She went above and beyond in my estimation, coming to the house to meet him, stopping by for keys for a last show around before we left, and she brought the keys back to us after we returned home. I have two small children, and we stay pretty busy, so that little trip saves me a real hassle with loading everyone up into car seats and making a trip out. We were really able to enjoy our vacation without guilt knowing that teddy had someone caring and thoughtful like that to come and check in on him. Thank you Cindi!”

About: Hi, I am a mature, quiet, easy going single woman who loves animals. I am 70 years old, I’ve owned horses for 37 years and I grew up with dogs since childhood and have owned dogs in my adult life as well. I have done pet/house sitting for many years and have had no problems with anyone in my care. I have given shots to a diabetic dog, meds in a dropper to a cat and pills down the throat of many a dog and cat. I have an easy going approach and there isn't too much that ruffles my feathers. Dogs always like to sit on the couch with me to watch TV at night...LOL. I have 37yrs experience with horses and taking care of them and their barns. I’ve also helped my dog groomer friend by bathing, drying and clipping the hair inside their paws. If you have any questions or need additional info, feel free to ask. Why I love pet sitting/walking I was raised with dogs, had them after I got married, then got a corgi after my divorce. While married, I confiscated the family dog because I did not feel he was getting enough attention at my family's home. I did some Flyball and agility with my corgi, Geraldine who passed in 2013 at the age of 15. Walking a dog gets us both out and about and it also tells me a lot about the behavior of the dog, their reactions to people and other dogs as well as strange noises. I love their personalities and their antics and watching them play with other dogs. The same applies to horses. Being around them helps me get to know them and their personalities and eating habits I’m currently retired so I’ll have plenty of time to play/walk and work with your dogs, play with your kitties and spend time with your horses. I do not have a fenced in yard so walking your dog is best or taking them to a dog park. I’d care for them like they were my own. I would also stay at your home if needed so that your pet can stay in a familiar environment. If you have horses, I could stay at your home as well and take care of them as well as taking care of your barn and stalls.

They were even nice enough to bring in our mail and left little treat bags for the puppies on the last visit. “Matthew grew up with a border collie. He ran and walked Flash routinely. Flash was 65 pounds so when Matt played tug on a pull toy Flash would drag him across the room. the more he laughed the more the dog would pull. It was hilarious. Matthew has grown to be a physical therapist. He lived with a girlfriend who loved miniature shelties. She bought 2. As breeds go, they are very protective, so they bark a lot. Despite this trait, Matthew treated those 2 girls like his fur babies. His job as a PT requires responsibility, patience, and kindness, which easily transfers to pets. He is volunteering at his local shelter. Both he We decided to have 2 border collies in our house. When Matt comes to visit, he always ensures the dogs have sufficient exercise. Both he and Riley/Skye love to cuddle on the couches. I recommend Matthew without reservation.”
