About: I’m Karen, a born and raised farm girl with a lifelong love for dogs. With over 25 years of experience handling dogs of all sizes—from playful puppies to caring for senior dogs—my background has given me a deep understanding and respect for these wonderful companions. Now, as a certified dog trainer from the Animal Behavior College, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to every pet care situation. What I Offer: House Sitting: I'm flexible and happy to discuss how I can best meet your dog’s needs while you're away. Drop-In Visits: Perfect for when you can’t get away from work or need someone trustworthy to check in on your furry friend. Dog Walking: I can take up to 2 dogs at a time for a fun and safe walk in your neighborhood. Special Considerations: I am mildly allergic to cats, so while I can't stay in homes with cats for an extended period, I'm still available for dog walks and quick visits. Aside from my pet care services, I help my sister with her kids' sports activities in the late afternoons and most weekends from April through August. My Approach: Every dog is unique, and I pride myself on tailoring my care to fit each pet’s needs and their owner’s instructions. I’m familiar with a variety of collars, halters, and harnesses, and know how to fit them properly to ensure the safety and comfort of your pets. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and now they are my career. You can trust that your four-legged family members will be in good hands with me. I'm here to make sure they receive the best care and have a great time! I'm a stay-at-home dog mom, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I love spending time with animals and ensure they receive the best care. Alongside this, I help my sister with her kids' sports activities, which keeps me busy. I'm currently working part-time and aiming to expand this into a full-time role, adding services like housekeeping and dog nail trims to provide even more support to pet owners. When caring for pets in a client's home, I always start by listening carefully to their instructions and preferences. This helps me maintain their usual routine and ensures I'm not disrupting their established ways. From there, I rely on my experience and training to make the best decisions for the pet’s safety and well-being. I’m attentive and adaptable, making sure that every pet feels secure and loved in their own environment.

About: I've owned and cared for animals, from horses and sheep to dogs and snakes, since childhood. Experience in senior care, puppy training, and special dietary needs. I work from home and shape my work time and lifestyle around being able to stay active periodically throughout the day. The ability to essentially work from anywhere that has wifi grants me the flexibility to be present with the animals I my care. Outdoor play time and exercise, companionship, and daily hygiene and grooming. I also have the option for separate feeding spaces when boarding pets with food aggression.

About: Ive taken care of my own animals between my child's pet as well as my own personal companion as they help in many different ways. I am self employed so I set my own hours of operation but I can manage to add in extra work as well on top. I have a fenced in back yard. My house is locked when I am home for my safety as well as my children's and your animals.

About: I have trained animals i personaly like to use treats and positive reinforcement I have taken care of animals for family all the way from snakes and ferrets to cattle I am well diverted in different breeds and love animals I would love to spend a weekend meeting new dogs and seeing different parts of the city on walks or an early day of work Both of my animals are free fed their bowls are always full we have a hose connected to there water to ensure they never run out and I have many enrichment toys for both dogs living at my home

About: I’ve been petsitting for over 20 years. I can care for your babies as if they are mine. Cats, dogs, birds, turtles, etc. thank you! I am available for up to two drop ins per day seven days a week. I usually stay 20-45 minutes per visit to love on and take care of your pets. We have a wooded home with no fences. We’re not close to to a road. We have one neighbor. Any runners would probably not do well here

“Brian house sat for us for two weeks. He cared for our two large and energetic dogs as well as our three ornery goats. We booked Brian 3 months before an international trip. Leading up to the trip Brian was responsive and took initiative to check in with us and ensured us we could rely on him being available. Throughout the trip Brian shared many photos of our animals having fun and relaxing. We felt confident our home and pets were well cared for. We returned to our home just as we had left it. Our pets were as happy and energetic as ever. Brian had clearly developed good relationships with our animals and they were sad to see him leave.
