My rates can be modified, depending on your pets’ specific needs. I have a very flexible schedule as Pet Care is my primary focus. I also work part-time with Pets Lifeline (Sonoma’s local no kill shelter) as a humane educator in their after school education program. I currently only offer care at client homes. In rare occasions, I may be able to accommodate boarding at my place of residence. Case by case.

“I can only say great things about Gabriel! On pretty short notice, Gabriel was able to walk my 2 small dogs for 10 days. He clearly loves dogs & they loved him. He is very reliable & attentive to the dogs needs. I won’t hesitate to hire him again.”

About: As a fur mom myself, I treat other pets as if they were my own. I have two dogs and a cat. Two of them are seniors and I've had them since they were young. I believe in training basic commands, positive enforcement, and lots of snuggles. When I'm not pet sitting, I'm hanging out with my pups outside while they get their zoomies out. I'm comfortable with excited pups, counter surfers, and shy pups. We all have our quirks! I take care of our 3 pets (2 dogs, 1 cats) and their care is my top priority on my day to day. Feeding, training, and getting the zoomies out. I like to keep the dogs routine as much as possible. Some dogs can get anxious when someone new is introduced and I find it's best to keep things as simple and normal as possible.

“Robin took such great care of Leo the few times I left him with her! She took him on walks and made sure he was well looked after with her family and their other furry friends and always sent pictures to keep me updated. Thank you Robin! Would definitely recommend your services and book again if needed in the area 🙏”

“Christiana was absolutely wonderful during her time with Dory. I booked her for a walk and got no less than three pictures and updates during and after the walk. I have never felt more comfortable with my dog in the care of another person. If I could give more than a five star rating, I would have. I cannot wait to use her spectacular services again!”

About: Hi there! We are Marcus and Gina and we are the ultimate dog lovers. We live in Sonoma and enjoy taking advantage of our beatiful contryside and parks. Our home also offers indoor/outdoor space to sprawl out when he/she is worn out. We have 2 children who love dogs and have took ownership on how to take good care of our furry friends. The adults will always be present and responsible, but we do like that our kids have an opportunity to interact with more animals. We do have a dog of our own. He is a well-behaved, 20lb terrier mix that loves to snuggle and relax after a long walk and play! He gets along with pretty much every dog. We have been sitting friends and family's dogs for many years which led us to trying out rover when living in the Bay Area. We're looking to make this more established in Sonoma since we both work from home and could use the breaks in the day... We also think this would be a great business for our family and kids. Look forward to meeting you and your little ones! We both work from home and ahve a young family. We feel pet sitting and helping other families in our community offers a variety of benefits for us. First, it offers a break in the day from starring at our computers. Second, offers our children opportunities to interact with other animals. Finally, get to know others in town who love their pets We respect all wishes and rules with the upmost integrity. We believe it's important to communicate with our customers, provide updates and phots through the day. Finally, we can make adjustments to specific needs as long as they are clearly identified.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was young. Growing up with dogs, they make the entire day better! All dogs are welcomed any day. I do have my own young rescue dog, Gus, who is the friendliest guy, loves friends, people, and is a great play mate! I currently work from home, so I am able to be present with my dog, and any friends that decide to join us! We love walks throughout the day, as well as hanging out in the backyard to play! We have a larger fenced backyard where the dogs are happy to roam, play, and sniff all over. There is also a dog door where they are able to roam free in and out as they choose!

About: I've grown up with dogs throughout my entire life, but I've recently moved out of my parents house as I'm pursuing my undergraduate degree at UC Davis. My dogs have moved to Italy, and I miss them a lot. Also, I am also looking to earn some money to put towards my education and my future. So, taking care of your pets is a win-win! I have years of experience raising puppies, spending time with feisty kittens, taking care of senior dogs, and playing with pets of all activity levels—from mellow to boundless energy. My approach to pets is to meet them where they are at by understanding their behavioral cues. Each pet has a different personality that comes with unique physical and emotional needs, and I will prioritize understanding and addressing those. I will make sure your pet feels respected and comfortable in my care. Also, your trust in me is of utmost importance. I know that it takes a lot to have someone you don't know well look after your pet. I will prioritize communication, sending photos and updates, so you have peace of mind! I appreciate your trust! I have finished school, and I am currently on summer break! I have a very open schedule, so I can care for your pet any day of the week. I enjoy spending time outdoors daily and staying active, so I am also available for dog walks. I know many dog-walking spots around Sonoma County because I grew up here with dogs I walked regularly, including fenced-in runs, short walks, or big open spaces, depending on your dog's needs. I have a fenced-in back and front patio, and I can crate your pet as well. I do not have any pets in my home at this time. I can take your pet outside to a beautiful open-space walk being just a step outside. If your pet enjoys a swim, I am a short drive from the Glen Ellen reservoir, and I would be happy to take him or her there! I am also prepared to take care of pets with high activity levels who need daily runs in open space.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my whole life and I miss going on walks with my old dogs. I would love the opportunity to spend my time and go on walks with some in the neighborhood! I’m currently unemployed and spending some time traveling, so I have a lot of free time I would like to spend helping out other pet parents. I have a cat right now and I look forward to spending some time with dogs! I have an apartment that I keep my cat in right now. I would be able to do overnight sittings soon! Any interactions with the clients or their homes will be incredibly respectful and appreciative.

About: Hello. I am only accepting overnight bookings for 5 nights or longer at this time. I am a mature adult who would love to care for your beloved four-legged (or less) family member. I am a deeply caring, compassionate, ethical, conscientious person who can absolutely be trusted with your most valued babies. Rest assured, I will respect and care for your pets and home as I would want someone else to do for me. As a former professional, I understand the needs and demands on a busy life and hope that I can help relieve some stress and uncertainty. I assure you that I am a lover of all creatures and easily create a bond and trust with pets. They sense that I am safe and worthy of their trust and affection. I look forward to talking with you personally about how I can ease your mind, and meet your pets needs. When I do overnights in the client's home I am usually around a good chunk of the day as long as you have a good, fast internet connection. I currently work about 3 hours a day from my laptop remotely so I can be right in your home most of the day. I would just go out for to run errands. I like it when the owner leaves behind instructions for what to do for the pets so that I am aware of their schedule because pets love to stick to routine.

“Cathleen handled my two labs with love and care. She exudes a very calm nature and my dogs in a first walk without me had a great time. Cathleen is kind, caring and is energetic and is great in handling big dogs. We can hardly wait for our next time with her!”
