but inconsistent because I’m part time at my jobs but we can discuss availability if you book me to take care of your pet(s)! I have a fenced in back yard and just one cat. I’m able to keep them separated if needed. I also have my own home and it’s a smoke free one! I’m very clean and clean my home daily. I let my cat on the couches so yours will be allowed the same if they are not dirty of course.

About: I have watched my friends dogs, walking them, feeding, cleaning and watching them over night up to 2 weeks at a time. I love dogs, they truly are a man's best friend. I make sure to give them the attention and love they deserve and make sure they are fed, quenched, happy and never bored. I love being outdoors so I can make sure they get to walk, run, play at the park or walk around the block. Watching my friends dog for 2 weeks while he was on vacation was an amazing experience. I grew very close to the dog, named Toby. He slept in my room every night, I walked him every morning, bathed him, fed him. I am grateful I got the chance to dog-sit.

About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. Many different kinds, including dogs, cats, ferrets, rats, etc. I will treat your pet with love and kindness. I have a job where I make my own schedule. If you decide to board your pet with me, I will be on premises at all times. For boarding, I have a decent size fenced in back yard. I do have a 7 year old husky that has gone to daycare. He's been around a lot of different dogs. If your dog needs to be crated, I can do that as well. I am available to come feed your animal in your home. I can let them out and walk them if needed.

About: Animals and nature have been my greatest passion for as long as I can remember. I’ve been exposed to, and well acquainted to a variety of animals, including fish, rodents, reptiles, dogs, cats, horses, chickens, and even a baby squirrel rescue! I am also a volunteer dog walker at my local shelter, which is my therapy and brings me great happiness. I have two dogs of my own that I’ve raised since they were eight weeks old. They are my entire world. I am knowledgeable in basic dog training and obedience, and very observant and understanding of animal behavior. Nothing brings me more joy and happiness in life than being surrounded by the love and purity of animals. I currently have open availability. I have a very flexible and adaptable schedule and I am open to what works best for you and your pets needs. I am with my dogs all day everyday. They get all of my love and attention. I constantly monitor for potential hazards and act accordingly in order to limit any risks. Cleanliness and order is my main priority as I value a clean and tidy home. I have fresh water out all day and I feed them twice a day. My dogs get a specialized high end kibble which I supplement with fresh meat, organ, eggs, fruits, veggies, goats milk, coconut oil, bone broth, salmon oil, turmeric and a daily vitamin. I wash my dogs as needed or every two weeks. I brush their teeth, fur, and clip their nails weekly as well. I only have high quality chew bones and other toys available that don’t pose a risk as my dogs are heavy chewers.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I've raised dogs from puppies providing training and teaching obedience. Also providing assistance to senior animals. I currently work full time, 4 days a week. I have a very flexible schedule that will allow for possible local visits during working hours. I offer one on one attention to your animal providing meals, water and bathroom breaks. Also including plenty of play time, exercise, and local hikes.

About: Growing up surrounded by animals, I’ve always had a deep connection with dogs. My sister works with a wide variety of animals—from horses to birds—but dogs have always been our shared passion. Thus, my youth involved countless hours volunteering at humane societies and rescue shelters, learning firsthand about animal care, behavior, and the special needs of each dog. From a young age, I took initiative in training and caring for the dogs in our family and community—teaching puppies good manners, helping shy dogs build confidence, and supporting senior dogs with gentle care. This lifelong experience, combined with my passion and dedication, allows me to provide compassionate, tailored care that meets each dog’s unique personality and needs. Puppy Training Expertise ► I've worked with countless puppies over the years to aid in developing good behaviors and manners from a young age, utilizing positive reinforcement techniques to ensure they grow into well-behaved, happy dogs! Senior Pet Care ► Through raising and growing up alongside several dogs, I have a deep understanding of the unique needs of geriatric pets, including medication management, mobility support, astute health monitoring and providing a comforting environment for senior animals. ► Excellent Communication I begin with a comprehensive initial consultation to discuss the pet's needs, routines, and any special instructions or preferences from the owner. This ensures that both the owner's and pet's expectations are clear from the start. I maintain open and transparent communication with pet owners there on, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly. Pet owners can have peace of mind knowing their pets are in capable hands. ► Flexibility I understand that pet owners may have varying schedules and commitments, which is why I offer flexibility in terms of the timing and duration of my services. Whether it's early morning walks, midday visits, or overnight stays, I can accommodate different schedules to ensure pets receive the care they need. ► Passion Beyond being a job, pet care is my true passion; I genuinely love and connect with all kinds of animals, which reflects in the quality of care I provide. My passion drives me to be patient and attentive; I take the time to understand each pet's unique personality, preferences, and needs. This means I can cater to their individual requirements and provide a tailored, enjoyable experience. ► Special Needs Care Many special needs pets may experience anxiety or stress. I provide companionship, comforting routines, and promote a safe environment to reduce emotional distress. Pets with sensory impairments, such as blindness or deafness, require specific care and communication. I adapt my methods to accommodate their needs, using tactile or visual cues to assist them. I also closely monitor pets with chronic pain or discomfort and ensure they receive pain management treatments as prescribed by their veterinarian. When you choose me, you’re not just hiring a sitter; you’re welcoming a caring friend who truly understands and values your dog’s happiness and wellbeing. I’m a student with lots of time, especially with it being summer break, and pet-sitting is my one and only side-gig, which means your furry friend gets my full, undivided attention. With all this flexibility (and let’s be honest, a lot of pent-up energy), I’m ready to pour my time, care, and love into making sure your pet feels safe, happy, and adored while you're away. Whether it’s playtime, cuddle sessions, feeding, or just chill companionship, I’m here to give your furbaby the TLC they truly deserve! Your pup’s safety, comfort, and routine come first. My top priority is making sure your four-legged friend feels completely at ease while you're away — and that means sticking closely to their usual schedule, needs, and quirks. Whether it’s administering meds, following specific feeding times, or maintaining daily habits down to the smallest detail, I’ll do everything I can to mirror their normal day and keep them feeling secure. I also encourage frequent check-ins! I’m happy to provide updates, pics, or even just quick texts so you know your pup’s doing great. Whether your dog thrives on high-energy play or prefers a slower, calm day, I tailor each visit to their personality and your preferences. I’m committed to providing safe, responsible, and personalized care every time — with as much communication and peace of mind as you need.

About: Growing up I took care of my family’s elderly dog and a variety of pets for my neighbors. More recently, I watched three young golden retrievers in one household and three cats in another household. Samuel S.Star Sitter
“Sam is honestly just a really nice guy who cares for all animals he takes care of- furry or scaly. I have an American ball python and had to be out of town for a little while. I was really nervous because people are often so flippant with care for reptiles, but Sam really cared for her. He made sure to send me multiple updates about the humidity and temperature of the tank, and pictures of course. He did a lot of prior research as well as took detailed notes of my instructions on how to handle and feed her. When I came back, her tank was clean, she was happily fed, and the temperature and humidity was perfect. Sam is a very thorough and overall great pet sitter!”
