About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have always had a deep love for them. While I’ve primarily worked with horses and cows, I’ve also spent years around dogs and cats. We have our own rescue pup at home, and I’ve helped care for everything from small lap dogs to German Shepherds. There’s always been a family or friends dog around, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or just keeping them company, I treat every animal like they’re my own. I currently have two side jobs that I have full control over, so I’m able to be flexible and available any time of day or week to care for your pet. Whether it’s early mornings, midday check-ins, or evenings, I can adjust my schedule to meet your needs! When I’m caring for pets in their home, I do my best to stick to their normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable. About: I carry poop bags & treats on me at all times. I have common vet meds memorized. I own plastic syringes. I have carriers in my car. I’m on a group text list for emergency wildlife rescue. I spend my off hours volunteering at a shelter for cats that also spays/neuters dogs. lol, hi, I’m Eli. I will care for your pet with so much patience, empathy, care, space (if needed), cuddles (if they are asking for it), or whatever is appropriate. Animals can do no wrong out of evil or malice in MOH eyes, they just need guidance and love and help! My biggest flaw as a sitter is that I tend to over communicate as a baseline — usually out of confirming their health / safety first — but I can discern what is an emergency and send summarized updates (i.e. by night or by weekend if housesitting longterm, for example.) So feel FREE to set a boundary; you can’t hurt my feelings. Just let me know how to reach you (message or call) & for what. My husband care for our cats if I need to house-sit, otherwise, this is my full-time gig lately and I absolutely love it! About: I have had 3 dogs and 8 cats throughout my life. As well as rescuing 6 cats and 1 dog from around my county. I love impacting a pets life and giving them the love and care they deserve. I love taking care of all breeds and sizes of animals! I am currently a student and have a few side jobs which makes it easy for me to schedule. I am very flexible with times and dates. I like to get as much information about the pets as I can, including any illnesses/ health issues, favorite toys, favorite food, and any other activities they enjoy. Each animal is different and has their own personality and I think it’s important to take that in account while taking care of them. I have no issues taking care of pets with health or emotional issues, whether this means giving them medication or being aware of activities that can upset or help them.

I have decades worth of experience caring for dogs, cats and other small pets, from my own to friends and clients in the professional setting. My goal is to provide a sense of physical, mental, and emotional well being for your pet. I am here to help fill in the gaps in your busy schedules and be there. So whether your pal needs a hike, walk around the neighborhood, a feeding, medication dose (dogs and cats) or just a visit, I have your back. We all need movement, attention and praise, pets included. I use positive reinforcement as training method, for all pets at every stage. So whether you have a puppy with some aggression issues, a husky that needs a run, a diabetic cat, fish to be fed and admired, or an stinky old man dog that just needs to be sung to and told he's a good boy I am here to serve. I have two cats personally, they run the household and tell me what to do. They eat twice a day, get their boxes cleaned daily, and petted and played when they decide. Monday- Thursday I am available for pet visits from 10:30-2:30 and again from 5-9 pm Fridays - I am available from 10:30-1:00 for visits Weekends-vary During daycare hours I will always be in the home with your pet unless we are going on an outing together. Play, snacks, walks, songs, and naps will be provided daily. I do have two cats, who will probably stay out of the way, but cat friendly creatures are always preferred.

About: I've always been a dog owner since I was a young girl. I would watch/ walk my neighbors and family's dogs whenever they needed me to. I am Thorough and patient especially when it comes to our furry friends. I have a pretty open availability to care for your pups. I do work, but mostly from home. I am a new DVM graduate, and am happy to take care of your pets, no matter how old or young, especially those with special needs! I am certified in dog/cat CPR, and am comfortable providing any care needed. *Please note*: My providing pet sitting/dog walking/pet care services does NOT constitute a VCPR, and I cannot provide medical advice unless a VCPR is explicitly established in accordance with NY State Law* I prefer to stay in the client's home especially for dogs as this is generally much more comfortable for the dog to stay in their own environment. For overnight stays, I like to meet the dogs beforehand with owners present. This way they are assured it is okay to have me in their space for staying with them.

About: I love animals of all kinds! Dogs are my favorite. I like them more than people. I had a Weimeraner for nearly 15 years and I miss him everyday. Dog sitting has been very theroputic for me. Im not working at this time. I'm out of work until further notice do to a repedative motion injury to my right arm. I am available Monday- Friday. I live in an apartment house located near a school. I have a back yard but it is not fenced in. It's a very nice area to walk dogs.

