About: As far back as I can remember I’ve owned or cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, hamsters you name it and I’ve probably cared for it. I love dogs the most and currently own three. Training them, caring for them, playing with them are my passions. I can bathe, trim nails, give medications, train them, walk them properly, and integrate them into packs when requested. I work from home M-F and have flexibility with my hours. I like to travel and I know the cost of putting my dogs up in boarding or day care facilities. We've decided to reduce our travel for now to save up money. I am happy to help out where needed. Please don't hesitate to ask questions. We have a fenced in yard the dogs can run and play in. We also have 2 large dog crates and one small dog crate we keep in case the dogs want/need to be isolated. When we are home our dogs are able to play inside and outside. We have parks close by and take our dogs on walks 2-3 times a day. Your pet would either walk with them or separately depending on his/her ability. We play fetch, we do commands, we can run them or play in water if it’s hot. We love dog parks and shaded walking trails as well. Dogs have the ability to stay inside or outside at our home.. I work from home and can watch them inside while I work. I let them play outside several times a day as wells. Dogs have the ability to stay inside or outside at our home. We have dog beds for them to lie on. We have a big yard and a pool.

“Winston had a wonderful day with his new friends James, his wife De and their dogs Charlee and Chloe. James did everything we could ask for and more to make Winston's stay a success. We received lots of photos throughout the day showing all the fun Winston was having. That allowed my wife and I to enjoy our day together knowing Winston was being well cared for. This was the first time we used Rover.com and it was a great experience. We will definitely be booking with James again.”

“Absolutely love Tara! She treats my sweet baby like one of her own! We will definitely be back and I would recommend her to ANYONE that needs any type of care for their pets. Jameson went to doggy day care and has been more worn out and happy than he ever has been at home!”
“I had the pleasure of having Valeria watch my fur baby, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. She was dependable, communicative, and clearly experienced with dogs. My pup was well cared for, happy, and calm when I got back which tells me everything I need to know. Thank You again”

About: Greetings, I am Obadina and I am a graduate of AK9i as a patrol Detection K9 handler and trainer. I went to Tennessee State for Animal Science Pre Veterinary Medicine where I learned animal husbandry. I used that experience to go on to be a vet tech as well as a pet bather and trainer. I am current K9 detection dog handler and trainer. I have experience with high drive dogs as well as nervous dogs and puppies. I can work with any and every dog, from fearful to aggressive. I also offer DeShed nail care and bathing services. DeShed services is when I remove the shedding undercoat that comes out usually during the change of seasons. It prevents mats and painful tangles which not only can relive pain and odor, but also keeps them cool during the warm summer months. It’s a very good alternative to shaving, which actually makes them hotter because their fur keeps the sun off of them . Animal Husbandry is my profession as a K9 handler. Your dogs will be treated like assets they are. It’s an hourly routine as animals respond to predictability which lowers stress levels which leads to better boarding experiences. Your asset will be housed in a climate controlled dry lockable indoor kennel run facility with a fenced in secured play area that’s easy to clean and plenty of storage for your pets supplies.
“This was Kings second time seeing Mika but first time at her place. he went right to her and never looked back at me. Made my heart smile because I knew he was in good hands. She sent pics of him throughout the day. He had a ball and made a new pup friend. Thanks again Mika. We can’t wait to see you again soon!”

