“Jen was great and cared for our three very senior kitties like they were her own! Was very observant and sent me updates each day, then left detailed notes for us when we returned. Cats this age (18) require a careful eye and we were very reassured that she was watching them. SO glad to have found Jen!”

About: I had my sweet dog Tinkerbell for 18 years & I’m not quite ready for another pup for myself so I absolute love spending time with other wonderful peoples pets! I have 2 cats- Winifred & Luna so I am familiar with cat care. I am experienced with senior pet care. I also worked in a veterinary hospital for a couple of years so I am familiar with lots of different kinds of animals, including dogs, cats, reptiles, rats & more! I also have some experience with health sensitive and geriatric pets. I can administer medications & am familiar with prescription diets. I work full time Monday through Friday but I do have an hour lunch break where I can stop by and let animals out and feed them if needed. When I am not at work, I am available to be at your home as much as you would like me there. I frequently stay in peoples homes with their pets. I am off work on weekends so I can dedicate the entire weekend to your furry babies. I do not usually watch animals in my own home, other than cats who are not outdoor cats & are experienced & good with other cats, since I have two of my own. I prefer to watch animals in their own home, as it lessens the stress for the animal (and my cats! haha)

About: I’ve been the primary caregiver for my family’s dogs (2–3 at a time) for over 8 years. I’ve also provided dog-sitting services for multi-dog households in my community, earning excellent reviews from happy pet parents! I’m available Monday through Friday after 5 p.m., and I’m completely free and flexible on weekends to give your pets the love and care they deserve! I’m happy to provide walks, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, and plenty of loving pets and snuggles to keep your furry friends happy and cared for!

About: Animal care is my passion! From years of dogsitting to working in a veterinary hospital, I have the personal and professional experience to give your pets the best care and make sure my clients feel super comfortable leaving their pets with me! I can pet sit all week and dog walk on weekends and weekday evenings after work. I do work ~35 hours a week and will always be communicative about my schedule with my clients! I am very accomodating to all households regarding how to care for the pets. I will always make sure the pets are getting the attention and care needed like treats, bones, walks, etc. Lastly, I always leave clients' homes clean and tidy!

About: Furry Friend Care experience includes caring for cat(s) needing regular injections (subcutaneous), special dietary needs, and walking multiple dogs (familiar with each other). Light grooming, as well! As a free agent with Home bases in both Munising and Marquette, I have flexibility! We all have things we care about and want to ensure are safe and cared for when we're not around. I will give care and consideration to your fur friends, their routines and safety! My house sitting, boat sitting, fur friend care, & companionship extend from Marquette to Munising, and Chocolay to Big Bay! Care to be in your home, unless special conditions are made. My current familiar is a gorgeous grey Nebelung cat, adopted as a kitten 5 years ago. She requires a special ZD diet and biweekly subcutaneous shots. I have experience attaching kitty nail caps, when she was younger, with coordinated guidance while we were sussing out an unknown skin condition that was causing her to scratch aggressively, continually opening wounds, not giving them a chance to heal. Her condition is now under control, and she no longer requires the nail caps. Prior cats I have cared for have ranged from 3 lbs to 28 lbs! Our family pooch is an English Springer Spaniel, a unique tri-color showcasing beautiful Sable color. We welcomed him to our home 6 years ago. He is our 2nd Springer in 21 years. They are such a loving, fun, and gentle breed. I have much experience in connecting with and walking rescue dogs as well, mixed breeds including Sharpei, Pit Bull, Rottie, Jack Russel, Corgie, Labradoodles, Spaniels, etc. Sanitation is the start of keeping our friends safe and healthy; exercise and fresh air are necessary as well to have a happy, healthy home life. I can provide these things for your loved furry friend(s) while you are traveling or working.

Multiple years of experience dog walking/running/biking/hiking and always looking for a fur-ball adventure buddy to blow off some cold-weather energy with. Have experience with various breeds of various sizes with a spectrum of energy levels. Mindful, respectable, dependable and patient with both dogs and people. Willing to learn how to handle any dogs that require special attention or extra medical care. Please contact if any questions or just to say hello! I work full time remotely as an event coordinator for a snow-surf-skate non-profit so have tons of open availability to care for your beloved animals. Open to traveling further and staying for longer periods of time if needed. I can provide referrals from folks I have supported with their pups over the years. I always make sure to check-in and update daily and am very respectful of individual's needs.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since I was 11. I’ve been trusted with walking, feeding, bathing, as well as medication administration by family and friends. I work as a night shift nurse so my schedule can be a bit different, hectic, and sparse at times, but I’m still able and very much willing to give your dog the care, love, and attention they need and deserve! I can easily crate your dog if needed. I always check fences or fence gates before letting a dog outside. If dropping in for a house visit, I like to make sure the area is safe and secure - making sure your pup doesn’t get into anything they shouldn’t, such as trash bins, food on the counter, etc.

About: Growing up, there has always been dogs in my house. Currently, I own two Shih Tzus and have had a Teddy Bear in the past. I can administer some medications as well as participate in enrichment activities. I’m currently not working and I am a college student. I am open to caring for your animals anytime of the day. Feel free to reach out! I am very passionate about animals of all kinds. A meet and greet prior to the visit can always be done to confirm that we are a good match for each other!

