About: We’re a husband-and-wife dynamic duo with a lifelong love for animals! Between the two of us, we’ve cared for a wide range of pets — from dogs, cats, chickens, horses, cows, rabbits, and ducks to small pets like rats and hamsters. I grew up on a ranch, where my father taught me to love and care for animals of all kinds. My husband grew up surrounded by dogs and small animals, developing his own deep bond with pets. Today, we share our home with three cats and four dogs, and we’re passionate about treating every animal we care for like a member of the family. We’re a husband-and-wife team who both work full time, but we have plenty of availability in the mornings, evenings, and on weekends. We love starting and ending our days with playtime, walks, and quality care for the pets we look after. Your pets will always get lots of attention, love, and reliable care built into our daily routine. We are current with all of the safety and care procedures for cats and dogs. It is our goal to not only ensure safety and health, but to help your animal feel comfortable and loved.

About: When I was 7, I helped train my cousins' dog, and from that moment on, I’ve been passionate about working with animals. I've cared for my family dog for the past 16 years, gaining experience with everything from daily walks to gentle training. Over the years, I’ve helped countless friends and relatives with their dogs, whether it’s house-sitting, basic obedience, or just giving them lots of affection. While I don’t currently have a dog of my own, I’d love the chance to spend more time around pups, giving them the love, snuggles, and care they deserve. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I work a flexible schedule, which means I can offer consistent attention, walks, and playtime throughout the day. Whether it’s early morning snuggles, midday strolls, or evening check-ins, I make sure your pet feels loved and cared for as part of my daily rhythm. When caring for pets in your home, I always prioritize your pet’s comfort and routine. I respect your space, follow your instructions closely, and take time to build trust with your pet so they feel safe and relaxed. I’m attentive to their body language, stick to feeding and potty schedules, and double-check doors, gates, and leashes to ensure they’re secure and happy at all times.

About: That title quote was from a former employer, owner of a pet care company. She turned to me when all else failed. Best compliment, ever! (Traveling for clients now. Please get in touch for pricing.) I meet with first time clients to get the lay of the land. We go over everything from vet contact info, to the everyday things- food, exercise, the chasing of squirrels. :) Schedule is tailored to your munchkins needs. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to come and go when doing overnights. We can discuss. I do not do boarding. I only sit in my clients homes, where their pets are usually the happiest. Just like us! (Their own bed, blankie and bowl!)

About: I grew up surrounded by all sorts of animals; large dogs, livestock, reptiles and exotic parrots, which makes me super comfortable around all matter of species. I would love to care for your furry, feathered and scaly friends! I work professionally in animal care and have experience with all matter of exotic and domestic animals. Working in zoos and rehabilitation centers has given me a lot of experience spotting any health care concerns as well as being comfortable in emergency situations and providing medical care. I am a very active person and accustomed to the crazy Midwest climate, so I'll be happy to take your dog for a walk in all matter of weather (permitting it is safe for the animal to be outside too). I am looking forward to caring for your critters! I work full time, but have very flexible hours to fit check ins and overnights into my schedule. I would typically stop in before work, during my lunch break and spend the evening hanging out with your pets. I have five lizards at home that I absolutely adore, they aren’t reactive to the presence of other animals, so they won’t be bothered by your lovely critters. They are also very low maintenance, and don’t seem to notice when I’m not around and don’t get jealous if I’m staying with your pets at their homes.

About: Dogs are my great addiction. I've owned dogs and walked and trained them all my life, but until I settle into my next job, I can't have a dog of my own again, so I'm petsitting and walking dogs for extra “dog time.” I have trained dogs for decades and now I also walk dogs at the Santa Fe Animal Shelter. in the past, I assisted a vets, once in the mobile spay/neuter clinic in the Navajo Nation, and in a few other instances with wildlife rehab and injured animals. I kept all my own dogs into old age and love senior dogs. With my family I raised 2 litters of Shepherd puppies, and Ive fostered mothers and puppies at my home. I work part-time and online, and can fit my schedule around your dog, cat or housesitting needs. I'm an early riser and love to be outdoors in any weather so you never have to worry that your pet's schedule will be interrupted. Your home is as important to me as your animal family and both will receive loving care and attention from me. I've cared for many homes in New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado and have excellent references from clients, neighbors and friends to share.

