About: For 30+ years, I've taken care of pets & animals of all ages and sizes. Dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and even chickens. I can be relied upon to care for your pets with love and compassion when you're not able to! I work full-time, I have two daughters (12 & 14), I have a full-time working husband, and we have a 6 year old Basset Hound named Tootsie. While we lead busy lives, we have structure and schedules that our furry friends fit well into! I am easily able to carve out time for walks, meals, playtimes and bedtimes. We live in a quiet neighborhood and we have a 6 year old Basset Hound that can keep your pet company! I also have experience with crating if needed/wanted.

About: 🐾❤️. Animals are family and I will welcome yours with open arms! I have had dogs since I can remember and currently have a loving American Bully pup, 7 years old, who enjoys making new fur friends! Her name is Zoe. I work from home full-time and take several walks a day. Two kids & a Non-smoking household. We live on a quiet gravel lane, off the beaten path with lots of safe places to explore! I only take one dog at a time so that they will be the center of attention. I always offer a meet and greet so that you can check out your pup’s vacation spot and they can play with Zoe while I get all of the details to ensure the most comfortable stay. Whether being active, going for walks, playing fetch, or enjoying quiet comforting snuggles - your fur baby will feel very welcome to the pack! There will be no shortage of check-ins, pictures, & videos throughout the stay (per your preference). We also have a dog washing station as well for a bath add on! I have a flexible schedule which allows for walks, playtime, and cuddles. Working from home allows me to give full attention for your fur baby. We are a dog-loving family, and Zoe is the official greeting committee! She loves playing with new friends and lazy days in the sun. We have room to crate your dog as needed as too , if that’s your preference or comfort level.

About: I’ve few up with cars and dogs so I know very well how to take care of them. I know how to work with animals and be understanding with them i have classes every other day for a few hours then i’m free. I go to the gym in the morning then i am on my way I brush them at least once a week(depending on fur type) and feed and water them at set times during the day. They also get treats so often just for fun

About: i have taken care of animals all my life from dogs, cats, lizards, and birds i will make your animal feel loved just like if it was my own pet im currently working part time at a dog grooming place so im not busy so i have time to walk and take care of your animals when needed. i have a huge yard for my six dogs where we go out when it’s nice out to play ball and run to get some energy out of them and we have a separate room for their crates so when we leave we put them in crates so they don’t get into anything

About: What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I give every dog. I’ve grown up around family pets and understand how important it is for dogs to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family. I’m available 24/7. I have 4 dogs at home and am willing to pet sit at any point of any day! I’m just getting started on rover and would love to get my name out there! I have hands-on experience caring for dogs through both personal and professional settings. I previously worked for a local groomer as a dog bather, where I became comfortable handling dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. In addition, I regularly care for my family’s dogs by feeding them, taking them on walks, spending time with them, and pet sitting when family members are away. About: Hello! My name is Tabatha Garman, I am the sole owner and operator of Special Paws Pet Care and a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). As a veterinary technician, I play the nurse role of the veterinary team. I graduated from Kent State University with my Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology in May of 2021 and am currently pursuing my Bachelor's of Integrated Studies focused in animal behavior. While in school for my technician license, I gained various hands-on skills with a variety of animals, from dogs and cats to birds, horses, snakes, and much more. Outside of school, I have trained at numerous veterinary hospitals and gained vital experience in CPR and emergency response. My personal experience caring for animals expands far beyond my education and career, as I have cared for my own, family's, and friend's pets my entire life. As previously mentioned, I have a vast range of experience with different species from small pocket pets and reptiles to large and farm animals. I love working with nearly any species, especially pigs and cows! My medication administration skills are just as vast, including giving various types of injections and fluids, oral pill and liquid administration, topical applications, etc. Any pets with special needs are assured to be taken care of! Specializing in animal behavior, those with unique personalities or who are a bit grumpy or naturally prefer alone time are some of my favorite to work with. I love working to understand them and win them over and am happy to try to work with any type of disposition or behavioral challenges. No job is too big or small. Whether you have a pet that needs daily medication, help getting around, and extra special care, or just want to feel comforted knowing that your furry family member is in great hands, I am happy to care for any and all of them. I am currently dedicating my time to in-home pet care while going to school full-time online, so I am free to fit your pet into my schedule however you may need. While I do personalize my schedule to fit your pet specifically, my typical day is scheduled like this and changed as needed, just to give you a better idea of your pet's time with me: When I arrive, I always spend time making sure your pet is happy, comfortable, and has everything they need. When staying with them overnight, I will keep them company until morning, make sure they have everything they need and get some pets or playtime in, then I will leave as needed to tend to any other appointments, making sure to return to check-in and spend time with them at minimum every 3-4 hours, unless more frequently is needed. Whether you just need a daily check in and play time for your cat while you're away, or if you need someone to take your pup out every couple of hours along with walks and lots of play time, or even if you have an older pup who can't really spend time alone at all, we can definitely make a plan to suit your family purrr-fectly. Your pet's safety is always my top priority. Whether at home, in the car, at the vet, out for a walk, or at the park, I am always extremely diligent to make sure your pet stays safe and sound. I always use doggy seatbelts or enclosures when driving, reflective strips and flashlights at night, ramps and manual assistance for mobility-challenged pups, predator-deterrent to protect them from harm, and vet-approved chews or boredom busters to make sure your pup is happier and healthier when you arrive back home. Out of an abundance of caution, I typically do not have pets I'm watching interact with other pets I'm unfamiliar with (ie: no communal dog parks). In the case that anything does happen while I am with them, I am trained on the safest and most effective way to stop a dog fight, as well as being trained in CPR, emergency triage and response, and homeostatic stabilization. I also always have a list of the nearest emergency hospitals on hand should they ever be needed. I strive to follow all pet-parent's wants and needs for their pets, including whatever training or rules you may have for your pet while they are in my care (crating, treats, toys, etc).
