My dog is high energy and can be a little annoying with the whining if she needs to run or wants something and Frances was super cool about it. She came and met her the day before and even was even fine with her ball obsession. Excellent communication, her place was clean, warm and inviting and she has two great dogs for my pup to play with. Ready for drop off and pick up. Highly recommend!!”
