“Lashonna was so great walking our dogs on such a short notice! We are so lucky we found her on Rover. It was very easy to schedule and coordinate things with her beforehand. She also sent multiple photos each day and provided an update after each walk. It was clear that our dogs felt very comfortable with her. I highly recommend Lashonna!”

About: I've taken care of a variety of my own pets since I was 6 years old--dogs, cats, fish, turtles, chickens, ducks, even sugar gliders! Sliding into the role of a pet-caretaker is a role that I am confident in, and my neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me many times to fulfill this roll. I am a full-time student, which has allowed me to develop an excellent sense of time management. Your pet will be my priority during the duration of their care, whether that be one day or one week. Care for each pet depends on your wants and needs for your furry friend. I am able to take pets to field trips to ideal outdoor walking spaces, travel to and from your home based on the needs of your pet, and am comfortable providing overnight care.

About: I have had dogs of my own since 1999. I have dog sat for family members in my home and in theirs. I completed dog behavior training while volunteering for a local pet rescue. I have a fairly open schedule at this time. While I will be doing pet care part time, most engagements should work with my schedule. When in your home, I will strive to maintain your pet’s environment and schedule. I want your pet to be comfortable while we are together.

“Alana is awesome! Professional, reliable, and trustworthy. We hired her through Rover to walk our dogs while we’re at work. We felt a little uneasy about having somebody in our house while we’re not there, but after meeting her we felt comfortable with her. She provided us with two references, I called both of them and they could not stop singing her praises. She has proven herself an asset to our family. She is very responsive to our communications and requests. We are very grateful we found her.”

“Isabel did an awesome job communicating her time spent with Gemma! I loved seeing where they walked and getting a report on how Gemma did:) loved getting pictures throughout the day:). We will definitely ask Isabel to care for Gemma again!”

About: I've had pets my whole life, being able to care for a variety of dog breeds/types. During my time at Wittenberg University, I fostered and cared for a service dog in training, raising the puppy from birth to trying to complete the program. This included grooming, cooperative care, daily care, socialization, and training. I also dogsat for others in the program regularly - providing weekly and overnight care which included grooming, feeding, walking, and socialization. I am currently unemployed, being able to provide care for your dog 24/7. Dog care is imbedded into my routine with my Golden Retriever - so adding a new furbaby will be second nature! I have a large backyard that will be getting fenced soon. We also have a friendly golden retriever who loves ALL dogs! We have a crate in our home that isn't used by our dog, so we are able to house overnight.

I have provided pet care for people in my family and teachers growing up. Since working at the vet clinic, I have experience with most breeds. I cant wait to give your pet all the snuggles and love! Pet care fits perfectly in my schedule! I am currently in school completing my pre requisite courses for vet school, so I have free time throughout the day to drop in anytime! About: I have grown up with a dog my whole life. I worked as a kennel care tech for 4 Paws for Ability for a year. This is a program that trains dogs to be used as special service dogs. I recently graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. I am doing freelance work which allows me lots of extra free time. I thought this would be the perfect way to fulfill that missing part of my life. I have an 85 pound Shiloh Shepherd and a 90 pound golden lab that I recently adopted from 4 Paws for Ability. My grandma started a dog walking business and I grew up helping her out with the dogs, so I am used to all kinds of dogs. I am friendly and easy-going. I have flexible hours for the most part. I love working out and would not mind walking/running with your dog as needed. My Shepherd takes daily anxiety medication and thunderstorm medication when needed, so I am comfortable giving medication as well. I am doing freelance work which allows me lots of extra free time. I am available mornings, afternoons, and nights, Monday-Friday. Most weekends I am available. I will mark on my calendar days that I am not available in advanced and will always keep that up to date. I love working out and would not mind walking/running with your dog as needed. I will not be having dogs or cats stay at my house or doing house stays due to my shepherd not being friendly towards other dogs

“She is so sweet and really helped out our family when we needed it. Chloe loved her and would run out the door to greet her each time. She walked Chloe for an hour, played fetch with her and even took her to a grooming appointment. If you are looking for a responsible dog walker, Lauren is your girl.”

“So happy with the attention and care Nyska gave to my senior dog. She went above and beyond to accommodate his special needs. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a dependable and doting pet care professional.”

“Thank your!!!”

Tabitha M.
“Tabitha absolutely loves my dog Lily and the feeling is mutual with Lily. I have had Tabitha watch Lily many times while I was in school and Lily always missed her when she left and was waiting at the door when she came back. Tabitha is very caring and showed Lily so much love. She made Lily feel comfortable and showed her comfort when she was anxious about my absence. I would not leave Lily with anyone else and extremely recommend leaving your pet with Tabitha. You will not regret it and she will take away the worry you have with leaving your furbaby with someone new! She's the BEST!!”
