I have a small backyard where we go play fetch, we also love going to Frenchy’s or many of the other parks in the area for walks and off leash play when the weather is nice. My daily routine already includes taking care of my 5 rescue cats, which includes feeding them and cleaning their litter areas. I like to make sure I make the pets feel at ease however I can. I know this experience can be anxiety-inducing, and I am patient with all kinds of personalities.
About: I have taken care of dogs since I was able to hold a leash. My dogs are my big babies. (Literally) I enjoy being around dogs of all sizes. I Currently do not have a job, so I am available pretty much all day to take your pups for walks or on play dates. I live in a gated home with lots of running areas for your pups to get plenty of exercise. In the mountains, perfect for exploring.
About: I have cared for dogs and cats my whole life so I understand the basics of training and taking care of them. I currently have an orange tabby named Prince who gets along super well with other dogs and cats! No worries if your pet doesn’t get along with others though, I can also have other people watch him while yours stays. I can care for pets whenever, I have classes throughout the week but since I stay on campus I’m never more than 5 minutes walking distance away from my dorm. On average I have about 3 hours of classes per week day so I’m home the rest of the time. I will be able to board always and do dog walks any day of the week. I have reliable transportation as well. My dorm is quite large so I have space to take care of pets, as well as toys and food and a litter box for cats if you can’t bring yours. I also live in a very outdoorsy campus so I can take dogs on long nature walks.

About: I grew up in a household with cats, dogs, small mammals, exotic and domestic birds, reptiles, and fish. I have experience as both a short and long term pet/house sitter. A large portion of my life has been spent working at pet stores, aquariums, wildlife rehabilitation facilities and with animal trainers so I have good background knowledge surrounding a large variety of animal care. By trade I am a biologist with a focus in the marine sciences. As a full-time field biologist, the field part of my job doesn’t allow me time to have pets of my own. So between field jobs I greatly enjoy the opportunity to pet sit since I have lots of time to dedicate to your pet! I feel that pet sitting is a great way to get some animal time in while also helping out. I am very attentive, caring, trustworthy, and dedicated. My daily routine revolves around my pack needs. Our routine is generally foods, walks, parks, poops, pees, plays, sleeps, repeat…. Everything from simple walks and feeding to extended stays at my place or yours, it sounds like fun to me. I have a full time best friend and dog named Spreckles who is pretty close to perfect. His nickname is Sprex. He is Hawaiian, so naturally he is very friendly and mellow with tons of Aloha. My number one priority is pack safety. I follow a daily routine and consistent schedule with my pack. Our day always starts with a nice walk to a nearby park. I use my own custom made leash system that I can walk many dogs at the same time, safely and securely. When we’re not out walking or at the park we do a lot of chilling and hanging out around our house and fenced in yard. I promote the pack mentality among my dogs as I am always their pack leader who ensures their safety and protection all the time. I’m glad to use your dog’s crate at my house whenever I am not home if needed (not typical). Sometimes I take the pack out on planned field trips, usually afternoons and weekends, to various places throughout the area. Frenchy Park is right across the street from my house and super fun for the pups. I treat and protect each dog as if they were my own and love them all unconditionally. FYI, I don’t introduce my pack to other dogs that we don’t know, to avoid any unwanted drama and to keep everyone safe. New dogs really shouldn’t be introduced while on leashes anyway. I speak the language of dogs and am confident around them always. I am always their alpha who provides a fun and safe space for my pack.
