“We left our Boston Terrier, Toby with Jackie & Jorge for 9 days and they took great care of him! Jackie sent us several pictures of him daily and she kept us posted on how he was doing. We will definitely be leaving Toby with them in the future.”

“Excellent sitters. They take many cute photos and provide twice a day updates. My dogs look like they’re having so much fun that I’m worried they never want to come back home.”

“New here to Texas and now our family has begun to start traveling within the first time of booking with rover I’ve met some great dog sitters so with Joshua he has proved that he can handle my fur baby! Denim loves him I can tell when I get picture mail or just a text saying that he stated to have anxiety 😂 MY DOG LOVES YOU ALREADY ! He feels comfortable with with him and we will continue to book with Joshua and his gentle giant fur baby . We feel safe and happy with you both.”

“I’m so happy that I left my babies when Breanna! Right after meeting her I felt so at peace knowing my Babies where going to be in good hands🥰 Breanna was awesome and very trustworthy!”

“Excellent Dog Sitter - Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of hiring Max to watch my Shih Tzu and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. From the moment we met Max, it was evident that he loved animals and dedicated to providing top-notch care. One of the standout qualities of Max was his attentiveness. He paid close attention to my dog's needs, ensuring that she was comfortable and well taken care of at all times. Whether it was feeding, walking, or playtime, Max made sure my dog was happy and content. Communication was also exceptional. Max regularly sent me updates and photos of my dog, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. It was heartwarming to see my dog enjoying herself and being well looked after. Max’s dedication to keeping me informed was truly appreciated. Furthermore, I was thrilled to learn that he even took my dog to play at the Pearl. The Pearl is a fantastic place for dogs to socialize and have fun, and I'm grateful that the sitter took the initiative to provide such enriching experiences for my dog. It's clear that he went above and beyond to ensure my dog had a great time. Overall, I highly recommend Max to anyone in need of reliable and caring pet care services. His attentiveness, regular updates, and willingness to take my dog to exciting places like the Pearl truly set them apart. I will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future for any pet sitting needs. Thank you for taking such great care of my beloved Chata!”

About: Growing up in the Hill Country, my family always had at least 4 pets at any given time. Usually no less than three dogs. I also volunteer at the San Antonio Humane Society when I can! Now, living in the city I don't have a dog of my own and am missing having a furry friend! This is not just a side gig for me but a way to be able to enjoy the company of my favorite furry friends! I'm currently in between work so I can dedicate my full schede to watching over your pets. Ideally, I'd like to find remote work so I can still look over your pets. First and foremost I give lots of love and attention! I have and do volunteer for SAHS and agree with most if not all of their policies on dog care. This means no use of fear, pain, hitting, or similar corrective actions. These behaviors have shown to suppress behavior without actually teaching the dog what you want and can create anxiety and even aggression. Dogs and cats have been a part of my life since I was a baby so I'm pretty familiar with their body language and try to be mindful of their needs. I consider them part of the family and usually treat them as such by ensuring they have a comfortable and pleasant environment. I think establishing a "safe place" for your pets to retreat to when they are feeling anxious is a great way to build strong bonds. My mom's dog, bullet, has one of the worst cases of ADHD I've seen in a dog and when he's feeling overwhelmed by too many guests in the house or strange weather, he likes to disappear deep into my mom's walk in closet.
“ANOTHER fabulous dog-cation! Vinter loves his time with Steve & Randi and Mika! He knows exactly where we are when we pull up to their driveway and he RUNS to their front door ready to play! We always receive LOTS of photos and Vinter is so happy and comfortable and cared for while we are away. Thank you so much!”

“Shannon was great. We were worried because Duke had never stayed anywhere beside home. He seemed to have a great time with Shannon. She was very attentive and sent daily updates. We will definitely be using Shannon again to sit Duke.”

“This was my first stay with Ashley and she went above and beyond for our pups!! She noticed early on that one of my dogs had blood in her pee, took her to the ER over a holiday weekend (after checking in with us), and waited hours in the parking lot late into the night so my dog didn’t have to stay the night there by herself. I’m blown away by her care and kindness in what was a very stressful emergency being away from home. She also kept my dog up to date on her antibiotics until we came home. In addition to this, she sends multiple thoughtful updates and images throughout the stay. It’s hard to trust someone with your dog for the first time and she did so much more than I could’ve asked. Thank you so much Ashley!! I can’t say it enough.”

“Mike did a superb job taking care of our Niko‼️He sent us updates and videos and kept us informed on how Niko was doing. Our doggie loves to play with his and Mike always pays special attention to him. Thank you and you'll always be my top 1st choice ‼️”

“Kelly is so sweet and amazing! She gives her guests the best of care. Our pup has separation anxiety and Kelly took great care of him and his needs. I felt safe and comfortable with leaving my little guy at her cute little ranch. Will book again!”

“Wonderful experience with a seasoned sitter. Mollie was introduced to me by Rover and lives nearby. It was great to work with her and she had a great demeanor with my dog. They had fun and I looked forward to daily updates and photos. I felt my dog was in great hands and she seemed at ease with Mollie and staying in her home.”

“Our little fur baby came home tired from all the fun he had at Diana’s. Diana kept us informed with text and pictures on how the day went down. Appears our Gizmo has made new friends. Thank you Diana for your attention to him.”

“Rachel was absolutely amazing with my dog, Levi! She watched him for 5 days and treated him like her own. She made sure he got plenty of walks, playtime, and even gave him a bath before coming home. he looked and smelled great! I could tell how happy and comfortable he was during his stay. Rachel kept me updated and gave me total peace of mind while I was away. I’ll definitely be booking with her again. highly recommend!”

“G.O.A.T. The greatest of all time dog sitter, known to our pups as “rover mommy”. Katy has been a second mom to our two senior dachshunds for many years providing them with lots of love and care when they can’t be with us. Look no further!”

“Debe was phenomenal - communicative, flexible, and dedicated to ensuring my anxious pup felt at home! We’ll absolutely be reaching out to Debe first the next time we travel.”

“This is our third time using Evgeniya and can’t imagine using anyone else. She loves our Winston and sends us pictures and keeps us up to date on when he eats and takes his medicine. We love her and so does Winston. She’s the very best!!!”

“This was Max's 2nd stay with Sue. He always seems happy when we pick him up. I think he enjoys playing with the other dogs. It's nice not to worry about my little baby when we are gone on a vacation. ”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Skyline Park
I was impressed with Sydney's operation right from drop off. She had everything squared away to welcome my pups and and minimize any potential issues. She was communicative and answered any and all questions I had in a very prompt manner. I'd recommend her very highly and plan to use her again in the future.

Jada was so welcoming of my 3 dogs including my big German shepherd! She gave me a tour of her home and showed me her backyard to make sure it was all okay for the dogs. My dogs were spoiled and slept on their very own twin beds in their own room. She did a great job with my pups and sent me updates and pictures. We hope to continue to use Jada in the future!