About: I’ve had dogs of all kinds since I was born and haven’t known life without one by my side. In 2020 my lifelong golden retriever / corgi mix, Goldie, passed away, and since then I have been without a pet. In hopes to reconnect to animals I would like to channel my love into others’ pets. I believe there are countless invaluable lessons we can all learn from paying more attention towards animals. After graduating from the Savannah College of Art and Design last June, I moved back home to Athens. My parents have a Great Pyrenees named Patch who I help care for, but other than that I have plenty of free time and consistent availability during the week/weekends. I am flexible and willing to adjust to your needs. I can easily adapt to any setup you may have at your home in which you would prefer your pet to stay. I understand the importance of routine and how that can keep your pets comfortable even if you are away. Unfortunately I do not yet have the space to host pets at my home.

About: Ive taken care of dogs since I was 10. I’m a big dog lover and I’ve had three of my own at home and miss them dearly. I love to go on long walks or just play and chill. I’m a student but I’m basically free all week besides when I have class! I can also just hang out with your dog while I do homework. I have a front yard and a great space for taking dogs on a walk. I also have a room that fits a crate if that’s preferable!

About: Lifelong compassionate caregiver of all ages and sizes. Detail-oriented, patient homebody with time to care and land to roam. Queer folks and women first but all welcome! 🌈🐾 I work part-time remote. My schedule bends to the needs of your pets. I do not board pets from different households at the same time. Fenced, secure yard; dog-proof everything indoors; separate rooms if needed, otherwise plenty of clean, cozy common area. Frequent yard time and walks. Experienced with senior care, medications (including injections), patience for puppies, and love for all canines!

About: I’ve had pets my whole life including Great Danes, cats, bunnies, gerbils, fish and have been dog and cat sitting professionally for three years. Recently I lived and worked on a thousand-acre farm caring for cows, horses and goats, doing everything from feeding, cleaning and even bottle feeding. Bottom line is I love pets, and would love to meet your four-legged family members!! I currently work from my computer so I am very mobile and happy to be flexible with scheduling, etc. I love spending time with all animals so I make it a priority to fit this kind of work in. *If you have multiple pets and my site is quoting a large number for your sitting request, please know I am happy to look closer and find a good price for all! If I am giving care at your home my number one priority is your animal’s safety. That’s best implemented by focusing on your (the owner’s) rules and daily routines. Once I establish that, I focus on creating a special bond with your pet—it’s like they’re getting a new friend. If I’m boarding at my house my number one priority is to create a new and special routine that reflects their home routine but with new special elements. I have a very large yard and a safe neighborhood to take pets on walks, and as long as they are happy sharing space with a cat we have a really good time!

About: I am an avid pet-loving White Bear Lake local who would love to watch your pet & house-sit while you are away. I do dog walking, dog and cat sitting, and house sitting as needed at clients homes. Pet care has been a crucial part of my early twenties lifestyle. I have always been an animal lover, but cannot own a pet myself due to where I live. If I am able to watch someone's furry friends, it makes my day! I keep pets food schedules as close to what they are used to as possible, as well as stay overnight, play with them, and take them on walks. I love to explore my clients backyard when I am pet sitting, whether that be a trail to follow, a pond to walk around, or a neighborhood to admire. I am an active runner, so if your pet likes to run, we can certaintly hit the road and get out some energy! I am always mindful of traffic and keep pets on their leash, unless specific directions are given. We will go on a great adventure, but safety is my top priority.

About: I have been dog sitting and house sitting for about three years. I have a shitz tzu of my own named Milo who loves naps and fetch! Milo will stay with my boyfriend at my house during my stay with your pet. I’ll make sure your pet is taken care of 24/7 as if they were my own. I know leaving your pet can be hard I want to help ease your stress. My years of pet care and house sitting experiences helps me become an expert in pet sitting. If your pet needs special treatment or specific care, I am completely capable of making sure your pets are taken care of properly! I also am a very neat and clean person, I’ll make sure your house is taken care of while giving your pets the best care possible! I can’t wait to work for you :) I currently work from home and am able to provide as much care as needed to provide the best experience for both you and your dog When I’m watching your pet I’m only watching your pet. Your pets safety is my number 1 concern and I will do every to make sure your pet is being taken care perfectly!