About: Hi! I’ve grown up with dogs and love spending time with them—whether it’s going for walks, playing fetch, or just hanging out. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all ages and sizes, and I have experience with senior pups and those with special needs, including administering medications and offering gentle support. Every dog is unique, and I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. Pet care fits naturally into my routine! I currently have open availability through May 19th, so I’m flexible and able to accommodate a wide range of schedules. After that, I’ll be working 40 hours a week but will still have two consistent days off, plus availability for morning, evening, and weekend care. I'm committed to making sure pets get the attention they need, even with a full schedule. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. In a client’s home, I follow their routines closely to keep pets comfortable and reduce stress. I’m respectful of your space and always keep doors, gates, and feeding areas secure. I also keep you updated with messages and photos so you know your pet is in good hands.

About: I am a 30 year old college graduate and I have loved dogs my entire life. I was never allowed to have a dog growing up so I always asked my friends if I could hang out with their dogs whenever possible. I just honestly really love dogs and want to be able to hang out with as many as possible throughout my life. I interned at a Veterinary Clinic during my senior year of high school so I have become familiar with appropriate ways to administer medications, trim toe nails, and calm anxious pups. My availability is fairly flexible and I will always make time to take care of a pooch that needs it while their pet parents are away for whatever reason they have. My schedule can sometimes be unpredictable but I always do my best to communicate that with possible clients. Open communication is key for me to help you. If I’m in your home, I treat it like my own. I was raised to respect everyone and their belongings. Your pet’s safety is always my number one priority.

About: Growing up we always had at least one dog and multiple cats. I travel often so I haven’t adopted a pup of my own. Caring for yours benefits me as much as it does you and your fur baby! I work travel contracts 13 weeks at a time. So I’m never in one location for too long. When I work it’s 3 days a week and then I take time off between contracts so my schedule opens considerably. The only down side is I’m not permanently stationed in one location. I will make sure every pet I care for stays safe whether it is in my home, your home, or out on a walk. I’ll be caring for them as if they were my own! If you have special requests or concerns regarding your pet I will happily address them individually!

About: My family has owned several dogs, including a German Shepherd currently named Greta! I also own a cat named Esther and I have learned a lot from living with these fur babies Every morning when I wake up/ get off work, I sit with my cat for a little bit and feed her and play with her before starting my day! I have back patio with a fence around it and I have two rooms in my apartment where I could let my cat hang out while a pet is over so the pet has a chance to roam around and have fun while staying!

About: I have many years of experience in watching pets, I grew up with 3 dogs and a cat and have taken care of neighbors pets as well. Now that I am away at college (NMU-majoring in nursing) and cannot take my pets with me I would love to be able to make sure other peoples pets are in good hands. My reliability and trustworthiness makes me a great candidate for taking care of your pets. I am currently a full time student. I do not have any other type of job so I will be around often to take care of animals. I care for them in a loving and fun way. I will only treat them with respect and love. I want to make sure I take care of them in the way that I would want someone to take care of my animals. I will make sure that your pet(s) get the exercise they need by walking/hiking/running, whichever you prefer. Because I am only going to school at the moment, staying at your house and visiting often to walk them will not be a problem.

Sara T.

Ella S.
“Ella would provide safe, loving care and outstanding customer service because she’s genuinely attentive, responsible, and compassionate. Ella has cared for our pets and it’s clear that she treats animals and people alike with patience and respect. Ella’s calm energy, strong communication skills, and natural empathy make her someone you can trust—both as a caregiver and as a professional. She’s the kind of person who shows up fully and consistently for others.”

Olivia E.
“Olivia has watched our golden retriever, Bentley, many times. From when he was a puppy to older. She always keeps us updated with messages and photos, and takes the best care of our fur baby. Bentley absolutely adores her and gets so excited when she comes over. Whenever we need a pet sitter, Olivia is our go-to, as we couldn’t ask for anyone better!”

Kendra S.
“I have a reactive (due to trauma) pit bull who makes a terrible first impression to the point where people cross the street when we are walking. She is so scared of new situations and other dogs, she becomes highly reactive to the point where most people avoid her. She has separation anxiety and takes medication to help, but new people, dogs, and environments are just tough for this dog. I can't trust just anyone to care for her or walk her. Kendra's energy made an immediate positive impact on my dog and I would trust her with any dog or cat. She's compassionate, thoughtful, and detail oriented. You couldn't wish for a better pet care professional than Kendra. My only advice is get on her calendar now because it fills up quickly! Kendra has cared for pets her whole life and brings years of experience and knowledge. She's my number 1 go-to for my dog.”

Veronica J.

“Very knowledgeable and patient with reactivity. I can tell she’s done a lot of research and has true love and compassion for animals.”

Sophia K.

“Our cats loved her! She treated our pets like her own.”

“Karina did an amazing job watching after our fur babies while we were gone! They loved her and she gave them lots of attention and took wonderful care of them!”

Autumn R.
“Autumn is a very responsible, smart, and caring young lady who has cared for her family pets for years. We can travel or leave our home without a worry. She's not only incredibly knowledgeable about dog care but also genuinely cares for our puppies comfort and well-being. Our puppies are happy and relaxed when Autumn is around. I highly recommend Autumn to anyone looking for a reliable and loving pet sitter.”

Amber R.
“Amber is a caring and responsible individual when it comes to providing for pets. She watched my two rambunctious kittens for over a week while away, and I had no issues with the experience. She provided excellent communication the entirety of her gig, and regularly updated me with pictures of my kitties. My space was left clean and treated respectfully during this time as well. Would highly recommend her to any others considering her services.”
