About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. Before joining Rover, I regularly used Wag to walk and care for dogs, so I’m familiar with working with different breeds, temperaments, routines, and owner preferences. I’m new to Rover, but not new to dog walking or pet care. I’ve also cared for dogs in my own home and helped friends and family with their pets. I’m comfortable with energetic dogs, senior dogs, shy dogs, and dogs who need a little extra patience and attention. I enjoy long walks, exploring new neighborhoods, and making sure every dog gets the exercise, enrichment, and care they need. I live on Chicago's Far South Side, but most of my clients are in neighborhoods farther north, including Lincoln Park, Fulton Market, and nearby areas. I’m happy to travel for scheduled walks and drop-in visits, so I’m a good fit if you’re looking for a reliable walker or sitter who is willing to come to you. I’m happy to accommodate each dog’s routine, including feeding schedules, medications, special instructions, and plenty of updates while you’re away. Whether your dog needs a quick potty break, a long walk, or a reliable sitter, I’ll treat them like one of my own. Pet care is already a regular part of my daily routine through caring for my own dogs. I’m used to incorporating walks, feeding, play, training, and general care into my day and paying close attention to each dog’s individual needs. I currently work part-time, and I enjoy being active and spending time with animals. I have a fenced-in yard and two friendly dogs of my own, so I’m very comfortable managing dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and routines. When caring for pets in my home, I prioritize safety and make sure all dogs are comfortable with one another. In clients’ homes, I follow their routines and instructions closely and focus on keeping their pets safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

About: I have a genuine love for animals and they can sense that. I have rescued two stray cats. They came at different times to my front porch waiting for something to eat. I adopted the last one and her name is Bonita. As a child, we always had dogs, so my love for them is inmense. For me they are not animals, they are little humans with a huge soul. I work as a freelancer so I have a lot of free time. My schedule is very flexible, so I can accommodate service as long I have one day in advanced notice I have a fenced yard where you dog can play in the company of my sweet and friendly cat. I ca crate your dog if needed. I can walk your dog close to your home. I live close to hyde park, Woodlawn, south chicago, south shore areas where we can walk to different parks or beaches.

About: I've been a professional pet sitter since 2001. Currently my wife and I own a home in South Chicago, although most of my clients live in Hyde Park. I've been taking care of dogs in the Hyde Park area since college. I went to the University of Chicago. After school I managed a West Loop Doggie Daycare and Kennel. In 2006, I began working for myself and have maintained that as my only source of income. In that time I've cared for all types of dogs, from very old to very young and everything in between. I can also offer services to variety of temperaments and training stages. If we are a fit, my wife and I have two dogs, two cats, and 8 fishes who will be happy to meet you. I also offer training, doggie playgroups, and walks for clients in the area. I'm a full time pet sitter, so dogs will go out at least 5 times a day in a fence and secure yard and will not be left unattended. Dogs will generally spend the day with me and my dogs. I will separate them if I have to leave but generally that won't be for more than a few hours.

About: Absolutely adore dogs! They are Sentient beings that are intuitive, kind & intelligent. I’ve been an active member of PETA & the Humane Society of the United States for over 15 years & have been involved in animal rescue. I’ve advocated for the rights of bully breeds & against Breed specific legislation targeting & discriminating against Pitbull terriers❤️. I believe in adoption over purchasing animals. I love all breeds of dogs & have experience with toy breeds to the vulnerable bully breeds. I learned how connected & intuitive dogs are. How they are able to sense their human counter parts. I'm ready to open my home to yours pet as a professional who is experienced, ethical & devoted to the care and welfare of animals<3 Professionally I am a nurse so I guess I have a knack for taking care of everyone:) When your dog or puppy is in my care he or she will be treated with kindness and care akin to yours. About: I have taken care of dogs my entire life , I was a baby who grew up with a Irish Setter. and so my life's journey has been traveled with My best buddies . My family and my pets. Their love and kindness cannot be measured and they deserve the very best of care. I pride myself on training tips and methods i have used on puppies to older dogs i’ve taught behavior adjustments. I believe a healthy fit pup is a happy one . I was also involved in a program we called visiting buddies , taking puppies to spend time with senior citizens and pre school students. throughly enjoyed by everyone involved. I am currently working part time and my schedule is flexible, I work in events. my availability is after 12 for walking and boarding generally but with enough notice I can work some morning hours. I have a large fenced yard as well as a dog run on the side of our home. I have a very friendly furry baby who will give your pup hours of entertainment. About: I have always cared for the cats of my neighbors in Chicago, let alone other cats. Since my young adult years, I always have had cats and have been learning how to care for them from personal experience, reading online, and visiting vets as well as volunteering at shelters in Chicago over the years or supporting fundraisers! I am available nowadays to care for your pet at my home for a short period of time. Or I could visit your home! I am aware of territory adjustments and super careful about health issues. I have experience working with children and understand how important it is to supervise and engage with pets all the time! Also, it is important to pay attention to them in terms of health and behavior and provide a healthy routine of meals and clean litter boxes, among other things.

Your pet will be staying in my home, so they will have the whole house to themselves. I take extra long walks to the park and the beach often. About: I grew up in a multi pet home and learned to walk, train and groom pets from a young age. I cared for the last family dog through her medically tedious senior years. Through college I pet sat and walked for friends and family. For 2 years I worked for a veterinary clinic, although my job was marketing I often was asked to assist with holding and monitoring patients. When I became a pet owner I adopted puppies raising them through potty and crate training. I am proud to say they continue to be healthy and happy. Now we foster and pet sit dogs of all ages and sizes because of the dog friendly environment we’ve created at home. My success in pet lies with gaining the pets trust. I approach them slowly and go at their pace, sitting and waiting on the ground if necessary. I am pet sitting and walking full time so I have plenty of time to dedicate to my clients! Dogs are typically walked and out between 7am and 9pm. I have a fully fenced yard with ample room for running and playing. There are four resident dogs who are friendly and used to guests. We can crate your pup or have them sleep in a bed or in bed with me. Water is available at all times through a 2 gallon water dispenser.
