About: Hi, I’m Tia! I’ve been around animals my whole life—our family had dogs, cats, fish, bunnies, and even a ferret. I started dog-sitting back in college, and I’ve been a proud pet parent ever since. My husband and I currently have three rescue dogs, including one who is deaf. About: I always had dogs growing up that were typically high energy hunting breeds. I volunteer regularly at Animal Allies walking dogs and I love it. Volunteering there has given me a lot of experience with different types of dogs. I'm self employed so I sometimes find that I have extra time on my hands throughout the week. Because of this my schedule varies from week to week. I'm great with animals and can be patient with them when needed. I've walked a lot of different dogs and can keep them under control.

About: In my 41 years of life I’ve never not had a pet living in my home. I was raised with our dogs being just another member of the family and treated like so. My experience ranges from fresh new puppies to senior doggos who need a little extra love. I work from home and I am able to offer side moments throughout the day of play, potty breaks and snuggles. In the evening my two sons usually have a practice or game but we are rarely too far from home (as we have our own pets) so there is always time for potty breaks and play time when your doggo is visiting. I have a small non fenced in backyard which fetch is possible, and a lovely neighborhood for walks. In our home there is one energetic 3 year old Irishdoodle to play with and one elderly cat who keeps to herself upstairs. My home also consists of my two sons (12 and 7) who also enjoy pets and caring for them as much as I do.

About: I have experiences dog sitting in neighbors/others homes, as well as working at a dog daycare facility for almost 2 years. I worked with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments! I am available most weekdays for drop in care and/or walks. Any time in the morning until about 5pm most days. I am flexible and want to care for your pet as you would! About: Spending time and interacting with animals has always been a passion of mine. Over the years I helped my grandma run her dog sitting service, taking the dogs for walks and cleaning up the kennels. DOG WALKING • Leash Safety: Check the fit of the collar/harness, use a sturdy leash. • Route Familiarity: Use a route the dog knows, or confirm preferences with the owner. • Pace & Play: Match the walk to the dog’s energy level. Some might want to jog; others just sniff around. • Waste Cleanup: Always clean up after the dog and dispose properly. • Aftercare: Ensure they have fresh water and are safe/comfortable when you leave. DROP-IN VISITS • Feeding & Watering: Refill bowls and administer meds if needed. • Bathroom Break: Let dogs out or clean litter boxes/cages. • Play & Comfort: Spend a few minutes playing or cuddling. • Home Check: Make sure the home is secure and pet is safe before leaving.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was about 10. I grew up with two dogs who were my responsibility to care for. I also dog sat for neighbors, friends, and my fiance's family! I am currently a UMD student with a part-time job! I will have plenty of time to walk, babysit, feed, or just play with pets! About: I have been around dogs my whole life, around 3 years ago I started periodically dog sitting and dog walking. I am confident with all the cares that come with dogs. About: I've had pets since I was 10 years old! I adore all animals. I have also worked as a docent at the zoo and trained emotional support animals. I will treat your pets like my own. My Chorkie had the best 14 years ever. I currently work from home and home school my daughter so we are very accommodating to your schedule. Unfortunately I am not accepting pets in my own home at this time due to our current lease. Your pets safety is my main concern. Your baby will always be supervised (and get lots of love!) Your pet will always be leashed outside. Your rules for your pet and your home will always be followed,giving you a worry free time away.
