About: I've been a lifelong dog owner and have cared for dogs most of my life. I've frequently dog-sat for friends and family over the years, including feeding, walking, administering medications when needed and providing lots of attention and playtime. I work from home full-time, so your dog will receive plenty of supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day. My partner is retired and also home most of the time, so there is almost always someone here with the pets. Because of this, dogs are rarely left alone and get lots of care, playtime, and comfort during their stay. Dogs under 40 lbs. please. We provide a calm, safe, and welcoming environment and follow each dog’s normal routine for feeding, potty breaks, walks, and playtime. Our home has a fenced backyard where dogs can safely enjoy time outside. We also have a friendly 5-year-old dog who is low-energy and well socialized. She enjoys the company of other dogs but is also respectful of dogs who prefer their own space. Your pet’s safety and comfort are very important to us. We introduce dogs slowly, supervise interactions, and treat every dog in our home like part of the family. About: I have had pets all my life and love to be around animals, and they love to be around me! If given the opportunity to care for your pets I would treat them like my own. I have a flexible schedule and can likely accommodate your needs. I am free to pet sit overnight, come over for walks, and make multiple trips a day. In my home I do not use crates for the animals. They use the doggy-door to let themselves out during the day to use the restroom and I walk them in the morning and at night.

About: I’ve grown up with pets my whole life! Whether it was my sister’s or my aunt’s elderly dog, I’ve grown to love and appreciate the companionship that pets bring to our lives as well as being aware of the dedication that comes with having and taking care of them. I’m currently working part-time so my availability is from Monday-Thursday (I do work primarily on weekends) but I’m open to flexibility if it’s communicated with me ahead of time! I make sure they have water and food and have a cozy, safe environment around them by removing any potential hazards from their proximity as well as ensuring they have access to me if they need to use the bathroom or want more water. I ensure they’re walked 2-3 times a day for 15-30 minutes as I believe an active pet is a loved pet.
About: I grew up on a small farm taking care of various animals and I have loved animals ever since. When I got my own home I got my first indoor pets and cherish them as part of the family. I’m a teacher who will be free most of the day starting in June. I prefer walking in the mornings before the sun gets to strong but I am free to do drop ins most of the day. Getting to know the individual personalities and needs of each pet is vital to giving proper care. Their unique personalities is what makes pets so fun.