About: You're not looking for a pet sitter. You're looking for a second home for your furchild. I get it — leaving your fur baby behind is the hardest part of any trip. That's why I've built the kind of setup I'd want for my own dog, because my chihuahua lives here too, and he has very high standards. Here's what your fur baby's stay actually looks like: 🛏️ Cage-free, always. Your fur baby sleeps in the bed. On the couch. Wherever they're happiest. Zero kennels, zero crates, zero lonely nights. 🏡 A real home, not a facility. Large fenced backyard with security cameras throughout — so I can watch over your fur baby around the clock. 📸 Daily photos + on-demand updates. Want a mid-afternoon "she's napping in a sunbeam" photo? Done. I send updates before you even think to ask. 🚗 Free pickup and drop-off within 20 miles. One less thing to stress about on travel day. 👩⚕️ Small dog specialist. I own a chihuahua and know the medical, dietary, and emotional needs of small breeds inside and out — from temperature sensitivity to feeding schedules to the big personality packed into a tiny body. ⭐ Intimate by design. I only accept 2 guests at a time, so your fur baby always gets personalized attention — never lost in a crowd. ⏰ 24/7 care. I work from home. Your fur baby is never alone. MY PROMISE You'll spend your trip actually relaxing — not refreshing your texts hoping for a sign of life. I'll send you a photo before you even land. SEE IT FOR YOURSELF Not sure yet? Come tour my home before you decide. Meet my chihuahua, see the backyard, and get a real feel for where your fur baby will be staying. I want you walking away with complete confidence — not just hope. Message me to schedule your free home tour today. 🏠 Spots fill up fast around holidays — message me anytime to check availability. No question is too small when it comes to your fur baby. 🐾 I'm home full-time, so caring for your fur baby fits naturally into my day — it's not a side task, it's my lifestyle. I'm with my own chihuahua almost all day, every day, which means any fur baby in my care gets that same level of presence, consistency, and attention around the clock. No rushing home between meetings, no leaving them alone for hours — just a calm, steady routine that keeps your fur baby feeling safe, loved, and right at home. Your fur baby is treated like family from the moment they arrive. There are no cages, no crates, and no isolation — just a warm, welcoming home where they're free to roam, play, and relax just like they would at home. Every fur baby gets my full attention throughout the day. We start with a morning walk, followed by playtime and relaxing in my large fenced backyard. If your fur baby enjoys outings, I can take them to one of two nearby parks — Lenora Park or Alexander Park — for extra exercise and fun. In the evenings, it's wind-down time — cuddles on the couch and a good night's sleep in the bed, never alone in a crate. I follow your fur baby's existing routine as closely as possible — feeding schedules, nap times, medications, and any special needs are all taken seriously and never overlooked. As a chihuahua owner, I'm especially attuned to the needs of small breeds, from temperature sensitivity to portion sizes to reading their mood and body language. Throughout the day I send photo and video updates so you always know how your fur baby is doing — and I'm always available if you want to check in. I only host 2 guests at a time, so your fur baby always gets personalized, one-on-one care — never lost in a crowd.
“Felicia and Bradley took amazing care of Ollie. From the start, they were communicative, professional, and clearly love what they do. They sent great photos and updates along the way, which gave me real peace of mind knowing he was happy and well cared for. Ollie came home relaxed, happy, and clearly had a great experience. It’s obvious they provide a safe, loving environment and treat the dogs like their own. I would absolutely trust them with Ollie again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, caring sitters.”

About: I absolutely adore animals. When I was younger, it was my dream to go into the veterinary field (the only thing that stopped me is I have a hard time saying goodbye to any animal.) I've cared for horses and other farm animals on family and local farms, and I currently help my family and friends care for their animals when they're away with work or need help dog training. They come to me with any training questions about puppies, too. I'm experienced with potty training, crate training, socialization, regular care, and elderly pet care. I've always been involved with girl scouts, 4H (animal science), and FFA (future farmers of america), so you can trust that I am widely knowledgeable about everything from lizards to pigs to cats and dogs! Every fur baby will be in loving hands in my care. My pets come first, always. I wake up 5-6am and take care of pets, including feeding, medicine, and litter boxes, then spend some time outdoors whether that's a walk or spending some time in the window to bird watch with cats. My cat eats 3 small meals a day, so lunch time comes next, followed by calm and wind down time. I spend an hour minimum playing at a higher energy with animals, and we take a trip outside (for walkable babies). When we are back inside, it's more wind down time before dinner. Another walk, and it's bed time. I have an indoor cat to keep your baby company when inside I have two outside lovable and energetic dogs and a huge yard Dogs are always on leashes and always within my line of sight Wind down time before eating to prevent bloat Experienced with a variety of warning signs for emergency care Able to give medicine, shots, special prepared foods, and any other needs for babies who need special help
About: At 28 Years Old, I have nearly always had a dog living with me. 8 dogs have been apart of my life in the past and currently 4 reside in our large loving home. Nearly every single one of my dogs have been rescued and cared for, where I try my best to change my own routine to better fit their needs rather than trying to change them to fit my own. In the past years I have boarded relatives' dogs at my own home and would like to continue helping dog parents with any dog care they might need. Because I've had so many dogs in my life, I have had to experience both the beginning and end of their lives. I especially enjoy giving extra care to senior dogs to make sure they are most comfortable in the golden age of their lives. I am working only part time so I have plenty of time to give your dogs as little or as much attention as you need. My schedule is extremely flexible. Weekends or Weekdays are perfect for me. My home sits on a hilly and forested 3 acres, with fenced in portions as well as a long circular driveway perfect for walks! In the fenced area, there is a pool perfect for any water loving dog in the summer! There is also an enclosed run of chickens that are unbothered by any rambunctious and curious dogs. Currently we have 4 dogs, one an outdoor Rottweiler dog that is all too happy to play with another dog, but with her own separated fenced in area. We have 4 indoor dogs, 2 Rat Terriers and 2 Chihuahua. All of them have shown friendly tendencies to unfamiliar dogs of similar size. They have had mixed feelings over larger dogs and I know that not all dogs enjoy the company of others. Should your own dog be more comfortable being alone and dislike other dogs, our house is set up in a way that your own dog can have their own private space away from my dogs and still get whatever attention is needed while still allowing my own dogs ample space.
About: I’ve had pets all my life and love them all. I work from home and live on a fully fenced lot. Your baby will be safe with me. I only accepts dogs under 40lbs. I work from home and my job offers a lot of flexibility, therefore; I have ample time to tend to your pets needs and safety. I have a fully fenced yard, no pets, and I’m obsessed about safety. My doors are always locked but the home has floor to ceiling windows that pets can nature watch

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
