Dog Walkers in Siloam, NC

About: I live on a 14-acre property with vinyl horse fencing that has been reinforced with fence wire to contain dogs securely. We have two fully fenced fields, each about 70 yards x 50 yards. One field has agility equipment. Boarders and day care dogs will be able to interact with the agility equipment, if time allows and dog is comfortable. The other field is used mainly for disc dog practice and competitions, but is also great for general play. We have a stream running along the back of our property. We have 2 dog runs outside for outdoor relaxation when we are not doing activities. I have dog training certifications with Karen Pryor Academy and Animal Behavior College. I prefer to interact with dogs using positive reinforcement, treats and praise. I have been involved with dog sport training since 2008. We currently have 7 small dogs, all actively involved in dog sports, including flyball, disc, agility, barn hunt and tricks. Our females are intact and 2 males are intact.

About: I’ve taken care of many different kinds of pets since I was a kid. I’ve walked dogs for my neighbors, fed horses, goats and chickens for family friends, and pet sat many other dogs and cats. I work from home at night, so I will be able to be attentive all day. My husband works during the day from home as well, so there will always be a set of eyes on your pet! I have a fully fenced yard. We do have 3 dogs but all are very loving and have gotten along with any animal they have met. We have a spare room that we can use to keep them separated if necessary, otherwise your pet will have free roam and will be treated like family.

About: I have been caring for other families animals since I was 10! I have always had a passion for all animals. We have had dogs in the home and outside since I was 5! I am also a huge advocate of rescues and experienced with all breeds! I work from home and I have a pretty flexible schedule. This allows for me to pet sit animals as on the side as a hobby and for extra income. I will handle your animals as if they were my own! Whatever your typical routine is, I will strive to do as well. About: I have taken care of a variety of animals, my own and others included, since as far back as 8 years old. I've always enjoyed taking care of animals of all shapes, sizes, and ages and it makes my heart happy to see my kids following in those footsteps as they get older as well. I have a husband of almost 11 years, which will occasionally be helping with some of the pet care, and we have 2 kids (ages 4 and 9) so you know your animals will get plenty of cuddles and play time. Included in that are a few scenic trails through the woods on our property, so that means we have plenty of space for your fur babies to have some play time outside in the yard, and walks through the neighborhood/trails for exploration, exercise, and relaxation throughout the day! We are here with open arms ready to care for your sweet babies and willing to learn about each of their individual needs to make sure we make them and you feel comfortable and part of our family in the process! From boarding overnight, to drop-in visits when you can't be there, to random play visits/walking your fur babies, or even meeting/helping you with multiple animals' vet visits..... No matter the job or type of animal, give us a try and you won't be disappointed! We can't wait to hear from you and to make you part of the fam! I am a part time teacher/part time stay-at-home mom/wife so I have plenty of time to devote to your fur babies to make sure they get all the love, care, and attention they deserve for whatever the job you may need for them! Your pets are housed inside our home as one of the family. We have plenty of crates inside our house for individual sleeping spaces. We also use baby gates throughout the house to separate areas of our house so animals can be separated in their own spaces if and when needed. I always communicate quickly with clients and make sure to send lots of pictures to assure them of their pets experience and exceptional care with my family and I. I also provide each animal with an apple air tag just as a safety precaution when they are in my care for mine and my clients peace of mind.

About: I’ve been dog sitting on and off for a while now. I’ve used other dog sitting apps in the past and I’ve recently moved into a larger house to have plenty of room for your fur baby to have room to run and play. I will provide walks and play time everyday, and if you need baths or anything extra I will. I’m home 90% of the time so your fur baby will never really be alone. I can do dog boarding and/or drop in visits. I’m very flexible and if have a multiple day stay we can negotiate a better price for your babies. Available anytime I can meet for pick up and drops off do home visit or overnights in my house or yours I’m here for any of your needs Big yard we will go on a walk every afternoon at the park with my dog my kids will play fetch for hours never a dull moment

About: I have always had dogs, cats, goats, rabbits, ect. Also, I'm an EMT so I can handle any medical emergency that may arise as well! I just work part time, 3 nights per week, so my schedule is very open to love and care for your pets along with mine! I have a fenced yard as well as a fenced porch. My 2 fur babies are free roamers inside and are super friendly and loving!

About: I have grown up with all kinds of animals from house pets to farm animals. I currently do Rover full-time, but have worked at a dog boarding/training facility and have worked with/handled dogs of all sizes and breeds. Although I have more experience around dogs I love cats just as much! I have no issues with certain breeds, ages, sizes, or handling medicine (so long as it is nothing a professional vet should handle). I can’t wait to watch and care for your fur babies! I pet-sit full time, giving me plenty of free time to walk, watch, and love your pets! My schedule is also very flexible making it easier to schedule based off your needs! I do have my own dog but unfortunately she is not friendly with other animals. Because of this I can only do daycare/overnight at clients own homes and walks/check-ins. I have plenty of personal and professional experience with aggressive animals and have no issues watching/walking aggressive dogs so long as both me and you are comfortable with it. With that being said it is important to me that any aggressive behavior whether with animals and/or people is told upfront and honestly as well meeting the dog ahead of time.

About: Pets have always been a part of my life. I was raised with multiple cats and dogs, and from an early age developed a strong love and knowledge of caring for animals. I currently have two dogs and a cat, and have applied for this position because I truly understand the struggle of having to leave and find someone trustworthy to care for them while I am away. From puppies and kittens, to senior pets, I will provide your pet with the same love and attention that I would wish for my own. I currently work full-time as an Instructional Specialist. I am free in the evenings and on weekends with the exception of holidays and Summer break. I am free Monday-Sunday during summer months and holiday breaks. I am early retired, so I have flexible times both day and night to care for, play with, visit with, and walk your beloved pets. I have a fenced yard for your pet to play as well as a senior dog to keep them company. My entire house is pet friendly.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 10 years old. My parents always said you want it, you take care of it. My love for animals started from a young age with my first kitty Indie, and my dog Coco. I’ve had multiple animals over the years ranging in size and age. I have house sit for Family and friends and love the fuzzy creatures company! I’m currently enrolled in Community college, during the day and work part-time at night. The weekends Would be the best but I can still house sit on the weekdays depending on the needs of the pet and owner! Our two doggies Bear and Blue spend most of their time inside, and in our big backyard playing with the ball. I am capable of ensuring the animals are played with, fed, and taken out! With my dogs I usually feed them separately incase if food aggression, but I can follow any rules that pet owners need for their furry friends.

About: I have prior experience in taking care of all different types of animals for many years. I have had puppies, kittens, rabbits, hamsters, smaller lizards, small and large animals, along with elderly dogs and cats. I also have experience in sick animals and giving medicine to them along with special diets. I would watch friends and families animals as I grew up and have learned over the years animals are my passion. About: 50 years of experience, grew up on a dairy farm, currently have three horses, twenty three chickens and three dogs on a ranch style farm. I am semi retired so I have plenty of time to take care of your animals as well as my own, I am pretty flexible all week as well as weekends. I will take care of your pets as if they were my own, animals that live with us are considered family and family always comes first.
