About: I’ve been caring for pets since a young age and have experience with dogs of all sizes, from small to extra large. I’m comfortable with walking, bathing, feeding, day watching, and overnight sitting. I’ve helped care for pets for family and friends over the years, and I truly enjoy making sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, well cared for, and happy. I am a full-time online college student with a very flexible schedule, which allows me to be available throughout the day, evenings, and weekends for any pet care needs. I prioritize safety, trust, and a calm environment in all of my services. I carefully follow each pet’s routine, using entry practices, providing a clean and comfortable space, and using secure leashes when walking. I communicate regularly with owners, sending updates and photos, and make sure every pet feels safe, supervised, and cared for at all times.

About: My dedication and proficiency in learning new skills has led to caring for various unique animals and gaining hands-on knowledge. I am willing to care for any animals you need, just reach out! I have experience with dogs, cats, rats, bunnies, guinea pigs, snakes, geckos, fish, house birds, chickens, turkeys, ducks, pigs, cows, and sheep of various ages. I also have cared for dogs/cats that are blind, deaf, seizure prone and require medication (oral/injectable). I'm proficient in first aid basics for dogs and cats as well. I'm self-motivated and reliable, taking care of my family's pets from a young age and gaining endless experience since including taking care of countless neighbor's animals while growing up and continuing to do so. In addition to pet sitting, I have volunteered at various rescues and have fostered multiple cats, including a litter of five 4 week old kittens. Since fall 2019, I have been working with mushing kennels ranging from 10-70 dogs; through hard work and consistency, I became entrusted to care for and train dogs at these kennels, participating in multiple mushing races. I have assisted numerous mushers with their dogs at events and have learned a lot from them, along with veterinarians that attend. I'm practiced in raising multiple litters and took in a runt puppy temporarily when he required extra attention and bottle feeding. These experiences also resulted in me befriending a service dog trainer, who has helped me learn how to apply different training techniques to both dogs and cats. Now I have a sled dog of my own who has been a joy and given me insight into training my own dog for various sports plus service dog public access and tasks. I always take the opportunity to get to know each animal individually, tending to bond with them quickly. I would love to get to know you and your pets if you give me the chance! I currently work 4-5 days a week with around 8-10 hour shifts, but am able to leave mid-shift for a potty break and sometimes can do some work from home as well. I also live with my partner and sister who both have lots of similar experience with caring for animals and are happy to step in and help out as well. Many clients meet them and love that their pets get extra attention, often choosing to hire them for jobs when I'm unavailable. When caring for client's pets, my first priority is safety. I make sure my client and I have contact information for each other and any additional contacts for emergencies. I make note of their preferred veterinarian and any concerns they might have. I also prefer a meet and greet to get to know each other and the animal(s). Then I have the owner walk me through their care routine and ask questions. Once I know the tasks for the job, I see if there is anything else I can do to make my client feel more comfortable. This includes providing frequent updates with pictures, and anything else needed for them to know their pet(s) are in good hands. I take constructive criticism well and look forward to providing the best services I can!

About: My Family and I have had dogs in the family for years and I have always had a big role in taking care of them from baths to playtime and food. In 2020 we then started raising puppies. I have helped from the birthing to medication and playtime, overcoming new obstacles and fears, and potty training. I have dog sat a bit and have done well making sure they got exercise, food, and medication. I do not have much experience with watching cats but love playing with my Aunt's who breeds and raises kittens. I currently go to college classes but have a fairly flexible schedule. In the summer aside from a few trips I have nothing going on! I feed them twice a day unless specified, give baths once every other week and as needed. If they don't seem to be enjoying an activity changing it or making the situation better. Trust and respect are very important. The wishes of the owners or parents will be followed and hope to give your pet the best care while you are away

About: Hi, I'm JaLynn! I offer pet sitting services including drop in visits, dog walking, bathing and in-home dog boarding. I grew up with dogs, cats, chickens, horses, and more so your pets will fit right in! I'm also a SAHM to a sweet 1 yr old girl, and a gentle Golden Retriever named Yetti who loves company. We live in the country with a large fenced in backyard where your pets can safely play and get plenty of exercise. My aim is to be a dependable and helpful resource for your family to make your travels a little less stressful. I am a Stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty flexible during the day for daycare. My husband also works from home so typically if I'm not home, he is! I generally am most free in the mornings and evenings for drop ins. I have a large fenced in backyard and a doggy door so your pet will be able to play as much as they desire. I also have a friendly golden retriever who loves company! I do have a 1 yr old daughter so all in home stays will need to be experienced and friendly with kids.

About: I have hands on experience with a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, cows, sheep, goats, and horses. My strongest background is in training and caring for horses. Additionally, I spent four months shadowing at a veterinary clinic, where I gained valuable knowledge about the care and wellbeing of cats and dogs. I’ve also provided pet care for friends and family, and I genuinely enjoy building trust and spending time with the animals I look after. I currently work part time, which gives me plenty of time to play with and care for any pets in my care. On average, I work only 4–5 hours a day, so your pet will receive lots of attention throughout the day. Even when I’m briefly away, your pet won’t be alone—my family members, who also love animals, are often around and happy to help. Your pet will be surrounded by care, attention, and a loving environment at all times. I always follow any instructions provided by the owner to ensure your pet’s routine and comfort are maintained. While I don’t have a fenced in yard, your pet will always be closely supervised when outside to ensure their safety.

About: I’ve had pets ever since I was born! I grew up taking care of mine & always helping out whoever needed some help with theirs! I’m a CNA & in nursing school. I currently work as a CNA at a nursing home & I will be starting nursing school again in the fall! During school I have less time to work a full shift & more time to help out with your pets needs! I follow instructions that the owner says & maintaining the pets normal schedule! With lots of playtime & cuddles! I ensure a clean & comfortable environment for your pet!

About: I have experience taking care of dogs. I will take your pups on walks, feed them, play with them, entertain them, and also provide some housekeeping as well! About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, and have taken care of dogs for family and friends many times over the last 10 years. I love every type of dog! If you have kitties, I am a crazy cat lady! I'd love to hang out with your cats. I’m currently a grad student at MTU, so I have a flexible schedule. I can walk your dogs or check in on kitties in between classes and hang out with them while I study. Mornings are preferable but I’m available at other times, too. I cannot host any pet clients in my home, but I can travel to your home to check in on your pet or walk your dog.

About: I have had dogs of all ages. I am a college student looking for some extra cash while in houghton. I love all animals and can check in on your dog and take them for a walk. Currently at Michigan tech full time but I want to take care of some dogs after class or on the weekend. I am available all day on weekends. I will not take pets into my home because I am living in a dorm but I will make visits to your home for drop in visits and walks.
