We were nervous to leave Ringer with anyone for 2 weeks as she is 13yrs old, hearing impaired, and has separation anxiety. During the meet and greet, Larry reassured us that the dogs will never be left alone and that he has experience with senior dogs. We could tell he cared as he had notecards with facts about each dog. He even gave Ringer a care package of treats and toys to take home. Larry is very laid back and has a calming demeanor. He sent us updates every couple of days while we were away and Ringer appeared very relaxed in the photos. When we arrived to pick her up, she was laying on the front porch with Larry and some of the other dogs. At first, she didn’t want to leave and went back inside which reassured us she had a good stay. Will book again. Thanks Larry!
Lily appears to be healthy and happy after her week-plus with Ryan. He has a fenced in yard and a doggie door, which Lily is used to at home so that was important. Lily and I met with Ryan before I booked with him, and I enjoyed talking to Ryan and his house was dog-friendly. I checked in with him once while I was out of town and he responded quickly. I will definitely consider asking Ryan to care for Lily in the future.
