About: Although I am new to pet care, I have lots of experience with many types of breeds and ages. I currently have one 13yr old papillon whom I raised from 12 weeks, and a rescued 2yr old beagle/catahoula hound mix. Both have current vaccinations. Previously, I have 2 senior boxers, a senior german shepherd whom i also raised from a puppy, and a husky who i raised from 1yr old. My home environment is very quiet and relaxed. I have a 6 yr old daughter half of the time and my 2 dogs. I am very watchful and careful with my daughter around the dogs, to prevent any conflicts between them and have had no problems. I have a spacious, fenced backyard for dogs to run around and play. My daughter and I like to throw balls and toys for fetch, play tug of war and run around the backyard with the dogs. We also like to relax in the house. I live in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of sidewalks for walking. I have no problem taking dogs for walks around my neighborhood or somewhere close by that requires a vehicle to get to. Its a great and fun opportunity for the dogs, my daughter and myself. I also have no problem bathing your dog if requested. I'm Active Duty Air Force so I do work full time during the day M-F. Dogs get let outside to use the bathoom in the morning before I go to work. I can come home at lunchtime to let the dogs outside again if needed. And then when I get home in the evening after work, dogs are let in and out of the house whenever needed to use the bathroom/play/be comfortable. All dogs are fed on a regular schedule. Breakfast before work, midday lunch (if required), dinner after I get home from work. Meds can be given if necessary on the prescribed med schedule. I do not work weekends, and am usually home all day. Dogs are let out to use the bathroom and play on a frequent basis while I am home. Feeding schedule remains the same on weekends as it is during the week. I have a very large, fully fenced backayrd and 2 friendly dogs to keep your pet company. Gumbo, my 2yr old LOVES to run around and play with other dogs. Ophelia my 13yr old is very laid back and likes her space to relax. I have a 6yr old daughter who LOVES to run around outside and play with the dogs. We like to take the dogs on short evening walks around the neighborhood after dinner on cool nights. Gumbo is crated during the day and anytime I am not home. Ophelia is allowed to free roam the house while I am out. I would prefer pets that are crate trained, so they can be crated if necessary for safety/separation. I do also have pet stairs to aid senior or disabled dogs get up onto the couch for a comfy spot to relax

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your walker interacts with your pet or the new environment.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and walker for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first .
