About: I am from Wisconsin and will be attending UT-Martin this fall enrolled in their Veterinary Technology program. In Wisconsin, I worked at a vet clinic as a kennel assistant for 3 years before being promoted to veterinary assistant, a position I've held for the last 2 years. I am experienced in giving all kinds of medications including oral, injectable, and eye drops/ointment. I am comfortable working with dogs of all breeds and of any age. I look forward to working with you and your fur babies! During the week I will have classes Monday through Friday, but I will have time to let them out in the morning before classes and in the afternoon after my classes have ended. On the weekends I will have more availability to hang out and play with your pets. When caring for your pets in your home I will make sure your pets always have access to clean water and are supervised when outside whether the yard is fenced in or they have to be leashed. I will engage in play time with your pets and take them for walks too. I will also follow any directions given on feeding times and any medications that may need to be administered.
About: I have always had a dog growing up. I learned how to cut their nails, play, groom, and administer medication. Anything you can think of, taking care of a dog, I have done. I'm in school to become a veterinarian because of how much I love caring for them. I have no experience taking care of a cat, but I would love to. My mom is allergic, so I never had a cat. I have, however, been around them because of friends and know how to take care of them. I take care of my dog every hour of the day. I also have a snake that I take care of regularly. I’m currently working as a grooming assistant dogs coming and going but after hours 2-till I’m available and weekends are manageable to work out with. I have my very active wild cat , she’s free to Rome the house as she pleases. She has two beds one in the living room and one in the bedroom where she sleeps. Both are placed in the windows. She has room to play and run around. I have stocked up on food, urinary/indoor treats and ear cleaners.

I’ll give your pet the same attention and love they get at home 🥰 I am a college student, so my availability is pretty flexible. I am available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays completely. I am also available periodically during weekdays between my classes, and then fully available after 5pm any weekday. I have a spacious house with lots of room for your pet to play. I have a cocker spaniel that adores new friends and would be ecstatic to meet your pet! I walk my dog 2 times a day. My yard is not fenced in, but I am used to taking my own dog out on the leash every 2-4 hours as needed and will be able to do the same for your pet! I am able to accommodate any needs your pet has - separating eating/sleeping spaces from my dog, individual walks, administering medications, etc. My home is completely dog/puppy proofed. Pets are allowed on all furniture and counters/tables are always kept clear. Trash cans are secured inside cabinets.
