“Gloria looked after our two cats and our house while we were away in Asia. She took excellent care of both the kitties and our house! I could tell our kitties liked her, too! She sent photos so we could see that they were doing well, which was reassuring since we were so far away. Our cat BJ snuggled with Gloria like she was family, and our other cat Graycie, who hides from all strangers, came out of hiding :-). Gloria also took good care of our house, watered my plants, and even respected my request that meat not be cooked in my kitchen (I am vegan). When we returned, the cats were just fine, their litter boxes were clean, and they had plenty of food and water. It is so nice to know that our "babies" were being well cared for while we were so far away. I definitely recommend Gloria!”

About: I have been working with dogs professionally for 4 years, but have had dogs for many years. I also have 5 years experience owning and caring for cats, including special needs kittens. Happy to drop in or walk dogs of all sizes, and love doing cat drop ins! I have space to board medium to small dogs, and can walk any size pup. I'm happy to dispense any food or medication needed on whatever schedule is best for them. I work full time at a dog training facility, Saturday through Wednesday, and my wife is home full time to potty dogs or play with them outside, and i have time to do drop Ins or walks before and after work and have Thursdays and Fridays off, as well. Typically I'm able to drop in between 6-6:30am or 6pm and later on weekdays, and free availability on Thursday/Friday. Dogs boarding will be crated while I'm at work, and will get pottied before and after my shift, as well as walked, and if they are playful with other dogs will have a blast with my pack as well. Cleanliness and safety is number one. For cats, expect that I will sweep or vacuum spilled litter, clean up any messes, and give fresh water and food each check in. Same goes for dogs, as far as making sure dogs are safe and happy while in my care. If at my home, social dogs will get walks, playtime with my dogs and plenty of love. I treat guest animals as though they are my own.

About: Hi! My name is Brooklyne, I moved to Longview last January from Raleigh, NC. I’ve been on Rover since 2019, although I haven’t been active since around COVID times! I’m hoping to get involved again as a means of earning some extra cash and helping out some local folks care for their furry family members. I’ll be offering services including: house sitting, drop-ins and visits, and dog walking. I do have experience in each of these as I currently have a dog and I had a dog throughout my childhood that I helped take care of. I am not new to animal care and I can guarantee that my care for your beloved pup or cat will be unmatched! I will be available for drop-ins, visits, and walking on the weekends since I work full-time during the week but since I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, I can be available for house sitting on those weekdays. The greatest benefit to house sitting, drop-ins, and visits, and walking is that your pet will be in a familiar environment even though I am new to them. This will help me keep your pet comfortable and at ease throughout the service!

About: I've taken care of all sorts of animals almost my entire life. I am great with animals of all ages, even if your furry (or not furry friend) has less than perfect manors😅! I am currently available anytime. I have my own dog so I am not afraid to get my hands dirty so to speak. Day or night! I care for every animal with patience and joy. Kathryn worked with our dogs well, gave Millie her medication and played ball with our dogs daily while we where away 5 days. She checked on our cats and showed up on time everyday, gave us good updates and made sure our house was secured when she left everytime. Kathryn will be our go to person for our next vacation.”

About: I grew up with many different types of animals as pets, the dogs I grew up with were huskies so I can definitely handle those high energy working breeds! Have helped raise multiple litters of puppies ranging from little breeds to big breeds! There’s no pup I won’t pet! I have a pretty open schedule, any day of the week works for me, I am in college but I do it online! I am open to working any day of the week at any time! I have a big back yard that is all fenced! I have small to large kennels if needed! I do have my own dog, he is a border collie husky mix that can keep your fur baby company and tucker them out from playing in the yard!

We've recently lost our 16 year old tabby, Suka, and our 11 year old German shepherd, Copper in the last 2 years. About: My mom has been pet and house sitting since I was 8 and i’ve always helped out with and without pay so now I want to continue on my own. (It is very cold out so walking rate applies only for dec-feb) I’m a part time student so early morning check ins and then anytime from 1 to 9 pm is very available. With communication i have some flexibility for any other time. Weekends are completely open. Each visit I would be able to feed your animal, keep them company, play with toys, and do any other small tasks needed like water plants etc.
