“We really appreciated Katelyn’s stay in our home to care for our two new kittens for the weekend. She sent us updates and the kittens were safe and sound when we returned. She even fed our fish. We would love to book her help again!”

“Brittany won the LOVE of our two Rottweilers and our 21 year old cat. She did an amazing job she played with them, cuddled with them and even gave medication to our boy for his congestion. Thanks Brittany and hopefully we can call you again!”

“Loved our Sitter Tiffany! We had never had a dog sitter for our Senior dog, Pork Chop so we were not sure what to except. We were so pleased with Tiffany - she was great!! She would send me daily updates/pics, treated him with love, took him for long walks and even gave him a bath!!! I would recommend Tiffany to anyone looking for a dog sitter - SHE IS EXCELLENT.”
About: Hello! I’ve always been an animal lover. I grew up riding horses & as an only child my pets were my best friends. As I’ve grown into an adult, the friends I’ve made usually come with bonus friends (their pets). I’ve had friends/roommates that are pet professionals (groomers/vet techs) & I’ve picked up a lot of knowledge along the way. I’ve been lucky enough to be welcomed into my furry friends homes to care for them as their people are away, feeling comfortable with their sitter. I like to do a meet and greet to get to know your loved one and follow any instructions to the letter. Young to advanced age, trust they will be well cared for as if they were my own. My schedule is currently open, not including any pending appointments. I’m very flexible with reliable transportation and can meet your needs morning afternoon or night. I prefer to care for your pet in their own home where they are most comfortable. They have my full attention when you are away. My husband is loved by every animal he meets and is the best teammate.
About: I have been a Veterinary Assistant for 2 years i am very passionate about helping animals & their owners. I enjoy all aspects of helping animals. I am home on weekends and some week days i am able to check on animals during my lunch break then after my work shift. I make sure the animals are comfortable, get enough activity throughout the day & I try my best to keep their mind off of their beloved owners not being around for the time being with lots of love !
About: I have taken care of pets since I was a young child, both small and large. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, and everything in between. I fostered for a few years in college as well so ai have experience administering medication and training. I have an extremely flexible schedule and am seeking fulfilling side jobs that I can enjoy and dedicate my time to. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine, as I can prioritize them and give your pets the attention and care they need while still balancing my other responsibilities. I currently am not housing in my home but when watching a client’s pet I will take care of them as if they were my own pet: take them on walks, play enriching games with them, and give them lots of love. I also have a lot of experience with nosy pets that get into everything, so I am extremely aware and attentive to details others might miss.
“Louisa and her partner came to stay for a long weekend to mind our dog Marmie and kitten Minxie. They were so wonderful and we would happily have them back anytime! We got lovely photos of all the adventures that they took marmie on and she was so tired when we got back!”

About: Hi I'm Jake and I've been caring for pets my whole life—dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, you name it! I’m a friend everyone calls when they need someone reliable to take care of their pets, and I’m now turning that into something I genuinely enjoy doing. Even though my landlord won’t let me have a dog, I get my fix by caring for all kinds of pups and kitties through house sitting and drop-ins; these options are a great way for your pets to feel safe and loved in their own familiar environment while you're away. I’m super patient, reliable, trustworthy, great at following instructions, and I always keep you updated so you never wonder how your fur babies are doing. I’ve worked with everything from tiny Chihuahuas to big lovable labs, goldens, pitties, Frenchies, plus plenty of cats and critters in between. Whether your pets need walks, playtime, feeding, or just a calm buddy to hang with, I’m your guy—and I’ll make sure they feel happy, safe, and spoiled while you’re away. I do live a busy life including two part time jobs. But my schedule is still perfect for house sitting/drop-ins (see availability). If you don't mind me being in and out throughout the day and home with your fur babies at night, then I'm your guy! * Please note: My standard rates cover clients within a 10-mile radius of my home. My maximum service area extends to a 25-mile radius (approximately a 30-minute drive in typical traffic). For clients between the 10-mile and 25-mile radius, an additional travel fee of $0.74 per mile will be added to the total booking cost to cover gas, wear and tear, and associated taxes/fees. Pet care fits really naturally into my weekly routine. I’m available seven days a week, with the most open availability from Sunday through Tuesday. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, I work later in the day (2:45–9 PM), so I’m free for morning, midday, and evening visits. Fridays and Saturdays are my busiest days with both of my part-time jobs, but I can still do morning and evening visits—plus quick lunchtime drop-ins if you’re nearby. I’m also available for overnight house sitting any day of the week. I prefer bookings made about a week in advance, but I can occasionally take last-minute requests if my schedule allows. And yes, I’ve got reliable transportation to get to you and your pets with no problem. When I’m taking care of pets in your home, I make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and totally spoiled in their own space. I follow your instructions exactly—feeding schedules, meds, routines, quirks, all of it—because every pet has their own little rhythm. I’m big on safety, so doors, gates, and anything a curious animal might get into get double-checked. And when it comes to your home, I treat it like it’s my own: respectful, clean, and never leaving a mess behind. Whether I’m popping in for a quick visit or settling in for an overnight stay, I keep things calm, fun, and consistent so your pets feel comfortable and you feel confident everything’s in good hands.

