“As always, Marshall loves being with Manney and Jessica! He loves to play with their big fluffy happy dog, Cash! We have to bring him periodically for his “happy therapy.””

“Laquitta and James have been our "go to" Rover for several trips now. We like to refer to our fur baby as a velcro dog because she sticks so close to us. But it also means there aren't many Rovers she's happy about visiting. Laquitta and James are the exception. Though she's always happy to see us at the end of her stay, she loves hanging with Laquitta and James and their little fur babies.”

“Janelly was great! We were somewhat nervous as Chase is new to us as well, but she set our minds at ease. Her family is lovely and she provided a video of Chaserino playing with her boys, happy pup!! We will absolutely work with her again! Thank you so much!”

“Kobe loved daycare at Lorraine’s house! She also sent several pictures and videos throughout the day which was super awesome. I would only be in Ocala every once in a while for work but I definitely know where Kobe will go next time I’m here. Thanks so much Lorraine!”

“Very pleased with Cyndi. She welcomed our 2 Beagles with opened arms. We felt so comfortable and relaxed when we were leaving them for a day stay. We would definitely use her again with no hesitation, and would highly recommend her to all. Thank you Cyndi for making our day relaxing and knowing our pups were in great hands.”

“Julia and Allen were fantastic with our boys. We love that they limit the number of dogs they care for to 4. They followed instructions to a tee and made it where we could have zero concerns about our pups. Would highly recommend them.”

My goal is always to provide not just care but also enrichment, ensuring your pet feels happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. Pet care is an integral part of my daily and weekly routine, seamlessly blending into my life as both a passion and a commitment. From early morning walks to evening playtime, I prioritize creating a structured, nurturing environment for every pet in my care. During the week, I dedicate time to activities like training sessions, socialization outings at dog parks, and tailored care for pets with unique needs, such as puppies learning new skills or seniors requiring gentle attention. My consistent schedule allows me to be flexible and dependable, making it easy to adapt to your pet’s routine and provide them with the stability they need. For me, pet care isn’t just a task—it’s a fulfilling and joyful part of my everyday life. When caring for pets in my home or my client’s home, my priority is always creating a safe, comfortable, and loving environment tailored to each pet’s unique needs. I ensure pets feel like part of the family. They have access to a clean, secure space, with plenty of room to play and relax. I maintain a consistent schedule for meals, walks, and playtime, keeping their routines as close to normal as possible. For pets with specific needs, I provide extra attention, whether it’s reinforcing training, offering enrichment activities, or providing a cozy area for rest, especially for senior pets or those requiring calm spaces.

About: I've been around dogs my entire life. Also used to be in nuisance wildlife removal which is a form of animal control, so I am very knowledgeable when it comes to every single species in the animal kingdom. While I do have an independent company for dog walking. Rover seems to be a good medium to get more clients. I recently started this venture because my dog of 13 years had passed away, and since I have no plans on getting another animal for the foreseeable future, I found it would be therapeutic to be able to interact and care for other people's animals. They will receive the best care! I will always make sure they frequently use the bathroom, and get good walks in to make sure their nails are kept in good condition so you don't have to mess around with clipping them. Also my furniture is 100% accessable for all pets I sit invade they need a comfortable place to rest. ☺️ DISCLAIMER: I CANNOT SIT CATS DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES. APOLOGIES TO CAT PARENTS. I am legitimately always free during the week. Any other work I do is from home so your pets will always get attention and love. I also love going on walks so they will definitely get to do that a lot! I also have leashes of my own as well as dog dishes for food and water. My house has a pretty big backyard but it's not fenced in a traditional way. It has a guard to make sure people are not on the golf course, but if I ever do let your pet outside in the backyard then they'll always be on a leash with me close behind. That's only really if they have to use the bathroom in a quick manner because then I clean it up afterwards. I also have some dog toys lying around if they're interested in that! Always will find some kind of activity to do with your pets.

“This was our first time using Rover and it didn’t disappoint. We were traveling in our rv and needed a sitter for our pup while we explored the area for the day. I get very comfortable leaving my dog with Carissa. Sometimes our dog Winston can be anxious when we leave him with a sitter, but he seemed very comfortable with Carissa. He even ate his food which he never does if he’s nervous.”

“Was very nervous about trying to find someone to puppy sit with my crazy schedule. Taylor was very good at communicating and making me feel at ease about Leia being there. Leia took to her and her pack right away and had the best day!!! She slept all night long ? will definitely be using her again ans again. Thank you Taylor ?”

About: I started caring for dogs over 20 years ago when I was working with a vet in Colorado doing a pet nutrition study with her. She was just starting a doggie daycare and I fell in love with the whole concept. When I moved back home to Ocala in 2007 there were no dog friendly places like there were in Colorado so I decided to open an in home dog daycare. I’ve been doing that for the last 18 years. I have years of experience in dog nutrition, dog boarding and daycare as well working with dogs with special needs whether emotional or due to abuse. I have experience with many different health issues in dogs such as epilepsy, diabetes, megaesophagus, and more. I’m am qualified to give injections, medication, and specialized care for dogs recovering from surgeries, injuries, and physical disabilities. I also have experience with pregnant and nursing moms and their puppies. Pet care is my full time job and life. I do not have any other job. I do have to keep a pretty organized schedule :) My home has a 6’ privacy fence and is set up for dogs to feel that they are at their second home. All dogs coming into my home are fully screened and temperament tested. All vaccinations, recent negative fecal, and proof of preventatives are required before staying. I do provide puppy care in owner’s homes, but not in my home until they are fully vaccinated. I do stay pretty full with boarding, but I am looking to expand and add the service of in-your-home visits mid-day during the week for dogs that have to stay home all day while mom and dad work.

“Nicole and family are amazing. My pups Whiskey and Ziva love their time at doggy daycare and playing with their pup Jack. They are able to work with my schedule for the hospital which helps me out greatly as it can change. I absolutely recommend and will using them for the duration of my work assignment here in ocala and each time I visit.”
