About: Hello! I have had cats all my life and absolutely love them. In my younger days, I volunteered at Noah and the humane society. I currently have 2 cats of my own. They are both seniors and one is diabetic, getting insulin shots twice a day. Additionally, we have chickens and horses. We love our animals! I would love to pet sit for you! I’m super flexible and reliable. Cheers! I am a mom to a teenager, 2 cats, 5 chickens, and my daughter has horses. We are a animal loving family!! I work mostly from home, so I have flexibility to do drop in visits throughout the day. I love animals and thought this would be a great way to meet some new furry friends! “Virginia was my first Rover sitter, and I was very pleased with her service. I don't go away very often for just a dew days. Usually, I'm gone for a couple weeks at a time and find live-in sitters through Trusted Housesitters. My two cats are indoor outdoor, and that complicates their care. For my three day leave, my neighbor came over in the morning to put down their morning kibble and let the cats outside. Virginia came over in the late afternoon on her way to pick up her kids from school. She would call them inside for the night and put down their wet food. I wasn't sure it would work since they don't always come inside when I call them in the evening. Virginia sent me pictures each day of the cats inside during her 30 minute visit, so I was reassured. I will definitely look for Virginia again if I need to be gone for a few days.”

My family and I have moved all over the US and are now back in Washington! I used to run a fully operational boarding facility and board and train program in Island County and have decided to start out slow now that we're settled back in our home state. I have 20 years of experience training dogs- 15 of those years being a paid, licensed and insured professional. I take the utmost care of any animal in my charge. I treat them like family and honor all the requests made by owners to ensure their pet is treated perfectly when they are gone! I understand the love and care people have for their animals and do everything I can to show that same level of care when they are under my watch. I take videos and photos regularly to keep families updated, as well! I am a SAHM with decades of experience in the canine world. My dogs, and my clients, are my life. They are my whole routine! I am equipped to manage all varieties of dogs from the easiest house guest to dog aggressive cases or complicated medical needs. I tailor my services to each individual dog to give them the best possible care and allow their people to have some freedom and know their dog is well cared for. I make sure to chat with owners and let them know what variety of boarding I offer is most suitable for their dog. I am able to make multiple daily trips to feed, potty and play with client dogs in their homes. My times are very flexible and have often done combo stays- where your dog stays the night with me and I drive it to your home during the day and pick up again in the evening. This works well for senior dogs or puppies who need monitoring over night.

About: I’ve been around all animals almost all my life and have always had the biggest love for them. I have also worked at veterinary offices and love almost every part of it :) I am currently doing online courses for school at skagit valley college and have an open schedule to help out with any type of animal care :) I have a fully fenced back yard that dogs would love and hardwood floors inside my house for when they are inside. I am fully capable of taking care of the animals however wanted :)

About: I’ve taken care of my grandparents’ dogs a few times for a couple months at a time, and it has just made me want my own. Unfortunately, I’m not in a spot where I could have a dog of my own right now, so I want to help take care of other people’s dogs instead! Over the last couple months, I have taken care of a number of dogs. A large senior dog who I dog sat and gave medication to for a few days, a deaf dog who I took on walks every day for a week, 2 young small dogs who I walked and played with 3-4 times a week for 3 months, and a boxer who I ran/jogged with for an hour 3 times a week for 2 weeks. I also recently dog sat 2 golden retrievers - it was a lot of fun. Equipment experience that I have: regular flat leads/leashes, slip leads, retractable leashes, harnesses, gentle leaders I’m currently working part-time where I can set my own hours, so I have plenty of time to take care of your dog, plus lots of flexibility as far as scheduling goes! I can feed, walk, watch, and/or play with your dogs! For walks, there are a bunch of fun trails and parks in the area that I would love to take them to.

I’ve trained a couple different types of dogs and a bird ranging in ages. Also able to transport locally to homes, vet, and or parks. My late sweet Pepper dog and I were Project Caine certified as a Therpy team, volunteers at island hospital, and Master Agility Champions. We look forward to meeting with other awesome dogs and their owners. I work in the travel industry, so my schedule varies. I usually know a couple weeks in advance. My spouse’s schedule varies too. Sometimes we are available 24/7 We treat Pets as Family in our home.🥰. We live on acreage close to Deception Pass. We have experience with administering 💊 medication to young and older fur babies 🐾
