About: My very first pet of my own is my beautiful calico cat, Nala. I love her beyond words and I would treat your fur baby just how I would want someone to care for mine! I have been cat sitting for over 10 years, as one of my very first jobs was watching my neighbors cat while they were on vacation. She was diabetic so I had to give insulin and make sure she was feeling okay without her mom and dad around. About: I've had dogs my entire life from puppies to rescues! I've also been a grooming salon manager in Ithaca for 9 years. I've cared for many different breeds, ages, temperaments, and quirks all dogs have and I love them all the same. I have two dogs of my own Luke and Yoda. Luke is a 6 year old lab mix around 35 lbs. He is very loving and playful. Yoda is a 5 year old miniature fox terrier mix who has unlimited energy and is the sweetest snuggler. I am home all day with my baby and two dogs of my own so I can give the same care to some extra dogs! I treat every dog as if they are my own. I have lots of extra blankets to make sure they have there own space (i do recommend to bring some of there stuff like blankets, beds, and toys to make them more comfortable) and have extra room to separate them if they need to be alone. I will always make sure they are comfortable, happy, loved, and safe!
About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

I have done long term dog walking and dog sitting for a few local families in the Cortland area. They love me and I love them and their pups! I'm currently employed as a psrt-time dog groomer and have been at this facility for 10 years. 5 years ago I began dog sitting and walking for a few local families and now that my children are older I'm able to take on another client or two. My weekly schedule is flexible but Friday's I'm unavailble all day due to a full client scheudle that day! I have three dogs, a cat, and some chickens. All my animals are up to date and we have an electric fence to maintain their boundary. They get alot fo walking, running (especially the goldendoodle,) naps, and lovin'. I live on a farm with plenty of space for your dogs, and a big house for your cats! My go to activity is taking walks. I have had animals all my life and have a very big range of knowledge with them! About: I've loved and cared for dogs and cats since I was a child. I now work remotely, so I can be quite flexible in terms of care and stays. While I live in Homer, NY, I currently work remotely. My schedule is extremely flexible, even with short notice. And I love pets of all types of sizes. While I do not currently have pets of my own, I lived as both a kid and adult with both dogs and cats. I'll keep them safe and shower them with love!
About: I have grown up around dogs all my life and each of those dogs has helped me learn as much from them as they did me. I love dogs and it always makes me so happy to be around them! I have helped train my dog as well as my in-laws puppy. I love running, hiking and just love being outdoors; I would be happy to take your dog with me. I will love your dog as if he/she is my own! I will be available from 4-8 during weekdays and any time during the weekend. I work in a school, so once it is summer vacation I will have open availability. I have to dogs of my own. One Riley we adopted during covid. He was born blind. You would never know it though, as he gets around amazing! Another dog named Gus is a rescue! He is such a lover! I look forward to meeting your 4-legged family member(s)! I am a Kindergarten teacher, so in the summers I have more availability. During the school year os harder but I can do my best to accommodate. I have a fenced in yard, however we have an inground pool. No pet will ever be left outside alone. I can also work with your dog to be sure they sre comfortable and safe.
About: In addition to all dog or cat care I can clean stalls, feed barn animals, and care for all types of birds including chickens and ducks. I am available any weekday from 830-330, but can make exceptions. And anytime on nights and weekends, plus all holidays! Discounts available for loyal customers! “This is our second time booking with Ashley. This time we had a second puppy. She is so great with communication and pictures. Ashley and her family truly seem to enjoy caring for dogs and it’s a great feeling to know that they are so well cared for while we are gone. The outdoor fenced in yard is a huge plus and the dogs get tons of play time. Her dogs are sweet and playful and our pups came home worn out from all the fun they had. She’s great with setting routines and somehow got our 4 month old puppy that was not quite housebroken through 4 days with zero accidents. Definitely recommend.”
