About: My entire life has consisted of dogs and cats in the house and I love my furry pals. Currently co-parenting two senior dogs. Can teach sit, lay, stay and better walking habits. Also experience with animal home check-ups, feeding meds and little play dates. Pet care fits really naturally into my routine! I'm a stay-at-home artist with a flexible schedule, which means I can easily work in a few pet care clients throughout the week or weekend. Whether it’s drop-ins, walks, or extended stays, I can usually adapt my day to meet your pet’s needs. Let’s chat and see how I can help! I always aim to keep pets as comfortable and stress-free as possible by sticking closely to their usual routine—feeding times, walks, play, medications, and all the little things that help them feel secure while their humans are away. When I’m in your home, I’m respectful of your space and thoughtful about your pet’s environment. I take the time to understand their personality, preferences, and any special instructions you provide. Whether it's giving extra love to a senior pet, administering meds, or just keeping a shy cat company, I care for every animal like they’re my own. I also keep pet parents updated with messages and photos so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your furry friend is in good hands.

About: Hey! I'm Lorin, and you'll meet Aero and Vega too of you board with us! I started Rover as a way to get my puppies some outside interaction with new pets and people. I got them RIGHT when Corona started, so I was looking for a way to help them socialize. We've stuck with it, and now my babies are great babysitters. For all kinds of critters! My schedule is usually pretty flexible. I work generally 2 or 3 days a week as a bartender. So most of my days can be finagled. I have a fenced yard and a dog door, a spare room if a critter needs space, and animals have free roam over the house...and the furniture. I love all and will care for all the critters. I bartend a couple nights a week, but can still work out a schedule if you message me. I super appreciate schedules and rules for your critters, the more detailed the easier it is for me. Boarding at my house needs to be talked about as I do have a fence, but there are farm animals and places where a dog may escape.

About: I'm a lifelong cat owner and recently adopted a 6-year-old Newfoundland/German Shepherd mix who's the bestest boy. I'm a frequent pet sitter for my aunt's high-energy black lab, and love hiking with my pup. Whether your pet is playful, shy, or just needs a buddy while you're away, I’m happy to help. I genuinely love animals and treat every one like my own. I'm currently working part-time, so I'm available Monday-Thursday from 1:30-5pm (potentially earlier or later, depending on location), and all day Fridays (although Friday I will be working, just remotely). I have availability on weekends as needed, I'm pretty flexible. When caring for pet in your home, I treat your fur baby with the same love and attention I’d give to my own. I will follow your routines and preferences, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, litter duty, or just hanging on the couch. I always double-check doors, gates, and instructions to keep your pet safe and your home secure. Your pets will get plenty of love and attention while you're away.

About: Hello! My name is Stephanie Austin. Growing up in rural Delaware, we always had at least one family dog who we took on long off leash walks and played with in our big backyard. Having so much space allowed for the opportunity to connect, bond with, and read our dogs while they were having tons of fun and just being themselves. Fun Facts: I have previous dog sitting experience, and I used to volunteer at my hometown SPCA, where I got to learn and play with over 40 different dogs. When I graduated high school, I adopted Minnie, and she has been by my side ever since. For twelve years, she has been my hiking partner, shot gun rider, and my little spoon. I understand that your dog has their own unique set of personality traits, and I look forward to learning them and playing with them! I currently work out of town Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. So I am home free from Friday through Monday. I am able to stop by your home several times a day to let your animals outside and spend time with them! Overnight house sitting is pending. I will ask for a run down of your pets daily routine and mirror that the best I can. Ensuring lots of pets, treats, and play time!

“Sarah was amazing! She was interactive with my pups and patient and willing to come out and meet them and get to know their personalities. Will definitely be using her in the future.”

My lifelong passion for animals and work ethic make for a trusting care giver. I’m organized, attentive and prioritize safety and hygiene. You can enjoy your vacation or any other plans at ease while your pet is under my supervision. Your senior and/or disabled pets will be cared for with the attention they require. Does your dog have a lot of energy? I also enjoy being outdoors and doing enrichment/training. If you have any special requests, I will make them happen to the best of my abilities! I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby(s)! I work part time doing childcare and have plenty of time to care for your pets, home and would love to tend to your plants too! Please note that for house sitting, I will occasionally need to leave for up to 8 hours if I am booked for childcare in advance, but not often. Please check in if your pet requires around the clock care and I will let you know if I am able to at that time. Otherwise I am with your pets majority of the time :) I have the most gentle and loving senior retriever and a sweet playful senior husky who will happily keep your pets company if they come to my home for boarding/doggy daycare. Sorry, I am unable to host cats due to our husky’s small prey drive. Standard protocol is to keep our dogs separated in our home and muzzled while socializing during the first couple of days at minimum to ensure everyone’s safety :) if your dog has a muzzle, please bring provide it. If I am doing drop-ins or overnights, I will happily keep your pets in their usual routine while respecting you and your home. Your home will look just as you left it and your pets will be in great spirits.

About: Since I was young I have had experience taking care of dogs. Whether they were my own golden retrievers or friend’s pets, I’ve always loved the responsibility. This is my second summer working through Rover and I love the experience. I try to walk 10k steps a day and would love the company of your furry friend. I am a senior at the University of Arizona living in a home near campus. My course schedule is very flexible to meet you and your pet’s needs. I am very respectful of other people’s homes and have house sat many times. I understand I’m responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the home when I am there. About: Hi there! I am a full time nursing student getting my BSN. I love hiking, reading, and being active. When it comes to pet care, I have several years of experience with all types of pets and am confident in care for overnight sits or a daily check in/walk. My experience is with family, friends, and care services. I tend to be the go to dog and cat sitter for all of my loved ones, so that got me started with strong experience and led me to caring for pets through services like this! I love getting to meet new animals and learning what makes them unique. That means adjusting care for each individual pet’s needs. My top priorities in care are strong communication, safety, and lots of snuggles! I also foster dogs from PACC ❤️ Can’t wait to meet you and your fur baby! I am currently a full time nursing student so my schedule is quite open to any type of pet sitting. I am in a hybrid program so I’m only in person for clinicals and labs. This gives me lots of time to spend with your pet if given the opportunity! I care for pets in their homes by listening to instructions intently and asking clarifying questions. I also make sure to keep good communication with the owners and to respect the boundaries of the animals. It is important to adjust care based on the individuality of the pet and to keep them safe at all times!

Monique L.
“My dog is a two year old mini poodle who has had a pretty rough beginning. I adopted him at our local animal control center in February. Monique (Mo) has such a wonderful patient way of working with Lucky, Mo's voice can be either playful or in teaching mode. She praise my dog constantly. Mo taught him to "sit" in a very short time, using some treats. I have followed up with Lucky on walks, but, in effect, without treats. He holds treats in his mouth so treats are given when we get home. I bought a set of boots for Lucky for protection on our terribly hot pavements and desert rocks and stickers. He took about 3 seconds to get them off when I fastened them. But with Mo, he was willing to keep them on in the house, Walking in that high legged, convulsive, floppy fashion, Mo took him for a walk in the neighborhood. They came back in half an hour with Lucky walking normally and seeming proud of it. Its a work in progress, I can get the boots on him and have him walk around the house, but I haven't tried a long walk yet. Mo has my complete confidence and trust in her abilities with dogs. “I recommend Stephanie because she loves pets, especially dogs. Dogs love Stephanie. She understands their needs beyond the average pet owner. She has good control with dogs.
