“Jesse was absolutely fantastic with our dog, Bella. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly cares deeply about the pets he looks after. While we were away, he sent regular updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. We recently moved to the area and had to board Bella a few times before finding Jesse—and those experiences were stressful for both her and for us. This was completely different. Bella was happy, relaxed, and so well cared for in his home. It made such a difference knowing she was in such great hands. We’re so grateful to have found Jesse and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate sitter.”

“Jerrie was a lifesaver, and the best sitter for my puppy. Her home is the perfect place for a dog with enough outdoor space to run around. Don't leave your dog at a kennel, call Jerrie.”

“Annmarie did a fantastic job taking care of our 3 month old fur baby!. Her communication while watching our fur baby was great and we appreciated receiving pictures of her playing and getting all the cuddles. We will absolutly book Annmarie for any future dog sitter needs and highly recomend her!!.”

“Faye recently took care of our Daisy Dog. for 10 days. She was fabulous. She was very flexible with booking and made it easy for us. Daisy was very well cared for during her stay. Faye was very accommodating to Daisy's special needs and made sure Daisy was comfortable. Daisy was lucky enough to get to go for a couple walks and was even brushed a few times. Faye was great about sending texts and pictures to let us know Daisy was doing good. We are so happy we have found a great place for Daisy to stay while we are away. Many thanks to Faye & Sheryl. Daisy will definitely be visiting again in the future.”

“Daisy was well taken care of, had lots of play time, and adventures! Marianne was a fantastic communicator - we appreciated all the pictures and videos of Daisy during her extended stay. She had a little ear infection and they administered all her medications. We would definitely rebook!”

“Leanne was very professional. Before Finn’s overnight, we had a meet and greet. She had a form for his needs and information. Finn has anxious behaviors, so she asked many questions to make sure his stay was comfortable when he stayed. When Finn had his overnight, she sent multiple updates with pictures. She had toys for finn that he loved and he loved relaxing on her couch. It was a home away from home. We’re very grateful it went so well.”

“Desiree is the one person I trust my fur baby pup with!! Communication on updates is always very timely and I know my dog is in good hands in a safe clean home.”

“Cale was so awesome to our girl! Daily updates accompanied by photos helped us rest easier during our travels. Would absolutely leave our precious pup in his care again in the future!”

“David was great with my emotionally needy pup and clearly understood dog dynamics. Seeing Delta and another dog snuggle up together was not something I had expected to see pictures of, but she seemed to do well when left with a stranger for a week.”

“Kaylee is so kind and loving with my pets. She’s also very good about communicating and being flexible when needed. Would recommend her over and over again! Thanks again for loving them like your own!”

“Kristin was great! She sent me pics of my dog everyday and kept me updated with everything. I can tell that she took great care of my dog because she was so happy when I picked her up. Definitely want to book again :) thank you again, Kristin!”

“This is our 3rd time leaving Zoey with Jennifer and I truly could not say enough positive things. Zoey always comes home happy, tired and clearly well cared for! Jennifer's entire family is so sweet to our girl and we are happy to have found someone trustworthy and reliable.”

“Erica was amazing and came through for a very minute request for a weeklong stay for my dog Luna. She was incredibly caring and responsive and Luna had an amazing time! Would use again in a heartbeat.”

“Maggie was caring with our dog & great with communication when our family schedule required some flexibility. I felt like she was very responsive and would book w her again without hesitation.”

“Jill is very kind and caring. Linus enjoyed his overnight with her & her family and their dog Josie. She sent photos with pup-dates so I knew Linus was relaxed & well cared for. I will definitely call on Jill when we need a sitter again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Shelton
Jesse was fantastic with our dogs, Storm and Trooper. From the start he was easy to reach and quick to respond to every message, which made booking and drop-off completely stress-free on our end. Throughout the stay he sent regular photo updates, so we always had a good sense of how the dogs were doing and could see for ourselves that they were comfortable and settled in. When we picked them up, both dogs were happy, relaxed, and showed zero signs of stress or anxiety, which says a lot about the environment Jesse creates. You can tell he genuinely cares about the dogs he watches, not just checking a box. Communication, reliability, and how our dogs came back are the three things we care about most with any boarder, and Jesse delivered on all three. Highly recommend Jesse if you want someone who treats your dogs like his own. We'll be booking with him again

Maria is wonderful with dogs. My three year old spoiled rotten ADHD golden retriever had never had a sleepover before (one of us appears to have attachment issues😃). I left her for 5 nights. Maria did such a great job, I booked her again for two nights. My Goldie was so glad to be back at Maria’s, she dragged me to her door on arrival. Pictures were great from Maria! She was very organized both times. My baby looked better when I picked her up than when I left her. Brushed and smelled good too. Maria is a gem. You won’t be sorry if you book her!! Just leave time for me!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
