I was so nervous biscuit wouldn’t warm up and I would be worrying about her during our whole trip but Leah is literally such a pro she was able to ease biscuit out of hiding and comfortable in no time! She sent me pictures and updates to ease my mind. She also was a great chef for our picky eater who eats freeze dried raw food (which other people always struggle to make the way sniffers likes it). About: I'm 63 and you can call me Frank! I have had and loved dogs since I was a kid. Okay, mom and dad did most of the work back then, but from my teenage years on I've housebroken and helped raise three of my dad's chihuahua's, the last of which we adopted when he passed ten years ago. She is still with us, along with my daughter's dog who also lives with us now! Also, my son's chihuahua puppy visits every two weeks or so! We are all very diligent with getting them on schedules, fed, walked and played-with regularly. My dad's almost 14 year old chihuahua still plays with the puppy, that tell you something? My pictures show a couple shots of our dogs on vacation with us in Gettysburg- they've also been to Canada, Ocean City, NJ and Lake Glory in the past ten years! We lost the Sheltie, Bella, in January but she had a great life, also pictured! We also had a Tabby named Stanley for 16 years, so I'm cat-friendly too! Your pet will have a great time and be spoiled a bit, whether I'm stopping by for a short stay or sticking around for a while! Of course, your rules first, so just let me know what you need and I'll do the rest! I'm currently driving with Lyft, but really want to scale back the driving and use my flexible schedule constructively by making some of my favorite animals happy! We have a fully-fenced yard in which the dogs love to run, 1100 square feet inside and basically all doggies are treated like family! They are fed dog food only, and just a light treat or two during the day, also dog-related, not "people food" treats. Plain, boiled chicken is the only exception, with white rice if there's an upset belly!. They are bathed monthly in the summer, and brushed randomly, though my daughter's dog has very short hair. I have also stayed at the homes of several individuals to care for their pets, a few of whom should be submitting testimonials shortly, if they haven't already!

About: I have owned cats a dogs! I am going to grad school for ABA therapy, which is where clicker training (often used on dogs) is derived from. I have worked with pets of all ages- I am a great fit for active animals- it would be my pleasure to walk or run with your pet! “Brian is an exceptional human being with tremendous integrity. We went away for two weeks and left him in charge of our home, our acreage, and our lively young cat. He was simply amazing in every way you wish a house sitter or a pet sitter could be. The phrase “above and beyond” came to our minds over and over while we were on our vacation. Our cat bonded with him deeply. In fact, she walked around the house crying for him in the evenings when we first returned home. She couldn’t figure out where her play buddy went. Brian was a fantastic communicator – – sharing all the ordinary goings-on‘s with the house and our cat, including cute photos and video clips. But he also really stepped up when a harder moment came. A powerful wind storm came through the area while we were away, and Brian did an outstanding job of prepping for a possible power outage— which did not end up happening. He also did a great job of communicating with us about any possible house or tree damage— which luckily also did not happen. What we appreciated most about Brian was his calm, warm, caring, and very-capable demeanor. We feel very blessed to have gotten to know him, and we plan to have him watch over our home and pets for years to come.”

About: I grew up with a chihuahua who was part of our family for 11 years, and I currently help care for our 4-year-old rescued Australian shepherd/pit bull mix. I especially enjoy going on walks and getting to know each dog’s personality while hanging out. I graduated from UW–Madison in May and am currently in my gap year before starting medical school. While I’m applying for a gap year job, my schedule is pretty flexible on both weekdays and weekends right now! I have a fenced yard and a very friendly dog who loves having company. He’s free to roam the house during the day and sleeps in a crate at night. I’m happy to follow a routine that works best for your dog.

About: I have had pets of all verities for most of my life. I have had Pomeranians, boxers, vizslas, rabbits and cats as personal pets and I have helped friends, family and neighbors with their pet care. Pet sitting is something I enjoy doing. I currently a nutritional services department in catering department for a private school. I would be available for pet care or walks in the evening and over night care during the week. On the weekends or Fridays through Monday morning I am available for around the clock over night pet care. I treat all pets as if they are my own. I will do anything the owner asks in terms of pet care. If you need medication‘s administered, walks, take them to the vet whatever it is you need. I will be more then happy to help I love animals and I love the company of them.