About: I have grown up with dogs and have always had a deep love for taking care of them. I was born into a family of two dog-loving parents and a yellow lab named Sammy. Since then, we've had a male Lhaso Apso named Tony, a female Chow Chow mix named Ana, and currently a male Wheaten Terrier named Sonny. There has literally never been a moment in my life where I did not own a dog, and since 2010 I have also volunteered at the New Rochelle Humane Society (walking, feeding, and socializing the cats and dogs). I truly know the ins and outs of dog care like the back of my hand -- its more than a job for me, its my lifestyle, and I hope that I can share my lifestyle with your and your furry friend! As of 2024 I currently live in Santa Fe, NM and am offering my dog walking and drop in services in the area, and I am also offering petsitting services in both Santa Fe and Taos. UPDATE 12/26/24 I will be in New York City for the holidays and am offering walking and sitting services here until January 16 2025 I currently work for the Southwest Conservation Corps and my work schedule typically allows me one week off every other week where I am available for pet care. I always make sure the client's home is as clean as it was when I first arrived, and that all doors are locked with animals inside. I pay a lot of attention to the physical and mental state of animals, and if I see they're overheating or in any state of distress I will do everything in my power to make them feel better.

“Lisel cared lovingly for my dog and cat, providing many pets, snuggles and walks. She is thoughtful, conscience, and committed. She followed my requests to a tee and provided my furry friends with loving attention.”

Austin g.Star Sitter

“Austin was calm and confident. My dog Mika reacted well to him and they had a good time on his walk. I will use Austin again!”

Caroline K.

“Caroline kenne ich schon seit über 15 Jahren und sie ist eine sehr verantwortungsvolle und zuverlässige Person. Sie geht so liebevoll und zärtlich mit Tieren um wie ich das sehr selten bei anderen Personen gesehen habe.”

Amanda P.
“My dog Anna really loves Amanda. When Amanda comes over she loses her puppy mind and starts jumping around and running into things (this is not as cute as it sounds because my dog weighs 50 lbs). One time she got so excited she threw up. Last time Amanda visited we made a bed for her on the floor in the living room and we had to erect a furniture barrier all around her mattress to keep Anna from harassing her all night. Amanda likes hiking with Anna... but not as much as Anna likes hiking with Amanda. My dog likes everyone, but she reaaaallllly likes Amanda. I don't think she has thrown up for anyone else (myself included). Full disclosure: Amanda is my sister, so I am biased. I have known Amanda since she was born and my family always had a lot of animals (dogs, horses, cats, birds, snakes); Amanda really likes animals, and as far as I can remember she always has. She is comfortable with all manor of creatures and she works in a zoo (I told you she likes animals). She can probably take better care of your pet than you can because she is a highly trained animal care professional :)”

Karen-Joyce G.
“I’m currently on my 19th house/petsit of this year. If I have any question at all about a dog I’m currently caring for I call Karen-Joyce. She’s got years of experience not only as an owner but as a trainer, walker, sitter, vet’s assistant and volunteer at the local humane society. When owners leave their pets in the care of others they want them not only to be fed and walked and played with, they want them to be loved. No one I know loves dogs (and all animals, really) more than Karen-Joyce. She is passionate. The fact that she will go to the local humane society to walk dogs when she has the time is that passion manifested. Who does that? Someone who absolutely loves dogs. If it’s important to you that your dog is LOVED while you’re away, this is your gal!”

zoe p.
“Zoe is a caring and compassionate animal lover. She has the sensitivity and stamina to make an excellent pet caregiver. She is reliable, patient and conscientious and is tuned into animals' emotions and needs.”

Grace R.
“Grace has been my petsitter for the past year and has done such a great job with m dog Milo. He has food allergies and she works to make sure he does not get an upset stomach as well as taking him on walks as he still is a puppy. I would recommend her for any pet owner.”

Lily E.
“Lily is an exceptional caregiver who truly loves cuddling and going for long walks. She is responsible, communicative, and attentive to the unique needs of each pet. I've seen her care for duos of older dogs with tenderness, as well as small groups of energetic dogs with enthusiasm and calm authority. She truly adores spending time outside with furry friends and making sure they feel loved and comfortable. Oh, and she loves taking photos, so you are sure to get some photo updates while you are away!”

Katherine H.
“Katie was my dog sitter when me and my family went away for a week. FANTASTIC SERVICE. Not only did I get daily pictures of my dogs on their walks but my house was clean when I came home. Great customer service and very reliable. 100%”

Helen G.
“Helen and I met through Pratt, and she watched my dog Tiger when I left Brooklyn for winter break. From the moment they first met Tiger took an instant liking to her, and I knew she would do a great job watching him. And she did! She regularly sent me pictures of her spending time with Charlie. By the time I came back Tiger was so sad to leave her! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who want a kind and considerate dog sitter!”

“Andrea is amazing! She LOVES the dogs and they love her. She is extremely responsible and attuned to them; she has great skill in handling all types of dogs. If a dog barks, pulls, etc., she has the tools to help the situation. I think her biggest asset is how CALM she stays. This helps the dogs feel calm and.m safe themselves. Highly recommend Andrea.”
