“Toryn was absolutely incredible!! She went above and beyond and cleaned the cat food dishes and gave fresh water most days. She always played calming music for our kitty while we were gone.”

“Karla is always so kind to our dog Luna. She always lets us know when she is on her way so we know Luna is being taken care of. Karla also brings in the packages from the porch which we appreciate so much. Highly recommend her services to anyone who needs help with their pets when they are gone or work long hours!”
“Jordan did a great job taking care of my cat for a full week. She was on time and very thoughtful about sending pictures along with updates. I would recommend her and I plan to ask her to help me again in the future when I need to travel.”

“Jen is wonderful with our 2 dogs. She comes with lots of treats and energy to run with them around the yard. She keeps you posted and up to date and sends lots of pictures. We feel very comfortable with leaving our fur babies in Jens hands. Highly recommend!”

About: I am a Division 1 soccer player that manages time very well. With that, I am very active and responsible. I grew up with dogs my whole life and had to end up taking care of 2 of my senior dogs. They were a lot to take care of but, that didn’t matter to me as long as they were feeling loved. We have adopted 2 puppies within the past 3 years, so I do understand the commitment it takes to keep them in order. I have taught my puppies tricks, like sit, shake, spin and lay down! I do work part-time in the restaurant business so my shifts only last 4-5 hours max. I am very active, so I get my puppies walked usually 2-3 times a day. Whenever I am pet sitting, I make the pet my priority. I usually plan my schedule on what I have to do around the pet I am sitting. I provide safe, loving care tailored to each pet’s routine. In clients’ homes, I keep their routine consistent with feeding, walks/litter care, and lots of attention, plus regular updates for peace of mind.
“Patty was great with our older dog. She came for a meet and greet to learn all about Daisy. She messaged with any concerns during our time away. We would definitely use her again!”

“We had never used Rover before and were very nervous to try it, but Jen instantly put our minds at ease! She sent tons of cute videos and pictures and cared for our cat as if she was her own pet. And our cat warmed up to her almost instantly and loved her visits. We had never left our cat alone before, and Jen took a situation that was very stressful for us and turned it into an extremely positive experience”

About: I’ve had many different pets in my life including dogs, cats, bunnies, hamsters, hedgehogs and tortoises which I’ve helped take care of. I’ve done pet sitting for many of my family members and friends. I’m in college with a pre-vet focus and love all animals. I also have experience shadowing doctors and working in the vet-med field. I would love to take care of your pets while you’re away. I usually work an 8 hour shift 3 days a week from 2-10 but a willing to walk and exercise the dog before and after work. I also shadow at the vets office Monday mending and Tuesday evening for a few hours. I love walking the dogs and am meticulous about following the owner’s instructions. I love to send pictures and will take the dog to the park or other adventures if approved by the owner.
“Jessica is absolutely amazing!!! My dog Tessa absolutely loved her! I was so reassured during my trip due to the fact that Jessica is great with sending lots of detailed updates and pictures!”

I have wide-open availability during the summer and open evenings during the school year. I’m an experienced dog owner (shoutout to my 2025 Frenchie rescue) and a devoted cat lover. Let’s chat about how I can help your pet stay happy and active! bring a 'country-raised' work ethic and 'teacher-level' reliability to your home. I’m an expert in senior cat care, Frenchie-specific needs, and I’m comfortable with everything from farm animals to house pets. About: I grew up with three black cats that I helped take care of with my mom and now I’m a mom to my own Torti. I also help out with my grandma’s dog from time to time. I’m a patient person who doesn’t mind letting a dog lick my face. My full time job is currently up in the air so I have all the time to come over and make sure your pet is doing great and help them with their needs. For my own cat I check her food, water, and litter daily and give her lots of cuddles. I make sure she has access to everything she needs. In my home I have litter boxes on the top and bottom floors with food and water on the main floor. I have plenty of toys and scratchers on every level. I want to make sure my pet and yours have everything they need and access to their needs at all times.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my whole life. Currently own a cat and since moving have always wanted a dog but travel a lot. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule to check in on your pets. I’m excited to meet them and get to know them! I have a cat well loved and taken care of. He gets all the most attention especially as my wife and I work from him.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in South Lebanon. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