I will accommodate the owners and dogs needs while walking in the area that makes both feel more comfortable. Will only bring my dog if allowed I know not all not get along with others.
“Ian was an absolutely amazing animal and house sitter. I give him 10 stars. He was attentive, kind and trust worthy. I felt safe knowing Ian was providing the best care to my dogs and taking care of my home. My puppies loved spending time with Ian and felt comfortable in his care. He was loving and observant to any of our puppies needs. He followed all our directions carefully on how to tend to our dogs and give them their medicine correctly. I will definitely be asking Ian to help me again with my babies, he is the only sitter I will be using from now on. Thank you so much for all you did for my dogs Ian and thank you so much for making sure they felt safe in their home when I was away!”

About: I’ve been pet sitting for a few years now, whether it’s for family friends or my old teachers, I love getting to spend time with animals! Each pet has something unique and lovely to offer 🫶🏼 I currently work part-time and go to college, so I have Wednesdays and Fridays free to myself! I’m very active and love to take walks, and enjoy being with pets, so I might as well mesh the two! I love to follow directions/lists, so I typically do whatever the owner normally does! It depends of course, but I’m very flexible and fine doing anything. :)
About: I have been a pet owner for 20 plus years. I have taken care of numerous senior animals and am comfortable giving medication. Puppies and kittens welcome. Im currently a stay at home mom to a teenager and I have an open schedule. And would love to spend my free time caring for your animals. I can stay in your home or make frequent stops throught the day to ensure your pet gets the proper attention and all needs are met.
“Shelly is the best for love & care for your family’s furry friends. She is reliable, responsible and loving. I will definitely call her any time we are traveling out of town. Thank you Shelly!🐾🐾”

About: I’ve always loved animals. Everytime I’ve went over to a friends house I’ll sit there for hours playing with their pets. I like taking the time to get to know their little creatures and their adorable personalities. Caring for pets is truly one of life's greatest joys. The unconditional love and companionship they provide is unparalleled and they deserve the very best care. Dedicate time each day to attend to the needs of these wonderful animals is a privilege in itself. It's a reminder that hard work is essential in ensuring their well-being and happiness. I’ll make sure the animals are comfortable and safe with someone else in their home! It’s the pets territory and I will always respect their spaces.

Somerset pet parents share their Rover experiences
We ended up needing to book with Kasidy at the last minute, but found her to be very responsive and a great housesitter for our two dogs! We had been nervous about leaving our dogs while being gone for five days as they are anxious and wary of strangers. But they warmed up to Kasidy quickly due to her calm, relaxed presence and (and ball throwing :). She paid close attention to the instructions left for our dog with Addison’s disease, and texted me with updates on her status. Kasidy is a responsible and reliable pet sitter and we (and our dogs) hope to use her again in the future!

Kasidy was great ! She was very accommodating. Our dog has separation anxiety but she was so relaxed and calm whenever Kasidy was here and when she saw us leaving. Kasidy is such a kind and caring person and I loved talking with her about all her other animal experience and knowledge. We would highly recommend her !
