“I can’t say enough great things about how fantastic Rachel and her family were with our dog, Larry. He was there for 5 nights over the 4th of July Holiday and had the time of his life. Rachel was so good about sending lots of pictures that we really felt like we had a good idea of how much fun he was having. Rachel’s family welcomed Larry like he was one of their own and their 4 dogs did a good job of showing Larry how life on the farm works! They even took him hiking at the nearby Pattison state park and he played a lot of fetch in their meadow and swam in the stream on their property. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants their dog to have a great adventure!!”

My Sadie was there with another beagle and he made sure that my dog who is free fed, could get time to eat, where the other dog was on a scheduled feeding time. About: I have always had a dog in my home for the past 20 years. I have been hired by many friends and families to watch and care for their pets, both cats and dogs. I also have extensive experience taking care of older dogs, as I cared for my childhood dog during the last year of her life. I also have lots of experience as an Animal Care Attendant. Taking care of all different ages, sizes, and energy levels of dogs! I am well versed in dogs with behavioral issues. Administering oral medications. As well as feeding. I am a big dog lover and have two rescue dogs myself :) I am very flexible and open during the week days. I can also be available on some weekends with notice! I typically spend my mornings taking care of my pups and getting them out on a walk. The rest of the day I am free! I am very patent when it comes to animals. I love playing, walking, and cuddling (but only when they want to). I am very observant and make sure they aren't getting into things they shouldn't. Your pets health and safety is my number one priority!
About: While I have not been a professional dog sitter I have always been the one to offer to walk or watch my coworkers, family, and friends dogs.I absolutely love being around them, and can't wait to meet yours. In the past I have used Rover to find a sitter for my dogs when I am travelling with them. Having a safe place for them to be when I go tour around a new city is such a nice option to have. Sometimes this is a few hours other times an overnight. Hoping to be able to provide this for others. I have 3 dogs of my own, one shelter rescue and 2 foster fails. Luna, Ole, and Birdie have been great foster siblings to foster dogs I have cared for also. I have a fenced yard with enough room to play. I also have a few spare bedrooms so will have the ability to separate dogs if that is needed however I prefer to dogsit those that are dog friendly due to already having a few in the home.
About: I specialize in large dog breeds as I have 1 Pyrenees and 1 golden retriever myself. They are both very well trained and certified ESA’s. I don’t have any special skills such as pet training, just really good with dogs. I am a full time nurse and I’m off every other week. I would love to take/walk dogs on my weeks off. I have always had a dog in my family. I’d love to hang out with your furry friends! I have two big loving dogs to keep yours company. We will spend a lot of time outside hiking and going for walks! If your pet is not staying at my house we will still have fun going for runs, walks, or being outside.
