“Taryn was fantastic! She showed up right on time, let our dogs out, and spent a full half-hour playing with them. Communication was quick and easy, and I really appreciated the picture updates—it gave me peace of mind knowing my pups were happy and well cared for. I would absolutely book her again!”

“What a fantastic experience! Marissa looked over my two cats during our extended honeymoon stay. Marissa was so easy to work with and allowed us to add four additional days onto our honeymoon thanks to her flexibility and professionalism. I truly cannot give a high enough rating for the experience and piece of mind she provided.”

“Eva is very lovely and kind! I felt very comfortable having her drop in and care for my kitty. She also played with my cat and gave her lots of affection while I was away. My kitty looked happy and comfortable with Eva in all the photos and updates she sent. Would definitely book her again :)”

“Casey did great with our puppy while we were away out of town. She was very good at updating us and sending pictures. She went above and beyond taking him to a dog park and multiple walks. I would highly recommend Casey if you are looking for someone to watch your dog while you are away!”

“Lilli was amazing! She was kind and prompt. I received pictures. For my first Rover experience- it was just amazing! I will be using her again!!”

“Ryan is such a reliable and hard working sitter. He never fails to provide very specific updates for me about my dog, including photos from every visit! One time, I failed to leave the key for Ryan, and he stayed as my place long enough for me to finish with my patient visit and respond with a garage code to get it! What a relief to have someone that is truly dedicated. He immediately took to my 120 male Doberman, and the feeling was mutual - my pup loves him. Literally couldn’t ask for more.”

About: One of my first jobs was working in a vet clinic where I was responsible for walking, feeding, and cleaning up after dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I have spent a lot of time over the years providing care in the form of walks, overnight stays, medications, and more. I have also provided lots of cat care and am happy to feed and play with them as well as scoop litter boxes. I am a fifth grade teacher currently on summer break, so I have lots of availability throughout the next couple of months! My June mornings will be spent working summer school, but I am available from 12:30 pm on. In July, I will be wide open! I pay close attention to directions from owners. Want your dog to stay out of certain rooms? You got it! Need me to keep an eye on your pup’s sore paw? No problem! I typically err on the side of caution and don’t allow anything that doesn’t feel right. I also communicate with owners about any questions or concerns I have while watching pets.

About: Hi, I’m Katie! I’ve had dogs my whole life and volunteered in dog shelters for years. As a kid, I annotated my dog encyclopedia and woke up at 5 am on Saturdays to watch the AKC dog show, so in addition to loving mutts & shelter dogs, I also have a good understanding of breed nuances and distinct needs. I’m extremely detailed and will take care to notice if I’m putting your dog’s leash on in a comfortable way, if I got the gate closed, and all the little things you notice when it’s your own pet. I continually educate myself on dog body language and first aid in addition to detailed training I received from Humane Colorado shelter and my Red Cross pet first aid certification. Your pet will be treated with love and meticulous care, with the goal being to leave them happy and played out, ready for a nap! I am self-employed with 24/7 flexibility and control over my own schedule, so I’m available to accommodate whatever custom scheduling needs you may have for your precious pets! When visiting or staying with someone’s pet, I treat the home and animal how I would want mine treated, with integrity and a dedication to leave all things better than I found them. I check fences and gates for any weak points, avoid other dogs on walks, pay attention to their favorite lounging and “neighborhood watch” spots, and allow them to show me what they want and need. I provide detailed photos & reports, and interact with enormous amounts of love and sincerity just like I’d hope my own would be treated with. Trust is everything. You can count on me!

“Great communication and flexibility when my booking was last minute! Phoebe is fearful of meeting new people but Katie gave her space and let her get comfortable with her during her drop in. Katie even took her out in the pouring rain!”

About: I have grown up with many animals such as dogs, cats, and horses. Taking care of these pets has led to my passion and love of all animals. As a student who now lives in an apartment, I want to be able to share my love for animals while helping others out, exercising, clearing my mind from my studies, and loving on pets. I am in occupational therapy school throughout the week. So I have a lot of free time when I am not in class, and my schedule may vary. I love exercising and want to be able to give your pet more exercise as well. I have a lot of experience walking and running throughout Kansas City and am well aware of the environment and safety. I want to be able to incorporate this while helping you care for your animal.

About: I have two years of experience pet sitting small, medium and large dogs pet sitting experience with cats. When caring for pets in my clients home, I always make sure to follow any instructions or specific requests the client has left for me. I also make sure the client has informed me of certain behaviors of their pet and has told me about the pets personality to ensure I watch them in a way that makes them the most comfortable to ensure a safe and fun visit!

“Great with our cats, even the one that is very shy!”

About: I’ve spent the last 14 years caring for my own dog, which taught me so much about building trust, understanding animal behavior, and responding to changing needs over time. From puppy energy to senior care, I’ve handled daily routines, training, vet visits, medication, and everything in between. While I’m new to professional pet sitting, I treat every pet like my own—with patience, attention, and lots of love. Pet care fits naturally into my flexible schedule. I work from home part-time, which means I can offer consistent attention, walks, and play breaks throughout the day. Whether it’s a morning walk, midday drop-in, or an overnight stay, I can adapt to your pet’s routine and needs. Your pet’s well-being is my top priority. In your home, I maintain routines, keep things tidy, and always follow feeding, exercise, and medication instructions carefully. In my home, pets have a calm, secure space with supervised outdoor time and plenty of love. I take time to build trust, keep pets mentally engaged, and never leave them unattended in unfamiliar situations. You can count on clear communication and frequent updates, so you always know your pet is safe and happy.

“We definitely picked the perfect sitter for our pups. Michelle was amazing, not only did she do exactly what she said she said she would do during the meet and greet...its our opinion that she went above and beyond what we feel a dog sitter would normally do. Each visit report was detailed with what she saw and did. Super happy with everything and only hope to have Michelle back out when we decide to travel again!”

About: I've grown up with dogs of various sizes and personalities since I was a baby, but my love for animals extends far past dogs since I take every opportunity I can to learn and appreciate each pet. I've house sat for my sister's two rowdy golden doodles, my brother's cat and french bulldog, my father's senior West highland terrier and black lab mix, and my mom's 100lb redbone coonhound who I helped raise as a puppy. I currently work full time from Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) so I have quite a bit of space to fill with lovely pets over the weekend! I do prefer weekends as I have full availability during those periods, however, I would be willing to see if I can work something out after 5pm on weekdays if you really desire those spots, but please reach out to me to discuss it and I'll do my absolute best to compromise! Starting on July 28th, I will have Fridays-Sundays completely free! I will be more than happy to go above and beyond with taking care of your pet. I can follow designated care instructions, administer medication, perform CPR, clean up accidents, adhere to specific diets, and tidy up the house. Mikayla R.
“Mikayla has been a godsend for us when we've had to be out of town and needed someone to care for our cat. She has not only fed her but spent time with her to help alleviate loneliness when we've been away. She's always happy to take on extra things when we are gone an extended time, like litter box duties and trimming nails. We feel better leaving knowing that Mikayla will let us know if anything is amiss with our pet, given her experience with her own animals and working as a vet tech. We highly recommend her!”
