About: *As a part time college student some days I might be gone several hours at a time. My schedule (excluding driving time) is as follows: Monday: Class in Boise from 10am to 11:15am Wednesday: Class in Nampa from 7pm to 9:45pm Thursday: Class in Nampa from 12pm to 2:45pm We can discuss my schedule further to see if I could be a good fit. I love pet sitting, house sitting, and dog walking when I'm not focusing on school. I also volunteer at the local zoo in my spare time to help spread awareness of their conservation efforts through education by taking out ambassador animals, taking out biofacts, running animal encounters, working directly with keepers, and preparing animal diets. I have 3 pets of my own; 1 dog & 2 birds. I have my 10 year old Husky and Shar Pei mix named Porsha, a Blue Crowned Conure named Zuri, and a Yellow-collared Lovebird named Juno. All 3 are trick trained and working toward their titles through Do More With Your Dog. *As a part time college student some days I might be gone several hours at a time. I start school August 18th. We can discuss my schedule further to see if I would be a good match. I'm a college student available over summer break and holidays. I'm currently unemployed, so I have plenty of time to spend. Even during the semester I can always do weekends and check ins with your pets. I care for pets in my client's homes by making sure I know any medical history the pets may have, what regular vet and emergency vet they'd prefer if something were to happen, how they feed and water their pets, any medication I should administer, any exercise or enrichment I should provide, and space for pets I'm sure who are missing their owners.

About: I have had my own dog for six years, he is my pride and joy. I have had many dogs over the years growing up and have always had a way with all animals. I dog sit for friends and family all the time and love it! I’m free most of the week! I have time to make drop-ins if need be. Even just for long walks. Monday-Sat. AM to late afternoons. I am able to dog sit at your home. I have learned a lot over the years on what it takes to care for a dog and what it looks like to train a dog but when I finally decided to get a dog I read Ceaser Millans book “how to raise the perfect dog” which gave us the upper hand! I am a huge dog lover and know exactly what dogs need such as feeding schedules, play time/exercise, naps , and of course lots of love and attention. I would implement any of your trainings and teachings you have with your fur baby and apply them every time I make contact with your animal because I believe consistency is key with gaining trust with dogs!

About: I have taken care of all sorts of pets. More commonly, I dog sit for close friends and families. This can include all types of dogs including any that require special assistance! I have been relied on to walk , feed and play with them. I work at a restaurant part time so I do have time on the weekends to dog sit, walk or anything that needs helping with! About: Hi I’m Erin, I will be the one to give your pet plenty of love and walks whenever they need it! Throughout my 18 years I have been raised around all types of different animals from the smallest to the largest. Such as tiny mice and guinea pigs to horses and cows. I have my own two dogs an a horse while my parents still have a little farm. I have pet sat for others before and absolutely loved it! I am a college student and will be working part time but I don’t have to many classes and will have multiple breaks for to walk or check your pets! I have a flexible schedule so finding openings that fit work best. It fits in-between classes and time when I’m not doing anything on the weekends or when I don’t have class. About: I have been around several dogs since I was born! I have experience with dogs of all sizes from chihuahuas to great danes. I am able to take care of senior pups and am able to do things such as administer meds. I also have experience with taking care of dogs in heat. I currently have my own cat at home who I provide care for everyday, she gets food in the morning and evenings and I clean her cat box at least once. day with a deep clean at least once a month. I like to make sure I always know where he/she is to make sure they are okay and/or not causing any mischief and If it is a drop in visit I make sure they have everything they need before my next visit. In regards to dog walking I like to make sure they pee and poop at least once on the walk and that the walk last enough time for them to stretch their legs and get some fresh air and exercise.

About: When I was a teenager I brought home a miniature schnauzer who I adored and named Sofie. For 15 years I took care of her, during that time I made so many precious memories. I was responsible for walking, feeding, bathing and showing all the care that she needed. I still find it difficult to say she passed away in 2020 due to cancer. About: Trained, fostered and rehomed puppies and older dogs for the past ten years until I fell in love with a husky rescue and next thing I know Im sometimes dog sitting 4 additional huskies for my friends along side my own. Along with my husky I have now two cats and at this point Im no longer fostering and instead just sitting and helping out. Ive also heavily worked with farm animals, especially goats, and I have many aquariums and am familiar with caring for reptiles as well. I always wanted to be a biologist and extensively studied animal behavior before realizing Id make more money as an engineer so pet sitting is how I get my animal time now Im an engineer (information security) who works from home most days. I usually use my lunch breaks and tough problems as an excuse to take the husky for a hike, or to play with the cats or husky. If your dog gets along with dogs, I love mutually burning their energy with my own at a dog park. Enrichment games like “wait and search” Ive noticed keep every dog happy. If there is a safe walking path near your house, I can easily take the pup for a jog. Your animal will be leashed and I will be watching their body language to make sure at all times they arent being stressed out by too many new things. If they have a destructive streak in them I have some games involving cardboard boxes or old toys that I found redirecting destructive dogs to can really help With cats its a tough one, I like playing with cats but Ive been around cats that very much miss their people so I clean the litter box, once over the home for any messes which I then clean, top off food and water, and then I try to see if they want to either play or at least interact. Friendlier cats I of course play with and even try to give them some enrichment, I taught my own cats to play fetch. All other pets like fish that are very sensitive to over feeding I pay very close attention to how much and how often, being aware of how easy it is to trigger a bacterial or algea bloom. On top of food I monitor sunlight and I check all terrariums and aquariums for hitchhikers (my first aquarium taught me about the dangers of dragonfly nymphs)

About: I have about ten years plus dog experience I train dogs and am learning how to groom dogs too! I love every furry friend I meet I’m currently doing online school and working from 6:30PM to 5AM but don’t worry when pets are staying there will always be someone home weather it is me or my boyfriend my work schedule is also really flexible so if needed i can stay home I have a decent size yard that is fenced in if any pets that are staying with me there is a separate run for either my dogs or yours to go in to stay separate during potty time

About: I grew up around all sorts of animals and absolutely adored them with all my heart. I was raised partially on my father’s ranch in Cache Valley and partially in Salt Lake with my mother, that’s due to divorced parents, but both of them have had their fair share of pets. While I was living with my mother in high school they got me a puppy, Oliver, he’s a mini golden doodle and him and I were inseparable. He was the easiest dog to train, but he’s got a lot of energy so I always took him on walks, played fetch and spent a lot of time being active with him. Unfortunately I couldn’t take him when I moved out because they got another puppy shortly after getting him and I wasn’t going to take him away from his brother. Living on the ranch, I would tend to the cows, horses, dogs, and cats. That was quite frankly one of the only reasons I’d get out of bed so early in the morning! Occasionally when my dad and his wife go on trips they’ll bring their new puppy over for me to watch at my place. I also have two cats of my own, Milo and Binx. I adopted Milo a few years ago when he was 8 years old and 20 lbs, he’s a big old sweetheart. Binx is a little under a year and she is absolutely insane but they’re both my entire world. All in all I am one of the biggest animal lovers and I would, without a doubt, take care of yours like they were my own. My only job is currently with Rover so I’m always on the go to a different place. My fur babies and clients fur babies get all the love and attention every chance I get to give them! Safety overall is one of the most important things in caring for an animal. Although, it does depend on the service you are needing. Generally, I always like to ensure that they can trust and respect me, and vice versa. I also make sure there aren’t any small objects they could choke on or swallow nearby. I like to keep a close eye on them as well, you never know what their curious minds will get them into next.