About: New to the Homer area - previously served neighbors in the Newfield, Ithaca, and surrounding areas! Available most weekdays nights, weekends, holidays, and summers. My wife and I tag-team our clients as best as we can (joint meet and greets, visits, and sometimes swap on and off if one of us is only available). We have a 4-year old mixed Terrier and two kitties. I have always grown up with animals and I can assure you that I will provide your pet with the same loving care as I would my own. I am flexible with services including home visits, walks, dog park, feedings, medication administration, etc. Overnight stays are difficult, but I am flexible in helping however possible with various drop ins and various hours if needed. If you and your pet become consistent clients, we are extremely flexible with scheduling as best as we can accommodate. I provide as much love and care for your pet as I do my own. About: I have over 30 years of experience with dogs. As an animal lover who grew up with Guinea pigs, turtles, rabbits and dogs, I've always considered my pets to be part of the family. I have trained all of my dogs in my adult life. I have an adult son, with special needs and trained one of my dogs to be his worker and helper. About: I have cared for pets all of my life- from hamsters to parakeets to fish to cats to my parents German Shepherd! I now have an Irish doodle, Aurora, and a golden doodle, Blaze, who love new friends. My husband, Jordan, is also an avid dog lover, and his family raises Norwegian elkhounds; so between the two of us we have quite a bit of experience. The neighbors always know that they can leave their pets in our hands and not only will they be fed and cared for, but also receive lots of love and attention as well. I am able to do bathing/grooming when required, as well as administer medicine should the necessity arise. We have moved! We now live on Skinner Hill Road, Sempronius/ Moravia, about 12 minutes from our previous location on Salt Rd, Groton. Our family will be growing by one tiny human in October 2023, and I have quit my full time job in preparation of that! So, I now have extra time to give to your fur babies when they come to stay! At the Doodle & Kaboodle, we’re all about the dogs! I currently live in a large house in the country with my husband, Jordan, our daughter Arielle (born 2023), our Irish doodle, Aurora, and our golden doodle, Blaze. Our backyard is fully fenced with agricultural grade 5 foot fencing for lots of outdoor fun! The dogs also have free run of the downstairs of our home. Overnight, dogs are kept in crates. They may also be crated if they seem overstimulated or need a break from playing. However, they will spend the majority of their time playing freely with our dogs. If your pup is not accustomed to being crated, we will arrange a quiet place in the house for their down time. Tell me your dog’s schedule and I will do my best to replicate it. Dog pick up and drop off is between 8 am and 9 pm seven days a week. Drop ins and walks: I am now able to make a drop in or walk your pup any time, any day! Due to the increase in fuel costs, I can no longer travel more than 10 miles from home. I have raised my drop in/ walk prices as well to compensate for fuel; however, I have drastically lowered my “second dog fee” to help balance the price out for those of you who are lucky enough to have more than one dog. Males over 6 months must be neutered for safety reasons. Unspayed females are welcome. If your dog goes into heat while staying with us, I will do my best to care for her. However, I do not assume responsibility for accidental pregnancy. No dogs who have a history of being aggressive with dogs or people are accepted. For liability reasons, I am not able to keep pit bulls or any mixed breed pit bulls or staffordshire terriers in my home. All other breeds are welcome! For the healthy and safety of all dogs, every dog must be vaccinated against rabies, distemper, parvo, and bordetella, as well as be on an active flea/tick preventative, in order to stay in our home. We also require proof of a clean fecal test within the last 6 months to stay in our home. We appreciate your understanding that this is to keep everyone safe and healthy! When you decide to book, you are confirming that to the best of your knowledge your dog does not have any contagious health conditions including but not limited to parasites, giardia, ringworm, mange, and other skin conditions and parasites/worms. If your dog has an obvious illness when he/she arrives I reserve the right to turn him/her away for the health and safety for all other dogs in my care. If you are not sure if your dog may be ill, please tell me the symptoms before drop off so we can make a decision ahead of time. Please provide food, dishes, bedding, crate, leash, collar, and anything else your dog may need. If you are not able to bring a crate please let me know and I will see what I can do. I have a few extras but may not always have the size required. Every dog must have a buckle on collar or similar. Slip on leashes are not accepted. A collar with id tags is recommended. I have a tag with my phone number that I will attach to your dogs collar while staying with me if you are not able to provide one. Please note: all services require a meet and greet with the pet owner and pet before booking! Any questions, just ask! We can’t wait to meet you and your furry family member!

About: I'm that annoying person on the street who sees you and your dog and has to stop and pet them, ask their age, and name! I currently work from home full time and am available almost always for a quick dog walk or an overnight stay! My schedule is very flexible. I have one large dog, he is half german shepherd and half lab. He has a big bark but never a bite. I also have a neutered fix cat that is indoor/outdoor and very playful. They get a long great and I expect your furry friend to fir right in.

About: Hi! I have taken care of my friend’s dogs for 8 years, while they’re out of town or just at work, from puppies to adults, and it’s a lot of fun! I work full time with a food delivery service, but I’m all over town all day and can be super flexible on when I need to take breaks As far as safety goes, I always walk dogs on a leash, and treat them with the same love and care as if they’re my own. About: I've had tortoises, birds of all kinds, fish, ducks, chickens, cats, and of course dogs. I am a nurse and a dog mom myself. You can always count on me for updates and plenty of photos as well as always knowing what to do in an emergency. I have given meds to every single animal I've had including shots. I obviously have no issues with blood, needles, accidents, or vomit and am a patient person. I grew up with a family dog that was ultimately the coolest dog to have ever lived and have had to deal with personal training and reactivity as well. I have taken care of others' animals as long as I remember and I'd love to continue to do so, while giving you peace of mind with your pet. Although I work full time, I am available most days as I have been working from home often. With my own dog, I will make sure that your animal is a priority, just as I would want my own pet to be if I were away and of course, photos are a MUST because we all know how photogenic our furry friends are. I will try to recreate the same environment that your pet is used to so they feel comfortable. Lots of love and safety is of course the key as well! If you have a normal routine that works for your pet, let me know and I will do my absolute best to accommodate whether it be in my own home or yours.

About: I've loved and cared for dogs and cats since I was a child. I now work remotely, so I can be quite flexible in terms of care and stays. While I live in Homer, NY, I currently work remotely. My schedule is extremely flexible, even with short notice. And I love pets of all types of sizes. While I do not currently have pets of my own, I lived as both a kid and adult with both dogs and cats. I'll keep them safe and shower them with love!
