From early morning walks to evening playtime, I prioritize creating a structured, nurturing environment for every pet in my care. During the week, I dedicate time to activities like training sessions, socialization outings at dog parks, and tailored care for pets with unique needs, such as puppies learning new skills or seniors requiring gentle attention. Whether it’s preparing meals, administering medications, or providing mental stimulation, I ensure that every pet feels valued and cared for. My consistent schedule allows me to be flexible and dependable, making it easy to adapt to your pet’s routine and provide them with the stability they need. For me, pet care isn’t just a task—it’s a fulfilling and joyful part of my everyday life. For pets with specific needs, I provide extra attention, whether it’s reinforcing training, offering enrichment activities, or providing a cozy area for rest, especially for senior pets or those requiring calm spaces.

About: I grew up on an a small animal farm in Florida. Growing up in this environment taught me a lot about hard work, dedication and responsibility. On our farm we had numerous animals, some including goats, donkeys, cow and chickens. In addition we had many horses, cats and dogs. I had many responsibilities on the farm such as feeding, mucking out and general care. I have also had many exciting experience such as helping give birth to foals and baby donkeys. Growing up on this farm helped me realize my love for horses. So I took it up as a full time sport the past 12 years and I loved every second of it. In those 12 years I have had the opportunity to work with different breeds, young horses and ride different disciplines. In addition to working with horses, I helped train and look after my two huskies. These two are very energetic and high maintenance so, it was a tough job at first but now they are very well behaved. Over the past few years I have taken up pet sitting as a part time job. I have been able to pet sit many different breeds of dogs and cats. Furthermore, I have had the opportunity to pet sit horses and other livestock. I currently am looking to take up pet care as a part time job as I am currently home for some time. About: I started caring for dogs over 20 years ago when I was working with a vet in Colorado doing a pet nutrition study with her. She was just starting a doggie daycare and I fell in love with the whole concept. When I moved back home to Ocala in 2007 there were no dog friendly places like there were in Colorado so I decided to open an in home dog daycare. I’ve been doing that for the last 18 years. I have years of experience in dog nutrition, dog boarding and daycare as well working with dogs with special needs whether emotional or due to abuse. I have experience with many different health issues in dogs such as epilepsy, diabetes, megaesophagus, and more. I’m am qualified to give injections, medication, and specialized care for dogs recovering from surgeries, injuries, and physical disabilities. I also have experience with pregnant and nursing moms and their puppies. Pet care is my full time job and life. I do not have any other job. I do have to keep a pretty organized schedule :) My home has a 6’ privacy fence and is set up for dogs to feel that they are at their second home. All dogs coming into my home are fully screened and temperament tested. All vaccinations, recent negative fecal, and proof of preventatives are required before staying. I do provide puppy care in owner’s homes, but not in my home until they are fully vaccinated. I do stay pretty full with boarding, but I am looking to expand and add the service of in-your-home visits mid-day during the week for dogs that have to stay home all day while mom and dad work.

About: I’ve taken care of multiple breeds of dogs and have always had a special place in my heart for them. Having a job like this is a dream of mine as I would like to open a rescue of my own one day. I have open availability and I’m open to discuss any time you might need! Whether it be dropping by and feeding or just checking up on your furry family. I can care for your pets in my home or yours. I have an averaged size yard, three boys, and a chihuahua here who love to play with new friends!

About: I have had many many exposures to animals. Including family pets, my own pets, and even working in a doggy daycare center. I believe I have a big heart and would be the most loving and compassionate towards your pets :) I have three beautiful dogs in my home. I take care of them daily mostly by myself. This includes feeding, walking, grooming, and of course loving! My parents have had three or more animals in the home ever since I was born. And there was a period of time in my adult life where I was taking care of five dogs in one home all at once. And multiple senior dogs with medications and special needs. I would love to watch your kiddos (pets are kids too ;)) when you are away. Giving lots of love, walks, feeding, letting them outside, and even brushing/ trimming nails if you needed! Spending time with animals is my biggest stress relief, so really you would be doing me a favor by allowing me to hang out with your pets!

“Pam D was awesome! We had a death in the family and had to leave the next day for a trip that would have us away for 14 hours. Our sweet cat Simon is not used to being alone for more than a few hours. Pam came the same day I contacted her to meet Simon who took to her right away, just as did we. Pam is very nice and obviously responsible. She was here when she said she would be, she sent us photos of Simon playing and eating and an adorable selfie of the two of them (I don’t know how she got him to pose for that one! Lol). Anyway, we were so relieved knowing Simon was okay while we were away. We absolutely highly recommend Pam. We were totally comfortable trusting her in our home and with our dear Simon. Thank you again Pam. 😊”

“Taylor and her husband Charlie were amazing. My dog used to pull a lot on the leash and the fact that her husband is a trainer and that she has training knowledge as well with the nine days that my dog was boarded there I got my dog back, not pulling on the leash. This is fantastic. Definitely recommend”
