I've worked with Peace of Mind Dog Rescue, specializing in senior canines with special medical, physical, emotional, and behavioral needs. I also train dogs in scent detection for search and rescue. My furry guests receive plenty of attention, play, outdoor time, and walks throughout their stay. They are free to be outside, inside, play as much as they want, or lounge around. My dog Checkers is always up for a game of tug-of-war, a chase around the yard, or a group nap. For the convenience of my clients I provide availability every day, daytime, night-time, weekends, and holidays. I have a large fenced yard with lots of open space for running and playing. The yard has plenty of shade as well as areas to sun-bathe. Plenty of water is always available. The house and yard are kept clean and flea-free. Pets have constant supervision, with special attention and monitoring provided if play with other pets is allowed by owner. Due to dietary considerations, and to avoid resource guarding, I feed pets separately, as well as watch them carefully if toys are present. I like to walk dogs together as behavior allows, which promotes bonding between them. I appreciate as much information as possible from owners about how to make their fur babies as comfortable as possible, and give them an unforgettable Pet -Airbnb experience they will love to come back to! I'm currently available full time for Rover, with open availability 24/7. I look forward to speaking with you about how I can accommodate your unique schedule and pet care needs. My 3 year old dog is very playful, friendly, and loves meeting new friends. The house is dog-proofed, and your dog will be under constant supervision. Let me know if you have a preference about your dog on furniture and any other rules you normally set in your own home.

Jesse was fantastic with our dogs, Storm and Trooper. From the start he was easy to reach and quick to respond to every message, which made booking and drop-off completely stress-free on our end. Throughout the stay he sent regular photo updates, so we always had a good sense of how the dogs were doing and could see for ourselves that they were comfortable and settled in. When we picked them up, both dogs were happy, relaxed, and showed zero signs of stress or anxiety, which says a lot about the environment Jesse creates. You can tell he genuinely cares about the dogs he watches, not just checking a box. Communication, reliability, and how our dogs came back are the three things we care about most with any boarder, and Jesse delivered on all three. Highly recommend Jesse if you want someone who treats your dogs like his own. We'll be booking with him again
Jessie was great and our dogs seemed very happy and normal when we picked them up. Jesse was very good about communicating and sent update pictures. I would work with him again.

Great Dog Sitters and genuinely nice people to deal with. Obviously hey are both dog lovers and outdoor people with a nice home and yard for the dogs. Their dog was well behaved and seemed to enjoy having some company. My dog had fun and was very tired so know he had a blast. Booked a 2 week stay after our initial try out. Glad to have found them on Rover. Highly recommend.
I appreciated the updates and pictures I got of my Dexter! He seemed so happy and was definitely well taken care of.

Schedule
I currently have an open schedule to sit weekdays and weekends. Please let me know what your needs are and I will do my best to accommodate them. I am not available Sunday morning from 10-12am or Tuesday from 7-9pm.

I have a fenced yard and a dog of my own to keep you dog company. I walk dogs together to encourage them to bond, behavior permitting. Safety is my number one concern.

A typical day
We play fetch and tug-of-war in the backyard. We wrestle and play tug-of-war in the house. I have lots of balls, rope toys, and interactive treat-dispenser puzzle games. I take them on walks around the neighborhood looking for squirrels and cats.
